Keeping Korea in Crisis

Gee, who would want to do that?

The propaganda vessel we call a morning newspaper:

"N. Korea threatens military buildup

SEOUL — North Korean media yesterday threatened a “1,000-fold’’ military buildup as the United States ruled out lifting sanctions to try to coax the North into resuming talks aimed at its nuclear weapons programs (AP)."

And if that doesn't scare you maybe this will:

Seoul certain North Korea not readying nuclear test

SEOUL — South Korean officials said yesterday that there have been continual movements of personnel and vehicles at North Korea’s main nuclear test site, but ruled out the possibility that the country is preparing its third atomic bomb test anytime soon.

The assessment came shortly after the mass-circulation Chosun Ilbo newspaper reported yesterday that Pyongyang may be preparing another nuclear test, citing “brisk’’ activities at its atomic test site in the northeastern county of Kilju.

Yup, not really doing anything but that never stopped the war-promoting media before.

The paper, citing an unidentified South Korean government source, said a US spy satellite detected such activities and that North Korea could detonate a nuclear device in three months.

Tired of the GARBAGE SHOVELED FORTH by the AmeriKan War Media yet!?

Yup, some "unidentified" official spewing gas about some forged photographs from some U.S. spy satellite about something that "could" happen.

Been there, done that!

The North may have intentionally let those activities be detected by the United States and South Korean authorities to force them to soften policies and to wrest concessions and aid, the paper said.

Yeah, sure.

The communist country may also be preparing a bomb test to bolster its military capability amid moves to transfer power from its leader, Kim Jong Il, to his third and youngest son, Kim Jong Un, it said.

Now WHY WOULD THEY WANT a BUMPY HAND-OFF when every move the old man has been making is for the MOST SEAMLESS TRANSITION as POSSIBLE?

It DOESN'T MAKE SENSE -- unless you posit a DYING EMPIRE'S INTEREST in clutching its remnants of a day long since passed and maintaining its power projection in the area.

South Korean officials, however, denied that the North was preparing a nuclear test soon, saying personnel and vehicle movements have been continuously detected for more than a year at the site....

And yet NOW, all of a sudden, it is a NEWS STORY!

Wow, the propaganda sure gets thin enough to see through when you smell it.

Another government official said the movements at the site could be seen as maintenance, while the third official, from the Defense Ministry, noted that South Korean and US authorities have been keeping a close watch on North Korean nuclear facilities.

Translation: This WHOLE PIECE is PoS WAR PROPAGANDA!

Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity, citing the sensitivity of the issue.

Yeah, but if you are a blogger and want to protect yourself you are not credible.

The US military command in Seoul said yesterday that it could not comment on the Chosun Ilbo report....

Too bad because the opposite would be the truth.

Again, the question must be asked: WHO GAINS from CONFLICT in KOREA?

South Korea sends first aid to North in 3 years

SEOUL — South Korea sent its first humanitarian rice shipment to North Korea since a conservative, pro-US government took office in 2008, and opened talks yesterday on how to hold reunions regularly for families divided across the border."

The moves are part of a thaw in tensions between the Koreas in recent months....

Oooooooooooooh. I SEE NOW!

That is why we get the WAR-MONGERING CRAPOLA ABOVE in my AmeriKan newspaper!

Analysts say recent conciliatory gestures by the North show it badly needs food aid to recover from August flooding as it seeks to maintain stability while leader Kim Jong Il transfers power to a son....

And yet the idea is constantly pushed across in the paper that the North Koreans are looking for war!

Yeah, CUI BONO on that one!!?

And notice how EXTREME SUFFERING like FLOODS are MINIMIZED when it is an "enemy" (or Muslim) nation, dear readers?

Yeah, that history-making catastrophe has pretty much been forgotten in the papers. It's been back to the false flags and lies to make wars stuff.

Speaking of which:

UN to investigate after North, South Korea exchange fire

SEOUL, South Korea — North Korean troops fired two machine-gun bursts at a South Korean guard post across their heavily militarized border last night, and soldiers from the South returned fire with three rifle shots, a South Korean Defense Ministry official said.

The official, Kiyheon Kwon, said the fire from the North was unprovoked, and that a United Nations investigation team was being sent to the scene....

The incident came on the eve of a highly anticipated reunion of families separated by the Korean War. The six-day gathering of about 100 families from both the North and the South is due to begin today....
Gee, and WHO WOULD WANT to KEEP KOREANS APART, huh?

Let's see: the booga-booga build-up and bomb threat didn't work, and the North Koreans didn't take the false flag bait.

What other propaganda can the AmeriKan War Press run?

S. Korean paper says North has increased its cyberspying

SEOUL — North Korea has been hacking into South Korean government computer networks with greater frequency to gather information on next week’s Group of 20 summit in Seoul, a South Korean newspaper reported yesterday.

Pfft! Pathetic propaganda.

North Korea has a track record of provocations when world attention is focused on the rival South, and Seoul is bracing for any possible North Korean moves to sabotage the meeting of world leaders.

North Korean hackers based in China collected unspecified minor information about the summit from South Korean government networks, the mass-circulation Chosun Ilbo newspaper reported, citing an unidentified official at the presidential Blue House....

And I guess the Globe deleted this item from its website for the obvious reasons:

"SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - Dead fish tell no tales - unless they're the goldfish being used to monitor water quality at the conference center where President Barack Obama and other world leaders met Friday to hash out global economic policy. Hosts of the Group of 20 economic summit have released six goldfish into the convention center's water supply. The goal is to make sure the recycled water piped into restrooms is safe from any toxic attack by North Korean agents.

Yes, when things are SO LAUGHABLE and RIDICULOUS the EMBARRASSING SHAME

You SCARED of the sick and starving North Koreans yet?
