Time to SCRAP the TYRANNY built on that 9/11 LIE!!!

"Mueller's remarks fuel Guantanamo debate; Says bringing detainees to US poses risk" by Joseph Williams, Globe Staff | May 21, 2009

WASHINGTON - The disarray in the Obama administration over the fate of inmates at the Guantanamo Bay detention center deepened yesterday when FBI Director Robert Mueller told a House committee that bringing those detainees to US soil - even if they were incarcerated in high-security federal prisons - poses risks to national security.

On the other side of Capitol Hill, the Senate voted overwhelmingly yesterday to block the transfer of any Guantanamo detainees to US soil, refusing to give President Obama the $80 million he wants to close the prison by January. The 90-6 vote echoed an overwhelming House vote last week, showing the skittishness of Obama's Democratic allies on the issue.

Also yesterday, the president held a closed-door session at the White House with representatives of civil liberties and human rights groups irate at his decision to restart military tribunals for some detainees - the same justice system Obama, a former law lecturer, condemned as a candidate and promised to eliminate as president.

Obama was succinct about his reversal, according to one person at the meeting, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the meeting was private: "He said, 'I was a constitutional law scholar. Now I'm commander in chief.' "

Yeah, WAS is the operative term there.

The rebuffs to his young presidency set the stage for Obama's policy speech this morning on the fight against terrorism. In a highly unusual coincidence, former Vice President Dick Cheney, one of the president's most vocal Republican critics, is scheduled to speak the same hour as Obama.

Yeah, right, co-inky-dink! I've come to learn and find out that there ARE NO COINCIDENCES when it comes to POLITICS and PLANS of the ELITE!!!!

Cheney, who has argued in TV interviews that Obama's policies have made the nation less safe, is expected to continue his assault on Obama in a speech on national security at a conservative Washington think tank. Cheney and other conservative Republicans have assailed Obama's plan to close Guantanamo, and Mueller seemed to echo some of their worries yesterday.

What makes this all the more galling is it was Dogshit here who directed WAR GAMES the morning of 9/11!!!

So THIS SICK, EVIL SOB KNOWS that TORTURE is based on a DAMN LIE!!!

"The concerns we have about individuals who may support terrorism being in the United States run from concerns about providing financing, radicalizing others," as well as "the potential for individuals undertaking attacks in the United States," Mueller told the House Judiciary Committee. Even incarceration in a maximum-security federal penitentiary, Mueller said, does not completely eliminate "the potential for individuals undertaking attacks in the United States. All of those are relevant concerns."

But Obama's new Pentagon policy chief, Michele Flournoy, said the administration can't ask allies in Europe and elsewhere to take detainees when it won't do the same. "When we are asking allies to do their fair share in dealing with this challenge we need to do our fair share," Flournoy told reporters.

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said: "The president understands that his most important job is to keep the American people safe and that he is not going to make any decision or any judgment that imperils the safety of the American people," Gibbs added.

Yup, meet GEORGE BUSH, the THIRD TERM!

You wanna keep us safe?

EXPOSE the TRUTH about 9/11 and WHO WAS BEHIND IT!

That means Mossad, it's spy network, and the "Al-CIA-Duh" fraud!

The Pentagon is preparing to release a long-awaited report on Guantanamo detainees who, after being released, returned to the battlefield. The report is expected to be similar to earlier figures showing that 18 detainees had rejoined the fight and 43 more were suspected of returning to battle. The New York Times reported on its website last night that an updated, still-undisclosed Pentagon tally shows 74 detainees - or about one in seven of those who have been released - have returned to battle.

Yeah, and that number has been shown to be all over the place -- depending on what propaganda purposes and uses it serves.

Readers, I quit believing the lying US military a long time ago.

Also yesterday, an Obama administration official said that a top Al Qaeda suspect held at Guantanamo Bay will be sent to New York for trial. Ahmed Ghailani was indicted for the 1998 bombings of US embassies in Africa....

In today's speech, Gibbs said, Obama will also talk about "transparency in national security," including his use of Bush administration secrecy arguments to block lawsuits by civil libertarians and former detainees - including one filed by men alleging that they were kidnapped and tortured by the CIA.

Civil rights groups believe Obama has turned his back on a campaign promise to respect the rule of law and grant basic constitutional rights to the inmates.

I wish I could say I was surprised. Disappointed, yeah; surprised, no.

As if to underscore the point, a federal judge ruled Tuesday night that the president can continue to hold some prisoners at Guantanamo Bay indefinitely without them being charged. Judge John Bates curbed the Obama administration's definition of who can be held, but ruled that Congress in the days after Sept. 11, 2001 gave the president the authority to hold anyone involved in planning, aiding or carrying out the terrorist attacks.

Translation: the courts are no help when it comes to exposing 9/11 truth.

Anthony Romero, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union, said his organization and others will fight Obama in court, and are angry that he and other Democrats have allowed themselves to fall victim to what critics consider Republican "fear-mongering" about bringing accused terrorists to US soil.

What, AGAIN?!!!!!
