"Third raccoon tests positive for rabies
Authorities in the city of St. Albans said a third raccoon has tested positive for rabies. The latest raccoon was caught in the city on Friday. The first two raccoons were found and tested March 30-31. Residents have been asked to report raccoon sightings to the Police Department."
