At 2:45 p.m. Monday, a man called police to report UPS packages stolen from the hallway of 1566 Tremont St. The hallway is equipped with security cameras, and police observed a man wearing a dark puffy jacket, dark pants, black sneakers, and a winter hat that read “Boston,” police said.
