A Blinn on the Radar

"Police in Seabrook, N.H., are looking for a man accused of sexually assaulting a child, then evading police as he traveled around New Hampshire and the Merrimack Valley. Douglas Blinn, 44, has been seen in Merrimac, Haverhill, Portsmouth, N.H., and Ossipee, N.H., within the past week, authorities said. Police offered few details about the crime, but said there is a warrant out for his arrest. “Blinn is aware that the police are searching for him and continues to avoid apprehension,” police said in a news release. Police said Blinn may be driving a blue 2015 Chrysler 200 with an Indiana license plate bearing the number “841-FCS.”
