The New York Times Stops Broadcasting

"The company reported a $74.5 million loss in the first quarter"

Gee, I guess they didn't do as good as the
guys trying to sell 'em, huh?

I couldn't think of a more deserving newspaper (except for the bastard step-child I read).

"Times Co. exits radio in $45m deal" by Associated Press | July 15, 2009

NEW YORK - The New York Times Co. is selling its classical music station and exiting the radio business. The Times Co. has been looking to sell properties as it struggles in an advertising market that is dramatically shifting away from print media.

It recently hired an investment bank to try to sell The Boston Globe, after renegotiating contracts with that paper’s unions, and trying to sell its interest in the company that owns the Boston Red Sox. The company reported a $74.5 million loss in the first quarter.

Why do the GOLDMAN LOOTERS remain UNMENTIONED, MSM.... oh, FORGET IT!

YOU are obviously DONE!
