Stampede of Pakistani Photographs

It took me a while, but I finally found it on the web:

No sooner do I find it and it is taken down, huh?

Caption: Stampede Investigated -- Pakistani police officers directed women and children gathering for free flour in Karachi yesterday. At least 18 people died when a crowd waiting for handouts panicked Monday, causing a stampede. CNN reported that organizer Chaudry Iftikhar was arrested because he did not notify the proper authorities.

Description: I count about 25 women wearing the brightest colors you could imagine.

As I was searching the web for the brilliantly and brightly-colored photograph that was in my paper, I also ran across these somber photos I thought you should see.
