Yeah, that was it. He's the contact that was waiting in Rhode Island, after they got help from Levy leaving Boston.
"R.I. police say body may be missing ex-Brown student" by Jaclyn Reiss | Globe Correspondent, April 24, 2013
Maybe not.
Police in Providence pulled a man’s body from the Providence River Tuesday, and authorities said it is “very possible” it is that of Sunil Tripathi, 22, a former Brown University student who has been missing since mid-March.
Providence police Lieutenant Joseph Donnelly said Tuesday night that “it’s very, very possible” that the body could be Tripathi’s, but added authorities will not know for sure until the medical examiner’s office in Providence identifies the body Wednesday morning. Donnelly said Tripathi’s family has not been notified of the body’s recovery.
Donnelly said the body was found in the river behind the Wyndham Garden Providence Hotel around 6 p.m. The coach of Brown’s rowing team, which practices in that area, saw the body floating in the water and called police, Donnelly said.
Tripathi was last seen in his apartment on Angell Street in Providence around 11 a.m. on March 16. An initial sweep of his room found his cellphone, credit card, ID, and other personal items, but his sister said his glasses and Philadelphia Eagles wool cap were gone.
Who leaves without their stuff? The glasses and hat were missing? Who knocked on the door?
The FBI has been assisting Providence police in the investigation, said a spokesman for the Boston division last month.
Oh, well, no worry now.

"Police probing whether body is missing R.I. student" Associated Press, April 25, 2013
PROVIDENCE — The Rhode Island medical examiner’s office is trying to determine whether a body found in Providence is that of a missing Brown University student.
Police said members of Brown’s crew team found the body Tuesday afternoon in waters off a park. Authorities said the man appeared to be in his 20s.
Commander Thomas Oates said there are indications it could be Sunil Tripathi, 22, who disappeared in March. Oates declined to elaborate.
Relatives of Tripathi, who is from Bryn Mawr, Pa., have been searching for him with help from the FBI and Brown students.
Tripathi’s family said he was on leave from the Ivy League school and living with classmates in Providence.
The medical examiner’s office planned an autopsy Wednesday. Oates said identification was not expected until Thursday.

The feeling here is he was snatched, drugged and was going to be a patsy for the Boston bombings and it didn't fly. They have changed the story so many times they have lost any and all credibility.
