My Fire Has Gone Out For the Boston Globe

There is only so much supremacist and propagandist slop one can take:

"Last winter’s numbing cold created a run on firewood over the summer as New Englanders stocked up early to make sure their woodpiles were high. The result: Most suppliers are now completely out of wood, and what is available costs 15 to 25 percent more than last year. There are several reasons for the slowdown. Due to frigid temperatures last winter and fear of a repeat this time around, the supplies of seasoned wood were gone by last fall, many firewood sellers said."

We are getting the repeat, and its even worse (Globe strangely silent on Arctic blast and record cold), and there is “no firewood [because] demand has exceeded the supply.”

“The winter was too cold, the summer not hot enough, and last year’s cold winter and cold, wet and late spring. It’s a very touchy subject.”

Yeah, I'll f***in' bet!

Freezing rain makes Northeast roads slick; at least 5 killed

I hold the fart-mi$ting propagandi$ts personally responsible for those deaths.

Forget That Warm Weather Talk: U.S. Is About to Get Cold

“The big story this week is that our expected January thaw next week has been obliterated, and that the models keep getting colder and colder in general, starting next week through the end of January,” said Todd Crawford, a meteorologist with WSI in Andover, Massachusetts.

Tell me about it. It's an ice-skating rink everywhere out here.

And yet the Globe....

"In the annals of climatology, 2014 now surpasses 2010 as the warmest year in a global temperature record that stretches back to 1880. The 10 warmest years on record have all occurred since 1997, a reflection of the relentless planetary warming that scientists say is a consequence of human emissions and poses profound long-term risks to civilization and to the natural world."

Sigh. What a stink.
