Israel Denies Holocausts

"Recently Israel’s education minister ordered a halt to using the accepted Arabic term “nakba,’’ or catastrophe, to describe the results of the two-year war that followed Israel’s creation, when about 700,000 Palestinians fled or were forced from their homes."

Why can't they call it what it is/was: ETHNIC CLEANSING and GENOCIDE?

Next in the cross-hairs of Israel:

"Hamas leader denies Holocaust; Criticizes lessons proposed for Gaza students" by Diaa Hadid, Associated Press | September 1, 2009

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - .... Recently Israel’s education minister ordered a halt to using the accepted Arabic term “nakba,’’ or catastrophe, to describe the results of the two-year war that followed Israel’s creation, when about 700,000 Palestinians fled or were forced from their homes....

Then the article is TOTALLY FLIPPED ROUND to cast the PALESTINIANS in a bad light!

A Hamas spiritual leader yesterday called teaching Palestinian children about the Nazi murder of 6 million Jews a “war crime,’’ rejecting a suggestion that the UN might include the Holocaust in Gaza’s school curriculum.

Alright, look, I don't want to put this up but they make me.

I must admit, the HOLOHOAX™ lie was one of the most crushing and difficult to absorb.

Having been raised in a Zionist-controlled society, the thought was nearly impossible: the Jews lied? The first thing that raised alarm bells was the discrepancy in the numbers. Then there was the replacing of the plaque and so much more. The lack of mass graves at Treblinka (watch: video); the removal of the photographs; the lie of the First World War; the exhaustive documentation of the holohoax; the extortion racket arising from such; the outright lies; the Red Cross totals; the sloppy record keeping and limited access; and on and on.

In fact, just read this:
How One American Evolved into a "Holocaust Denier"

Combined with all I have learned about Israeli involvement in 9/11 (from
Odigo to the five dancing Israelis to what Netanyahu said to the airport security firms to P-Tech and the Mossad-Israeli Connection To 9/11), and all the other missing links, there is a level of betrayal here that is nearly beyond belief.

A senior Israeli official called the Hamas statements “obscene’’ and said such statements should make the West think twice about ending its boycott of Hamas, in place since the group seized Gaza by force in 2007.

Actually no, no they didn't.

"Hamas overwhelmingly won Palestinian Parliament elections in 2006"

How many more things is the jewspaper going to lie about?

Israeli officials said the statements place Hamas in a pariah club of Holocaust deniers that includes Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

WE DENY NOTHING, we SIMPLY POINT OUT the FLAWS and INCONSISTENCIES of the Holohoax™ lie!

Hamas spiritual leader Younis al-Astal lashed out after hearing that the UN Relief and Works Agency, the main UN body aiding Palestinian refugees, planned to introduce lessons about the Holocaust to Gaza students.

That is kind of galling, seeing as the PALESTINIANS are ACTUALLY LIVING ONE, not profiting and expropriating land off a lie!

Adding the Holocaust to the curriculum would amount to “marketing a lie and spreading it,’’ al-Astal wrote in a statement. “I do not exaggerate when I say this issue is a war crime, because of how it serves the Zionist colonizers and deals with their hypocrisy and lies,’’ he wrote.

Sorry, but HE'S RIGHT!!!

Many Palestinians are reluctant to acknowledge Jewish suffering, fearing it might diminish their own. Attitudes toward the Holocaust range from outright denial to challenging its scope.

Yup, and THAT is NOT DENIAL! Btw, a WHOLE BUNCH of OTHER PEOPLE were also caught up in those work camps, not just Jews.

Hamas has been making overtures to the West, hoping to end a stifling blockade of Gaza.

Call it what it is: a WAR CRIMINAL SIEGE!

And the statements about the Holocaust by senior Hamas officials could undermine the group’s attempt to present itself as pragmatic. The United States and Europe list Hamas as a terrorist group, but there have been growing calls, particularly in Europe, to talk to the militants. Hamas control of Gaza is seen as a key obstacle to any Mideast peace deal.

Oh, so DEMOCRACY only means something when the "right" people win election, huh? Pffft!

Three teachers at UN schools said that according to the new program, basic information about the Holocaust was expected to be taught to eighth-grade students as part of human rights classes.... UNRWA provides education, health care, and welfare services to more than half of Gaza’s 1.4 million people. Spokesman Chris Gunness said a final decision has not been made about the Holocaust course for Gaza schools....

They retracted the lessons.

Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri also objected to including what he referred to as the “so-called Holocaust’’ in the lesson plan. “We think it’s more important to teach Palestinians the crimes of the Israeli occupation,’’ he said....

AGREED because THAT IS NOW, not some fable from 70 years ago!

Israelis have long complained that Palestinian textbooks present Israel only as an enemy, despite a series of interim peace deals.

Well how are they supposed to feel, whiners, with you guys oppressing them and stealing land every damn day?!!!! You expect kisses?

Also, they charge that maps in the books do not show Israel at all.

Well, that is the only answer now: Memory Hole: Future Vision of Israel

You can't get a state out of this:

Israel's Slow-Motion Genocide in Occupied Palestine

Palestinians make similar charges about Israeli education....

Yeah, the Israel's started this by eliminating the nakba!

Of course, it is typical for Israel to deny Holocausts.

Here is the most recent one:

"Civilians majority of Gaza dead, study finds; Israeli group seeks inquiry" by Karin Laub, Associated Press | September 10, 2009

JERUSALEM - Well over half of the nearly 1,400 Palestinians killed in Israel’s Gaza war were civilians, including 252 children younger than 16, an Israeli human rights groups said yesterday, challenging Israel’s assertion that most of the dead were militants....

The Israeli rights group B’Tselem yesterday published figures it said were compiled in months of research, including visits to families of victims. It said 1,387 Gazans were killed, including 773 civilians and 330 combatants....

May God bless those good Jews!

The military has put the Gaza death toll at 1,166, including 709 combatants and 295 civilians, but has refused to release a list of names or other evidence.

What difference does it make (a lot, actually)? Even if you take the Israeli military numbers, it is STILL a MASS-MURDER with WMD!!!! No getting around it, and the killing continues to this day.

The military said it believes B’Tselem’s findings are based on flawed research, including reliance on what it said are exaggerated death tolls by Palestinian human rights groups.

The world doesn't want to hear Israel's whining and lying anymore.

Two Palestinian human rights groups have put the Gaza death toll at just over 1,400 and - like B’Tselem - released lists of names.

One explanation for some of the discrepancies between the army’s figures and those of the human rights researchers is the definition of who is a combatant....

Anything that can move under its own power is a "combatant" in the Israeli gun sights!

Determining the number of civilian casualties is seen as key in the ongoing debate over whether Israel, along with Hamas, violated the rules of war in its three-week offensive against Gaza’s Hamas rulers last winter.

As well as with the two year siege.

International human rights groups have said they suspect both sides committed war crimes - Israel by using disproportionate force in crowded Gaza, and Hamas by hiding behind civilians and indiscriminately firing rockets at Israeli towns.

Where else were they to go? They are IN AN OUTDOOR, OPEN-AIR CAGE!

And I'M NOT BUYING the FALSE-FLAGGING FATAH or ZETTLER rocket fire!

The high number of Palestinian civilian deaths should compel the Israeli government to launch an independent investigation, the group said, adding that it considers the army’s internal investigation as flawed. The military has acknowledged “rare mishaps’’ in its conduct during the war, but has denied it violated international humanitarian law.

They are such scum!

Israel has said it will not cooperate with a UN war crimes investigation, alleging bias....

OMG! And where is the world? Where are the newspapers?

If an Arab nation did this (or didn't do it; think Iraq, Iran) the jewspaper would be screaming!

Thirteen Israelis also died.....

That's not the only Holocaust denied around here, folks.

"Armenian genocide lawsuit rejected; Judge says no role for court on curriculum guidelines" by Milton J. Valencia, Globe Staff | June 13, 2009

But they shove the holohoax down our throats!

Ah, Armenians only Christian.

A federal judge has rejected a lawsuit challenging state Department of Education curriculum guidelines that characterize the mass slaying of Armenians at the start of World War I as genocide, saying the court should play no role in deciding on a historic tragedy that remains under international, sensitive debate.

US District Chief Judge Mark L. Wolf said in a long-awaited ruling that state and local education systems have the constitutionally protected right to decide on curriculum as long as it does not infringe on other rights. He said the lawsuit, filed by several students and teachers from Massachusetts, and the Assembly of Turkish America, would be better played out as a public and political debate in the Legislature, than in the courts.

"Except in limited circumstances, decisions concerning what should be taught must be made by state and local boards rather than by federal judges," Wolf said in a detailed, 30-page decision.

THAT I very much agree with!

The ruling was based strictly on legal grounds, but still Armenian groups saw it as a "win to beat back the denial of genocide." It is a contentious issue that has been debated by academics and historians and still polarizes Turkey and Armenia.

"The government . . . has the absolute right to present this to students," said Arnold R. Rosenfeld, a Boston-based lawyer who represented the Armenian Assembly of America. "It's reaffirming the fact that the Armenian genocide should be taught in schools, so that people in the future will not tolerate genocide, in whatever country."

But we do! We are CARRYING IT OUT in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iraq!

But Harvey A. Silverglate, a Cambridge-based free speech lawyer who filed the suit, said the case was not meant to refute the genocide assertion but to provide students with the proper curriculum to judge by themselves.

I hate to say it, but another Jew stirring up trouble.

And why would a Jew be denying a Holocaust?

Because of the close working relationship with Turkey?

He said neither he nor the students and teachers in the case have come to any decision in how to characterize the slaughter, but that he has seen detailed, academic viewpoints on both sides, what he called a "quintessential" historic debate.

But Lord help if you question 6 million.

Silverglate argued that the curriculum was developed - without opposing viewpoints, the key part of the case - because of political pressure by Armenian groups, rather than on educational merit. The suit had called for opposing views on the genocide to be included in the state's curriculum guide for schools that addressed the Armenian genocide.

The whole thing is Zionist dominated stuff!

"I have no dog in this fight over whether this was genocide or not," Silverglate said. "But it's outrageous to delete one side of the debate, no matter how outraged the other side is." He also said he may appeal Wolf's ruling.

PALESTINE, puke!!!!!

No one denies the mass killing of Armenians at the hands of the Turks in 1915, but so-called "contra-genocide" arguments have said the slayings were the result of other factors, such as war.

In Massachusetts, the issue is the state Department of Education's curriculum guide on genocide and human rights, which lists several resources including websites, but does not include any counter-arguments. The guide was based on a 1998 state law requiring the development of curriculum on human rights violations including the "Armenian Genocide."

***********************

The department welcomed the ruling, however, because it asserts the state's authority in deciding what should be taught in classrooms.

But Bill Schechter, a retired history teacher at Lincoln-Sudbury High School and an original plaintiff in the case, said his concern was that the school curriculum was developed by political pressure, rather than a full accounting of both sides of what remains a contentious issue.

"I think the issues raised by this case should be important to anyone . . . who is concerned about historical truth being determined by pressure, politics, and that's really what the case was about," he said.

9/11!

Offensive to read that knowing how deeply this state is brainwashed by the Zionist curriculum.

YEREVAN, Armenia - Armenia and Turkey, bitter foes for a century, took a step toward reconciliation yesterday by revealing that they would launch final talks aimed at establishing diplomatic ties. They won’t, however, discuss the deepest source of their enmity: the World War I-era massacres of Armenians under Ottoman rule....

One of the biggest disputes between the neighboring countries is over the World War I-era massacre of up to 1.5 million Armenians in the last days of the Ottoman Empire, which historians widely regard as the first genocide of the 20th century. Turkey denies that the deaths constituted genocide....

How come Turkey doesn't get as much flack?

The two countries, whose shared border is closed, are US allies and came under American and European pressure to move toward peace. The talks still face pitfalls....

Also, despite an agreement that the process should proceed without preconditions, Turkey’s prime minister has linked it to a resolution of the dispute over Nagorno-Karabakh, an Azeri region that was occupied by Armenian troops. The Turkish population shares close cultural and linguistic relations with Azerbaijan, which is pressing Turkey for help in recovering its land.

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said yesterday that Turkey would “guard’’ Azerbaijan’s interest during its reconciliation with Armenia, saying in comments broadcast by NTV television that “our aim is to establish stability in the Caucasus.’’

Turkey, however, clearly seeks to enhance its growing image as a regional statesman and a coveted ally of world powers in a strategic and often unstable region. The rapprochement with Armenia coincides with efforts to resolve a long-running feud with Turkey’s Kurdish minority - issues that are vital to Turkish efforts to earn membership in the European Union.

Another Turkish genocide!

What, they like to open up centuries with 'em?

Turkey’s Islamic-oriented government is not immune to domestic pressure, especially from nationalists who believe Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is trying to undermine secular principles. That internal division has contributed to slow progress on the Armenian issue.

“Turkey was perceived in Washington as the party that was dragging its feet,’’ said Omer Taspinar, director of the Turkey project at the Brookings Institution in Washington. Taspinar said that the announcement of talks was positive but that it might be more cosmetic than substantive.

“It’s better than nothing,’’ he said. “We have plenty of reasons to be skeptical.’’
