"The New Hampshire driver missing a tire and throwing up sparks caught the attention of a small-town police chief who charged her with numerous crimes, including driving while intoxicated. Police in Cornish say Chief E. Douglas Hackett stopped 20-year-old Samantha Clark-West of Newport at close to 1 a.m. Sunday on Route 12A, after seeing she was driving on three tires and a metal rim. Clark-West was also charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, reckless operation, driving without a valid license and misuse of plates. She is due to appear in Claremont District Court March 14. It was not immediately known if she has a lawyer and no phone listing could be located."
