AMHERST - Indiana Senator Evan Bayh could do more to change the partisan politics on Capitol Hill by staying in Congress than by leaving, Representative Barney Frank said yesterday.

Then he was a tool and must have been worried about defeat.

“I don’t understand how you make things better from the outside. I share the frustration, but I would have hoped he would have stayed around.’’ Frank said, shortly before appearing at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst to sign copies of his biography with author Stuart Weisberg....

Of course.

Oh, right, who is going to want to buy that hunk of self-serving s*** (just like Barney here)?

Yeah, the governor was just out here and the Globe never said a word.

Their agenda-pushing identity is showing big-time!

Yeah, who knows why their tool quit, and who cares?
