The Rigging of the EU Vote

Looks pretty obvious to me, especially considering I no longer believe in western elections -- not after what I've seen in my own country.

BRUSSELS - Conservatives raced toward victory in some of Europe's largest economies yesterday as initial results and exit polls showed voters punishing left-leaning parties in European parliament elections in France, Germany, and elsewhere.

Some right-leaning parties said the results vindicated their reluctance to spend more on company bailouts and fiscal stimulus amid the global economic crisis....

Looks like PEOPLE are the SAME EVERYWHERE!

An EU estimate showed that only 43 percent of 375 million eligible voters cast ballots in European parliament elections, a record low turnout amid widespread disenchantment with the continentwide legislature....

BRUSSELS - Ireland signaled it would hold a new referendum on the European Union’s stalled governing treaty in early October after winning assurances that Irish tax policy, military neutrality, and abortion curbs would be protected as the EU’s powers grow.

Globalist Ire at Ireland

Irish voters rejected the treaty last year. The veto threw the 27-nation EU into constitutional limbo, undermining Europe’s push to deepen economic integration and broaden its role.

But if you say "one-world government" you are a "conspiracy nut."

I'm tired of the word games.

Prime Minister Brian Cowen told reporters after a meeting of EU heads of state and government today in Brussels. “I don’t contemplate defeat’’ in the referendum.

The treaty would be the fourth EU constitutional revamp since 1991 as the bloc seeks to boost its global profile, expand the 16-country region using the euro, and complete the integration of Eastern Europe....

The text “gives all the reassurances the Irish people need,’’ Jose Barroso, president of the European Commission, the EU’s executive arm, told reporters. “This gives me confidence that we will have a ‘yes’ vote in the Irish referendum.’’

That's about as close to an admission and ironclad certainty as possible, isn't it?

Ummm, I think they would like to READ IT FIRST -- unlike our legislatures!!!
