Thing is, I couldn't find the article on the web, either.

"Clinton: NKorea running out of options on nukes" by Robert Burns, AP National Security Writer | July 23, 2009
PHUKET, Thailand --Faced with a fresh refusal by North Korea to give up its nuclear weapons program, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Thursday the communist regime has "no friends left" to shield it from punishing U.N. penalties.

But she is a LIAR!
"North Korea's continued pursuit of its nuclear ambitions is sure to elevate tensions on the Korean peninsula and could provoke an arms race in the region," Clinton told a news conference after conferring with officials from 26 other countries and organizations. She cited near unanimity on fully enforcing the latest U.N. sanctions against North Korea for its repeated nuclear and missile tests.
Before departing for Washington after a weeklong trip to India and Thailand, Clinton offered a somewhat more optimistic message about another trouble spot on the U.S. foreign policy agenda: Myanmar, the military-run southeast Asian nation also known as Burma.
Really? Not what I read: Burma Has the Bomb
"There is a positive direction that we see with Burma," she said. She praised Myanmar's government for committing to enforce the U.N. sanctions against North Korea, calling it important in light of Myanmar's suspected secret military links to North Korea.
But they let the Kang Nam deliver its cargo and return home, huh?
And she suggested Myanmar may have played a role this month in persuading a North Korean cargo ship suspected of carrying weaponry in violation of the sanctions to return home instead of continuing to its destination, which U.S. officials said was probably Myanmar.
Oh, I see, it never made it there? No wonder the MSM dropped it!
Clinton also called on Myanmar to unconditionally release democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi, who is accused of violating the terms of her house arrest....
Did you know that Aung San Suu Kyi is Burmese for CIA?

On North Korea, Clinton said, "I wanted to make very clear that the United States does not seek any kind of offensive action against North Korea."
Good, I will HOLD YOU TO THAT!
She said the world -- including China, which has been North Korea's most loyal supporter -- has made it clear to Pyongyang that it has "no place to go. They have no friends left that will protect them from the international community's efforts to move toward denuclearization," she said.
Lie, lie, lie, lie, lie!
Just moments before she spoke at this southern Thai seaside resort, a spokesman for the North Korean delegation at the Phuket conference said his government will not return to six-party talks with the U.S., Japan, South Korea, China and Russia, citing the "deep-rooted anti-North Korean policy" of the United States. "The six-party talks are over," Ri Hung Sik said.
Nice diplomacy!
Her reply, essentially, was that the U.S. and its negotiating partners will not back down from their insistence that North Korea not only resume negotiations but scrap its nuclear program in a verifiable way and return to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty to which it once was a signatory but recently abandoned....

Of course, our friend Israel and India never signed, but that's okay!
Pakistan is another matter!
Clinton Chooses Sides For WWIII
Clinton said the Obama administration would soon send Philip Goldberg, its coordinator for implementing the U.N. sanctions that were approved by the Security Council in June, back to Asia for a new round of consultations on a joint enforcement strategy. And, in what she called an illustration of U.S. concern about the welfare of North Korea's people, Clinton said the administration intends to appoint a special envoy to focus on North Korean human rights.
How about sending them some FOOD instead?
Turning to another major security problem, Clinton held a one-on-one meeting with Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and said afterward that the Pakistani military's progress in fighting Taliban insurgents has been "encouraging" but incomplete.
Clinton said she hoped to learn more about the situation when she visits Pakistan this fall.
More back-filling, or will we be at war with them by that time?
Qureshi told reporters that the military operations have been successful, and said he asserted that public opinion in Pakistan has changed decisively against extremism.
Then he's a liar, too!

This next article appeared on the website version twice; however, I never saw it in my printed paper! WTF, readers?
PHUKET, Thailand - Stiffening the American line against Iran, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton warned yesterday that the United States would consider extending a “defense umbrella’’ over the Middle East if the country defies international demands that it not seek a nuclear weapons program.
Well, they AIN'T!!!!
While such a defensive shield has long been assumed, administration officials in Washington acknowledged yesterday that no senior official had ever publicly discussed it. Some of the officials said that the timing of Clinton’s remarks reflected a growing sense that President Obama needed to signal to Tehran that its nuclear ambitions could be countered militarily....

Clinton later clarified her comments on Iran, delivered in advance of a regional meeting here, saying that her warning that the United States would create such a “shield’’ did not represent any backing away from the Obama administration’s position that it must prevent Tehran from obtaining a bomb capability. But her words suggested the administration is already thinking ahead to what would amount to a containment strategy....
You going for that fake right, while they move left?

Speaking to an audience during a televised town hall meeting in Bangkok, Clinton said, “We want Iran to calculate what I think is a fair assessment that if the US extends a defense umbrella over the region, if we do even more to support the military capacity of those in the Gulf, it’s unlikely that Iran will be any stronger or safer, because they won’t be able to intimidate and dominate, as they apparently believe they can, once they have a nuclear weapon.’’
Sure worked for Israel though, huh?

"N. Korea raps Clinton over ‘vulgar remarks’; Some allies back push to isolate nation further" by Glenn Kessler, Washington Post | July 24, 2009
PHUKET, Thailand - The war of words between North Korea and the United States escalated yesterday, with North Korea’s Foreign Ministry lashing out at Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton in unusually personal terms for “vulgar remarks’’ that it said demonstrated “she is by no means intelligent.’’
She sure isn't acting like it!
Clinton, who earlier this week likened North Korea to an unruly child, has rallied for international isolation of North Korea at a 27-member regional security forum in Thailand. She met with her Russian, Chinese, South Korean, and Japanese counterparts - the other key partners in suspended six-nation disarmament talks - and won statements of support from many delegations.
On Wednesday night, she even sent a delegation of US officials to meet with diplomats from Burma, which has strained relations with Washington, to press for compliance with a UN Security Council resolution barring exports of North Korean arms and missiles. The resolution was passed after North Korea detonated a second nuclear device. Yesterday, Burma announced that it would comply.
“There is no place to go for North Korea,’’ Clinton told reporters after reading a nearly seven-minute statement outlining US policy on North Korea. “They have no friends left.’’
North Korean officials are also attending the conference hosted by the Association of South East Asian Nations on this resort island. In a somewhat comical scene, North Korean officials, guarded by a half-dozen grim-looking security guards, showed up at a news conference venue that had been set up for Clinton, who was running late.
What HORSE SHIT BIAS!!! Would they EVER DESCRIBE U.S. thugs that way?
Though the North Koreans had booked the space, they stalked away to a hallway to meet with reporters and denounce the United States....
Gee, the North Koreans are like the late Rodney Dangerfield, huh?
NO RESPECT at ALL!!!!
They SET the VENUE UP for CLINTON even though the Koreans BOOKED the SPACE?!
Un-frikkin'-real!!!!
North Korea rarely holds media events, so the decision to speak to reporters is significant....
Listen to the self-important s*** bag!
The Foreign Ministry statement attacking Clinton also amply demonstrated the North Korean mood.
Oh, now they are MOODY! Maybe it is because they are HUNGRY, huh?
“We cannot but regard Mrs. Clinton as a funny lady as she likes to utter such rhetoric, unaware of the elementary etiquette in the international community,’’ a Foreign Ministry spokesman said, according to North Korean media. “Sometimes she looks like a primary schoolgirl and sometimes a pensioner going shopping.’’
They NAILED HER!!!!!
The fit of pique was apparently inspired by an interview Clinton gave while visiting India.
“What we’ve seen is this constant demand for attention,’’ Clinton said. “And maybe it’s the mother in me or the experience that I’ve had with small children and unruly teenagers and people who are demanding attention - don’t give it to them, they don’t deserve it, they are acting out.’’
Tell it to ISRAEL, beeach!!!!!
Javier Solana, European Union foreign policy chief, told reporters that despite the back-and-forth, he did not think the six-party talks were over and that North Korea eventually would return to the bargaining table....
Why? Didn't you hear what they said? Those talks are over!

"US, Israeli test of missile shield beset by glitches; Officials downplay malfunction" by Amy Teibel, Associated Press | July 24, 2009
JERUSALEM - Israel’s concerns were heightened this week when Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said the United States would extend a “defense umbrella’’ over its Gulf Arab allies to prevent Iran from dominating the region “once they have a nuclear weapon.’’
The comments raised eyebrows in Israel.
They SMELLED the SHIT, huh?
“I was not thrilled to hear the American statement from yesterday that they will protect their allies with a nuclear umbrella, as if they have already come to terms with a nuclear Iran,’’ Dan Meridor, Israel’s minister of intelligence and atomic energy, told Army Radio. “I think that’s a mistake.’’
Well, WHO GIVES a F*** what you think, NaZionist scum?
How many bombs you got, you law-breaking sack of s***?
Hours after Meridor spoke, Clinton clarified her remarks, saying she was “not suggesting any new policy’’ on Iran and continued to believe that “Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons is unacceptable.’’
Well, I'm glad they aren't making one then!
