The Boston Globe Reads the MSM Lie Monitor

Why not? I'm one of the last ones buying and reading their paper.

See:
Picturing the Congo

A brief, yes, but my eyes nearly fell out of my sockets when I say the #s!

"Rebels advance in northeast Congo

MOMBASA, Kenya - Rebels overran an army base and seized the headquarters office of a nearby gorilla park in intensified fighting yesterday in the northeastern corner of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

So to whom is Israel
running weapons to?

Since August, fighting has driven nearly 200,000 more people from their homes in a region where more than 1.4 million, or about one-fifth of the population, have been displaced, aid officials say.

And it GETS WORSE, folks!!!

"It's significantly worse in that rebels seem to have gained a lot of ground," said Emmanuel de Merode, director of Virunga National Park, home to 200 of the world's surviving mountain gorillas. Although parts of the park have been under rebel control for months, yesterday's fighting forced 53 park rangers to flee into the forest as rebels seized control of the headquarters, located atop a strategic bluff.

Well, those gorillas are always going to get to me; however, that is NOT the WORST PART!

Rebels also retook control of Rumangabo military camp, north of the city of Goma. Rebels had overrun the camp earlier this month, stealing heavy artillery and anti-aircraft guns before turning control of the facility over to the United Nations. The UN peacekeeping mission, the largest in the world with more than 17,000 troops, dispatched soldiers yesterday to protect and assist fleeing residents. But heavy fighting continued throughout the afternoon.

Here is the TERRIBLE PART!!!

Congo's restive northeast was the epicenter of a five-year regional conflict that killed more than 5 million people, mostly from disease and starvation. The area's resources, including gold, have long attracted the interest of neighboring countries. --more--"

Aaaahhh! A HOLOCAUST!!!!!

Truthfully, I am surprised to see the figures in my Zionist War Daily!

I guess I owe them an apology -- and a THANK YOU for READING ME, 'eh? Same thanks they OWE ME for shelling out a buck for their lies!

Of course, if they STARTED TELLING the TRUTH (like the blogs) I would be MORE than HAPPY to huck over four quarters!!!

Although, I guess they DID THANK ME by ADDING THIS to their WEB SITE (not in my printed paper):

"Somalia takes step toward peace deal

NAIROBI - Somalia's transitional leaders made important concessions toward peace yesterday, agreeing to accept insurgent troops within their ranks and detailing a plan for a phased pullback of Ethiopian soldiers, currently the most powerful force in the country.

This agreement could be an important step for chaotic Somalia, where thousands of civilians have been killed this year in vicious urban combat between, on one side, the Ethiopian troops and militia members loyal to the Somali government and, on the other, a determined Islamist insurgency. The recent fighting has compounded the country's dire humanitarian problems, with millions of people on the brink of starvation. --more--"
