"Planning Board approves movie studio
The town Planning Board has unanimously approved the master plan for a 240-acre movie studio in town.
All levels of government serve Jewish interests, don't they?
The vote Monday was taken under the condition that the town and developers of Plymouth Rock Studios have 40 days to work out the final details. Bill Wynne, chief executive of the real estate development arm of the studio, told The Cape Cod Times he expects ground to be broken on the $550 million project this summer. The studio is also awaiting state approval of its application for $50 million for infrastructure improvements, and then needs Town Meeting in June to authorize selectmen to finalize the agreement. The facility is expected to include 14 sound stages, a 10-acre back lot, a theater, a 300-room hotel, and an education center (AP)."
As if we had that kind of money to make improvements for Hollywood!!!
