"Burma lets diplomats visit Nobel laureate, opens trial" by Associated Press | May 21, 2009

RANGOON, Burma - Burma's military regime opened Aung San Suu Kyi's trial yesterday to reporters and diplomats, but the unexpected access did not stem criticism that the hearing is a political ploy to keep the pro-democracy leader behind bars through next year's election.

The Nobel Peace laureate is accused of violating the terms of her house arrest after an American man stayed at her home without official permission. She is standing trial with two female members of her party who live with her, and John W. Yettaw, the American who her lawyers said swam to her lakeside home earlier this month and sneaked in uninvited.

Gotta be CIA! Not a big deal to the agenda-pushing MSM, huh?

Now imagine if some Iranian had swam Gitmo Bay.

They'd be screaming about it!

The limited access didn't change their opinion of the trial, which many say is staged.

What, she being tried at Gitmo?

"All the paraphernalia of the courtroom was there, the judges, the prosecution, the defense. But I think this is a story where the conclusion is already scripted," British Ambassador Mark Canning told the British Broadcasting Corp. "No, I don't have any confidence in the outcome."

She IS being tried at Gitmo!!!!

Nyan Win, a spokesman for Suu Kyi's National League for Democracy party and one of her four lawyers, said allowing diplomats into the trial fell short of demands for an open proceedings.

Suu Kyi, who is being held at the Insein Prison along with scores of other political prisoners, had been scheduled to be freed May 27 after six years under house arrest.

Yeah, that American really fucked things up, huh?

The charges against her are widely seen as a pretext to keep her in detention during polls scheduled for next year - the culmination of the junta's "roadmap to democracy," which has been criticized as a fig leaf for continued military rule.

How the F*** is that possible when the INTRUSIVE AMERICAN was the CATALYST?

--more--"

And here is something else to think about:

Why didn't Suu Kyi call the authorities right away?

What if the guy was a rapist?

Only one reason, readers; he ws a CIA contact!

"Burma closes Nobel laureate's trial again" by Associated Press | May 22, 2009

RANGOON, Burma - Burma's military junta closed the trial of pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi to reporters and diplomats again yesterday. It was unclear whether the junta would again reopen the hearings as it did Wednesday, when diplomats said the Nobel peace laureate appeared spirited and healthy.

John W. Yettaw offered the first clue to his motive for his visit to Suu Kyi, suggesting in a courtroom exchange with his lawyer that he had a premonition the pro-democracy leader was at risk of being killed, according to Nyan Win, Suu Kyi's lawyer and a spokesman for her National League for Democracy party.

That's the BEST YOU CAN DO for a COVER STORY?!!

Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-!!!!

If that was the case, the BURMESE GENERALS would have DONE IT by now!!!!

Suu Kyi's lawyers have said that she told the uninvited guest to leave, but that she allowed him to stay for two days after he pleaded that he was too ill and tired to return across the lake.

Yeah, and then he SWAM BACK and was ARRESTED on the OTHER SIDE!!!

Can you say "COVER STORY FALLING APART," readers?!!!

The family of 53-year-old Yettaw, of Falcon, Mo., describes him as a well-intentioned admirer of Suu Kyi who wanted to interview her, unaware of the possible consequences.

Oh, THIS LYING COVER STORY REEKS to high heaven, readers!!!!!

Please watch: Video: Lies which justify war to see how RIDICULOUS is that cover story!!!!

But Suu Kyi's supporters have expressed anger at him.

Well, THEY OUGHT TO BE ANGRY!
