"$600b needed for climate change, UN says" by Associated Press | September 2, 2009

GENEVA - Developing countries need between $500 billion and $600 billion a year from rich nations to adapt to climate change and make sure their economies grow, a United Nations report concluded yesterday.

Is it about their economies or climate? What a rip-off scheme!

Poor nations need to join in the fight against climate change, but they will do so only if their economies are growing. That means getting massive help now from rich countries so poor nations can use clean energy for their new industries, according to the UN’s World Economic and Social Survey 2009.

Yeah, green industries, right:

"Green Stimulus Money Costs More Jobs Than It Creates, Study Shows

Every “green job” created with government money in Spain over the last eight years came at the cost of 2.2 regular jobs, and only one in 10 of the newly created green jobs became a permanent job, says a new study released this month. The study draws parallels with the green jobs programs of the Obama administration. President Obama, in fact, has used Spain’s green initiative as a blueprint for how the United States should use federal funds to stimulate the economy. Obama's economic stimulus package, which Congress passed in February, allocates billions of dollars to the green jobs industry."

I have often noticed the disparity between the TENS of THOUSANDS of JOBS we are SHEDDING with the GREEN PROMISE of HUNDREDS!!!

If developing countries simply grow the same way industrialized countries did, this will have a “devastating’’ impact on the earth’s climate, the 207-page report stated....

Honestly, I really have had it with the fart-misting fear.

In fact, I'VE HAD it with the WHOLE CULTURE of CRISIS fostered by the AGENDA-PUSHING MSM!

"Developing nations need better climate data, Annan says; Group discusses ways to improve communication" by Alexander G. Higgins, Associated Press | September 1, 2009

GENEVA - A large US delegation is attending the conference, eager to highlight the new Obama administration’s commitment to combating climate change.

Jane Lubchenco, administrator of the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, said decision-makers need reliable information about the current and projected impacts of climate change but many countries lack even basic weather information. The Geneva conference will set up a task force to determine what each country can do to create a global network....

That's there solution to everything, even though GLOBALISM has FAILED!!!!

Governments across the globe are facing a December deadline for separate UN talks aimed at forging a new accord to replace the 1997 Kyoto Protocol on reducing greenhouse gases blamed for global warming and climate change. Organizers of the Dec. 7-18 UN meeting in Copenhagen hope to reach an agreement on limiting the warming of the Earth’s temperature to 3.6 degrees Fahrenheit above levels 150 years ago.

Yeah, good thing the planet is cooling down right now.
