Slow Saturday Special: Zionist Spies Set Free

I call it Slow Saturday because it is (and the papers and government know this) the least read day of the newspaper. Most getting their weekends straight on Saturday, and will sit down tomorrow to a fat Sunday agenda-push.

"Feds drop charges against pro-Israel lobbyists" by Matthew Barakat, Associated Press Writer | May 1, 2009

ALEXANDRIA, Va. --
Prosecutors moved Friday to dismiss all charges against two former pro-Israel lobbyists accused of disclosing U.S. defense secrets, ending a four-year legal battle that promised to put former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and other Bush administration insiders on the witness stand.

Critics of the prosecution of Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee accused the government of trying to criminalize the sort of back-channel discussions between government officials, lobbyists and reporters that are commonplace in the nation's capital.

Translation: Anything government and MSM say is an agenda-pushong piece of garbage.

To prove the point, Rosen and Weissman's lawyers won the right to subpoena a parade of Bush administration officials and have them testify at trial under oath. Those slated to testify included Rice, former national security adviser Stephen Hadley, former Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz, former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage and several others.

Rosen's defense attorney, Abbe Lowell, said each of those administration officials had conversations with Rosen and Weissman and disclosed almost exactly the same type of information that led to the prosecution of Rosen and Weissman....

In a statement Friday, Acting U.S. Attorney Dana Boente said the government moved to dismiss the charges after concluding that pretrial rulings would make it too difficult for the government to prove its case.

But they can try framed-up patises three times if need be! Pfffft!!!

Defense lawyers, in a joint statement, praised the Obama administration for reconsidering the case.

Yup, the Lobby gives Obama a pat on the head as he sucks it!

The defense had also been prepared to show the information obtained by Rosen and Weissman, while technically classified, was not truly secret and its disclosure was irrelevant to national security.

You know, it's true. Whether it be 9/11, Iraq, or the endless array of lies on any topic, the TRUTH is OUT THERE!!! They are called BLOGS!!!!

Weissman's lawyer, Baruch Weiss, called the dismissal a victory for the First Amendment.

Un-fuckin-real!!

Why is it every time you turn around in AmeriKa's institutions or jewsmedia is there a joo.

Had Rosen and Weissman been convicted, he said it would have set a precedent for prosecuting reporters any time they obtained information from government officials that was later deemed too sensitive to be disclosed.

You know, what bulls***! The frikkin' jewsmedia is in bed with the Zionist-conrolled government! I mean it's right in front of your face!!

Weiss said the four-year prosecution "has been a tremendous hardship for both Rosen and Weissman," who have been unable to work.

Awww, the POOR, POOR, JOO SPIES!!!

Oh, yeah, I'm feeling real sorry for them!

A former Defense Department official, Lawrence A. Franklin, previously pleaded guilty to providing Rosen and Weissman classified defense information and was sentenced to more than 12 years in prison.

Well, he ain't Jewish! And he's got to be ripping it that jail cell, huh? Start spilling your guts, Larry, before you meet an untimely, yet convenient, demise!

Franklin said he was frustrated with U.S. policy toward Iran, and leaked info to Rosen and Weissman with the hopes that they might use their contacts in the administration to get the policy changed. AIPAC spokesman Patrick Dorton said the organization was pleased the Justice Department dismissed the charges....

But they aren't running us or anything.

The AIPAC case popped back into the headlines last month after reports that Rep. Jane Harman, D-Calif., was overheard on wiretaps agreeing to seek lenient treatment for Rosen and Weissman. Harman adamantly denied she had contacted anyone seeking favorable treatment for Rosen and Weissman, and demanded that transcripts of the wiretaps be released....

I wouldn't hold my breath on those, either.

We won't be hearing about this case in the Globe or wider AmeriKan jewsmedia again, mark my words.

Web Globe gives us the Jew York Times version (sigh!?):

"US drops charges against former pro-Israel lobbyists; Spying case raised delicate political issues" by Neil A. Lewis and David Johnston, New York Times | May 2, 2009

If anything illustrates the control of this government by Zionist interests more than this, I've yet to see it. Imagine if they were Iranian or (gasp) "Al-CIA-Duh!"

WASHINGTON - A case that began four years ago with the tantalizing and volatile premise that officials of a major pro-Israel lobbying organization were illegally trafficking in sensitive national security information collapsed yesterday as prosecutors asked that all charges be withdrawn.

From the beginning, the case against the lobbyists for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee was highly unusual....

Translation: We don't prosecute Zionists for spying on us. Would any other nation's spies on this earth get away with such treason?

FBI agents poured substantial resources into the case, and the decision to seek a dismissal infuriated many within the law enforcement agency.

Then there ARE SOME GOOD PEOPLE still in the U.S. government!!

But several current and former officials said the decision to abandon the case was no surprise....

Nope, not really, not to me.

Officials from the FBI's Washington office who investigated the case made their final pleas to keep the prosecution alive, arguing that there was enough evidence to persuade a jury to find the two men guilty. But prosecutors disagreed - including some who had worked on the case for years. Joseph Persichini Jr., the top official at the FBI's Washington office, praised the work of the FBI agents on the case, and said he was "disappointed" in the decision to drop the charges.

Me, too!

The case had raised delicate political issues about the role played by American Jewish supporters of Israel and their close, behind-the-scenes relationships with top government officials.

Yup, that OPEN STINK of a SEWER RELATIONSHIP that emantes from D.C.!

Civil liberties and open-government advocates asserted that the defendants were being singled out for activities that were part of the accepted and routine way that American policy on Israel and the Middle East had been formulated for years, with people exchanging information.

Oh, WHAT BULL, Jew York Times!!! I'm one of those advocates and I didn't have sympathy for the poor, poor, joo spies!!!

And look just fluff off the Lobby with, well, that's just the way it's always been. You gotta give up on the MSM AmeriKan media and the Globe and Times, folks. They suck! This stuff is shit!

Of course, they were the rectum that all this shit came out of, so I would expect that they would take this journalistic spin.

The decision to drop the case comes just days before AIPAC is scheduled to begin its annual policy conference in Washington, which has often served as an advertisement of its influence....

And after that, the plans for WWIII will be activated.

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. was informed and raised no objections....

Yeah, yeah, Bush Justice, Obama Justice, what difference does it make?

Rosen and Weissman trafficked in facts, ideas and rumor....

Well, that's putting it very politely!

They SOLD LIES that LED US to WAR -- and the PAPER HERE TRANSMITTED THEM without a critical fart poot.
