A car crashed through the window of a sporting goods store in Marblehead Monday, police said.
Chief Robert Picariello said police responded to Marblehead Sport Shop on Hawkes Street at 1:24 p.m.
No one was hurt in the crash, but the store suffered “fairly substantial damage,” he said.
Picariello said Marblehead police do not believe alcohol or substance abuse was involved in the crash.
Additional details on the crash were not immediately available.
