"Autopsy today for teen who left party; Friends mourn as police investigate" by Peter Schworm and Brian Ballou, Globe Staff | February 17, 2009

WELLESLEY - .... Yesterday, 16-year-old Elizabeth Mun's friends returned to her Wellesley home to mourn the loss of the Concord Academy junior they knew as Lizzy, who died Sunday after being found unconscious in an icy stream, following an all-night house party in Andover....

What the HELL is a 16-YEAR-OLD doing at an ALL-NIGHT HOUSE PARTY?!!!!

Mun abruptly wandered away from the party on foot around 5 a.m. Saturday, authorities said. Partygoers told police they went looking for her a short time later but were unable to find her and reported her missing to police, who began a search shortly before 7 a.m.

Around 10:40 a.m., police discovered Mun lying facedown in a partially frozen brook about 200 yards from the house. Medical personnel tried to resuscitate her, but she remained unresponsive. She was treated at a Lawrence hospital before being flown by helicopter to Boston, where she was pronounced dead Sunday afternoon.

And ONCE AGAIN, ALCOHOL claims a YOUNG TEENS LIFE!!!!

But DRUGS like POT are the DANGEROUS EVIL that threatens our kids!!!!

An autopsy is scheduled for today, according to the Essex County district attorney's office. Officials declined to comment on whether alcohol played a role in her death or whether any adults were present in the home, but said they are trying to determine why Mun left the party so suddenly, particularly in a town she didn't know.

WTF?!!!!

On Sunday, investigators were seen carrying several large, full paper bags from the home on William Street. The address of the party is listed to Laurie Zimmerman, president and CEO of Zimmerman Associates, a consulting firm. Calls to her home and cellphone were not returned. No one answered the door at the house yesterday.

Good Lord it was the home of a JOO!

In October, a Plainville teenager drowned in a marsh after wandering away from an underage drinking party in the woods. Police later charged a 19-year-old with providing alcohol to Taylor Meyer, a King Philip High School senior....

Yes, I sadly recall it.
