The Parisian Protests

Why they covered them with this one-day wonder and then rabbit-holed it is up for you to figure out. I'm tired of Xing out so much crap every day I can't keep track.

Just giving you the sampling of what an average American newspaper reader is getting from the big-city War Daily way out here in Sticksville, MA.

"Protests in Paris denounce Armenia leader" by Associated Press | October 3, 2009

PARIS - Violent protests broke out yesterday at the start of Serge Sarkisian’s tour of Armenian communities worldwide, with demonstrators in Paris shouting “traitor!’’ at Armenia’s president and decrying his plans to establish ties with Turkey.

Why do I smell agent provocateurs (French term because they originated it)?

Related: Jewish founders of Secular Turkey

Oh, now I get it.

Yeah, the Israeli-Turkey friendship is one of the best kept secrets going.

More: Who's Afraid of Sibel Edmonds?

I assume this appears in the paper to also jog that Holocaust™ memory chip and make the appropriate connection, even though the Zionist power structure won't recognize that Holocaust™ (and now you know why).

Sarkisian embarked on the tour - which will also take him to the United States, Russia, and Lebanon - to seek support for his landmark bid for diplomatic ties with Turkey after a century of enmity. But at least 200 protesters from the Armenian diaspora in France showed up at a public appearance in Paris. Riot police fought back belligerent demonstrators, a few dozen of whom shouted “No!’’ and punched riot shields. Police dragged several protesters away kicking and screaming.

Now I know why this was a one-day, Slow Saturday special! The MSM gives its agenda-pushing self away with its treatment and terminology.

Sarkisian later put in a brief appearance, walking past protesters shouting through bullhorns.

The killing of up to 1.5 million Armenians under the Ottoman Empire has been the main barrier to reconciliation with Turkey. Armenians have long fought to persuade other governments to consider it a genocide. Turkey rejects the label and says the death toll is inflated.

Holocaust deniers!

Seems to be a pattern.

Gee, that is another under-covered and unheard of area, huh, readers?

I couldn't possibly imagine why.

Last month, however, Turkey and Armenia said they would set aside hostilities and establish diplomatic ties in favor of practical concerns such as oil interests, Turkey’s EU membership bid, and relations with Russia and the United States.

Now WHY CAN'T USrael do that with ANYBODY?

Armenians in their poor, isolated homeland are more eager to open up trade and other ties with Turkey than many in the vast Armenian diaspora, most of whom are descendants of those who escaped the slaughter....

Armenians abroad - estimated at 5.7 million - outnumber the 3.2 million living in Armenia, the smallest of the former Soviet republics. The largest communities are in Russia (2 million), the United States (1.4 million), Georgia (460,000), and France (450,000), according to government data.

Ah, they are just PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS so their Holocaust doesn't count.

Seems only one is named such, doesn't it?

You know, seeing as we are talking Turkey:

"Violence racks protests against IMF" by Associated Press | October 7, 2009

ISTANBUL - Police used water cannons, tear gas, and pepper spray yesterday to disperse hundreds of demonstrators protesting against the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, held in Istanbul.

Dozens of masked protesters shattered the windows of a McDonald’s restaurant and several banks, also damaging vehicles as they ran into the streets behind Istanbul’s Taksim Square, which is less than half a mile from the site of the IMF and World Bank meeting.

AGENT PROVOCATEURS!! AGENT PROVOCATEURS!!!

And the PAPER is covering it because IT MAKES PROTESTERS of GLOBALISM LOOK BAD!!!!

The protesters, armed with firebombs and slings, repeatedly confronted the police in narrow back streets, but a heavy police presence prevented them from reaching the meeting. Thousands of police wearing gas masks and protective gear erected barriers and detained more than 70 protesters, said Muammer Guler, governor of Istanbul. The protesters were mostly members of small leftist parties or labor unions.

Uh-OH!!!!

See: Operation Gladio

Leftists, huh?

CNN-Turk television said foreign protesters were also involved.

Oh, I BELIEVE THAT!!! AGITATING AGENTS is what we call 'em!!

Police helicopters hovered above the crowds. Clouds of tear gas filled the air above Taksim Square while firefighters battled a blaze set by protesters.

See? NOT DOING THAT when I PROTEST!

What I don't like is after an hour, EVERY ONE SAYS BYE, nice seeing you, and GOES HOME! Standing on a common in ritual ceremony while no change occurs is what?

It all comes back to Gandhi, America! If you want to avoid violent revolution, you need NONVIOLENT, NON-COOPERATIVE OCCUPATION of state and federal capitals!

Passersby and reporters were also affected by the tear gas.

I'll bet that's another reason it made the paper.
