"Man accused of groping T officer" by Andrew Ryan and John R. Ellement, Globe Staff | May 28, 2009

Officials say a groper picked the wrong person to target on a crowded bus platform at Dudley Station in Roxbury: an undercover police officer.

The plainclothes Transit Police officer was trying to catch cellphone thieves Tuesday afternoon when a middle-aged man approached him on the bus platform, according to a police report.

Yeah, the Boston cops got time to cruise the strip, bust brothels, hang out in bars, buy drugs, and worry about cellphones while ROBBERIES, RAPES, and MURDERS go UNSOLVED!!!

"Earlier this month, police wrapped up a 30-day sting involving plainclothes officers mimicking tourists and other pedestrians. Once they were panhandled, they essentially became victims guaranteed to show up for a trial"

TRILLIONS for WAR-LOOTERS and BANKS, the SPLENDOR of the MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR BALLGAME and yet NO ONE can help the HOMELESS GUYS?

That's what happens when you MOVE FROM the COUNTRY to the CITY -- as well as certain other obscenities!!!!

The man allegedly came very close to the officer, began caressing his elbow, and muttered something crude. "I want the [expletive], papa," the man was quoted as saying.

The undercover officer signaled for assistance. Other transit officers were leading the man away when one of them identified himself as a police officer, according to records filed in Roxbury Municipal Court. But the man then repeated his crude request to that officer, and reached out and groped him, police said. He was then arrested....

Inappropriate contact has been a problem on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, but male-on-male groping has been rare. Transit Police Chief Paul MacMillan said yesterday there had been just one report of such a crime on the MBTA in 2008, and none this year until Tuesday's arrest.

The chief suggested that male victims are less likely to report the crime because they are embarrassed. He also said the low number may reflect this reality: Men do not get sexually assaulted as much as women....

Yeah, try it on me and you are getting a fist in the face!!!

MacMillan, however, has responded to the occasional reports of inappropriate contact on the T by periodically dispatching decoy teams to search for violators.

I say GIVE the LADIES a GUN and IT'LL STOP!!!!

Most often, MacMillan said, the officers spot someone other than the decoy being assaulted, and then the officers make an arrest. During 2008, the MBTA received 38 reports of inappropriate touching, which led to eight arrests and four suspects being summoned to court, the chief said.

That's NOT a VERY GOOD RATIO!

How much TIME and MONEY are they spending on this?

So far this year, the T has received 28 reports, made nine arrests, and obtained one court summons, he said. "We ask everyone to report" instances of being groped, MacMillan said.

I'd like to report an instance of molestation -- by the tax-increasing and taxpayer-looting state government of Massachusetts.
