Congress Calls For U.N. Inquiry on Israel

I was surprised to see it:

"55 members of the US Congress recently signed a letter to President Obama urging him “to take the lead in establishing a United Nations Security Council Commission of Inquiry into the Israeli military regime’s crimes against humanity and war crimes against Palestine's civilian population.’’

Whadda ya mean that's NOT Israel?
