Cleveland Cops Left Kid to Die

Was leaked out as the French false flag was dominating the news.

"Police did not aid boy in Cleveland after shooting him" New York Times  January 09, 2015

NEW YORK — The two Cleveland police officers involved in the fatal shooting of Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old boy who was carrying a pellet gun, stood by without rendering medical aid as the boy lay wounded next to their patrol car, a newly released extended surveillance video shows.

Because they don't care about you.

Then, about a minute and a half after one officer had shot Tamir, the other officer tackled the boy’s 14-year-old sister as she tried to reach her brother.

What?

Tamir was shot Nov. 22 after someone called 911 to report “a guy” who had been pointing a “probably fake” pistol outside a community recreation center on Cleveland’s west side.

The video, which was obtained by the Northeast Ohio Media Group, seemed to clarify an issue in the shooting investigation: that the Cleveland officers provided no immediate medical assistance to Tamir, who was not pronounced dead until more than nine hours later at a Cleveland hospital.

Oh, he didn't need immediate assistance then. He died after staying nine hours in the hospital.

It also confirmed the account that Tamir’s mother, Samaria Rice, told in the weeks after the shooting, that the police had tackled and detained her daughter as she rushed out of the recreation center, trying to reach her brother’s side.

I can't imagine the absolute horror she must have felt.

After the second Cleveland officer, Frank Garmback, subdued Tamir’s sister — he pushed her to the ground. The girl was handcuffed and put in the back of the police cruiser, a few feet from her brother.

So she could watch him die.

The officers then stood by without tending to Tamir, the extended video showed. It was not until four minutes after the shooting, the video showed, that Tamir received medical assistance when another man was seen bent down next to him. According to the Rice family’s lawyer, Benjamin Crump, the man who provided the first medical assistance was an FBI agent who was in the neighborhood.

Paramedics arrived eight minutes after the shooting, and Tamir was taken away on a stretcher about five minutes later, the video shows.

FLASHBACK:

"Union says Cleveland police not told boy’s gun might be a toy" Associated Press  December 13, 2014

CLEVELAND — Surveillance video released by police shows Tamir Rice being shot within 2 seconds of the patrol car stopping near him. In that time, Officer Timothy Loehmann told the boy to put his hands up, but he didn’t, according to police officials.

Count out two seconds to yourself.

Officer Frank Garmback pulled into the park after seeing Tamir at a distance and slammed on the brakes when Tamir did not run, as they had expected, Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association president Jeff Follmer said in an interview. That caused the car to slide on the slick grass and stop within a few feet of the boy, he said.

The car was on the grass, and the cop jumped out and shot him from a distance of less than three yards -- all within two seconds.

Garmback, as Loehmann’s field training officer that day, and the rookie had discussed tactics while approaching the park, Follmer said.

The officers also thought they were confronting someone around 20 years old, Follmer said. They didn’t learn Tamir’s age until later that day.

‘‘In their mind-set, they’re still thinking it’s an older male, not a 12-year-old kid,’’ Follmer said. ‘‘That’s what they see right there, right then.’’

That justifies it all then.

An autopsy released Friday said Tamir was 5-foot-7 and 195 pounds....

He was a big kid.

You see? It's easily defended.

That's enough of a fusillade for today.
