Connecticut officials rescued an owl that became entangled in a fishing line and was found hanging from a tree. The animal control officer and firefighters in Farmington used a ladder truck Tuesday morning to reach the owl, which was stuck about 15 feet in the air near Batterson Park Pond. Officials say the owl appeared to have a dislocated wing. Authorities cut the fishing line, put the owl in a crate and took it away to be examined. No other details are available."
