SILLI Inside the United States

Formerly known as ISIS!

"Lawmakers weigh US role against Islamic fighters in Iraq" by Philip Elliott | Associated Press   August 11, 2014

WASHINGTON — Islamic militants’ growing influence in Iraq and Syria is a threat to Americans, lawmakers from both political parties agreed Sunday even as they sharply split on what role the United States should play in trying to crush them.

President Obama approved limited airstrikes last week against Islamic State fighters, whose rapid rise in June plunged Iraq into its worst crisis since the end of 2011, when US troops withdrew from the country at the end of an unpopular eight-year war. Obama said the current military campaign would be a ‘‘long-term project’’ to protect civilians from the deadly insurgents.

Dam bastard.

Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, a Republican, said the militants threaten not just Iraqis but also Americans. He said Obama’s strikes were insufficient to turn back the militants and were designed ‘‘to avoid a bad news story on his watch.’’

‘‘I think of an American city in flames because of the terrorists’ ability to operate in Syria and in Iraq,’’ said Graham, a reliable advocate for using US military force overseas.

‘‘They are coming here,’’ Graham later added about the militants. ‘‘This is just not about Baghdad. This is just not about Syria. It is about our homeland.’’

Graham added that if Islamic State militants attack the United States because Obama ‘‘has no strategy to protect us, he will have committed a blunder for the ages.’’

We know they are coming because the newspaper is telegraphing the next hijackings (say Farbstein, a TSA spokeswoman, and Rosenbloom, a professor of health policy and management at Boston University)-- and there will be no helicopters to gather independent videos or photos.

The chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Senator Dianne Feinstein of California, Democrat of California, also said the militants pose a threat ‘‘in our backyard’’ and was recruiting Westerners.

‘‘Inaction is no longer an option,’’ she said in a statement as airstrikes were underway.

The rhetoric tracked closely to that used in the lead-up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq. In the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, lawmakers from both parties voted to give President George W. Bush the authority to take military action against Iraq in the hopes of combating terrorism.

Fool me once, fool me twice, fuck you on fooling me three times you insanely delusional shit-throwers (sorry for the profanity, but that's the least offensive thing here).

NUCLEAR 9/11 on the WAY!!

At the time, many said the United States faced a choice of fighting terrorism on American soil or on foreign soil.

A close White House ally, Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois, a Democrat, said Islamic State fighters are a ‘‘growing and troublesome’’ threat. But he added, ‘‘We must not send the troops.’’

Obama already did and there is talk of going into SYRIA!!

"The big question is: What can the United States do to stop it?" Durbin asked.

Why was that edited out? Because the answer is for the U.S. to NOT START IT!!??

American airstrikes have included fighter jets and drones near Erbil, the capital of the Kurdish region in northern Iraq, as recently as Sunday. The strikes are aimed at limiting Islamic State fighters’ advances and helping Iraqi forces regain control. US and Iraqi aircraft also have dropped humanitarian aid for the minority Yazidis, thousands of whom have been stranded on a scorching mountaintop since the Islamic militants seized Sinjar, near the Syrian border, last week.

Turns out that was a Dam lie.

A breakdown in talks between Washington and Nouri al-Maliki, Iraq’s prime minister, that would have allowed some US troops to remain in Iraq collapsed in 2008, and Obama withdrew troops in 2011.

Maliki now is under mounting pressure to step aside, including requests from US lawmakers.

I told you that is why he was doomed from the day he said get out.

‘‘The collapse of Mosul was not a result of lack of equipment or lack of personnel. It was a leadership collapse,’’ said Senator Jack Reed, a Democrat from Rhode Island.

Critics say the Shi’ite leader contributed to the crisis by monopolizing power and pursuing a sectarian agenda that alienated the country’s Sunni and Kurdish minorities.

The Islamic State group, which some lawmakers refer to as ISIS, or the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, is ‘‘getting stronger all the time,’’ warned Senator John McCain, an Arizona Republican.

‘‘They have attracted 1,000 young men from around the world who are now fighting on their side,’’ McCain added. ‘‘This ISIS is metastasizing throughout region, and their goal, as they’ve stated openly time after time, is the destruction of United States of America.’’

We have been warned with the telegraph! Laying the groundwork for the propaganda matrix to take over.

Graham spoke to ‘‘Fox News Sunday.’’ Durbin appeared on NBC’s ‘‘Meet the Press.’’ Reed was interviewed on CBS’ ‘‘Face the Nation.’’ McCain was a guest on CNN’s ‘‘State of the Union.’’

I'm so glad I don't want those propaganda programs anymore.

I'm sorry, folks but Dam this silli propaganda bordering on insanity.

What an evil regime I live under. The scale of deception is monumental.

Enjoy it, readers, because there is no point to covering this slop when I should be going other places or at very the very least getting irritating propaganda away from me.

"US backers of Islamic State under scrutiny; Worries about group are rising" by Tom Hays | Associated Press   August 23, 2014

NEW YORK — Officially, the FBI agents who swarmed Donald Ray Morgan at Kennedy Airport this month were there to arrest him on a mundane gun charge. But they whisked him away to their Manhattan office and grilled him for two hours on an entirely different topic: Islamic State extremists.

Over and over, they asked Morgan, a 44-year-old North Carolina man, converted Muslim, and author of proextremist tweets, whether he had traveled to Syria to support the militant group. More important, they wanted know whether he could identify any fighters with US ties who had left the region to return to America.

Yeah, the script has already been written: Syrian terrorists, armed with a nuclear bomb Iran does not have, will destroy Chicago on the 13th anniversary of the 11th of September.

The questioning, recounted in a recent court hearing, offered a glimpse into US law enforcement’s intensifying efforts to identify Islamic State sympathizers who could help export the group’s brand of violent jihad to the United States.

Don't they already know? They CREATED and TRAINED THEM!

The new scrutiny comes amid a new barrage of US airstrikes against the Islamic State fighters who beheaded American journalist James Foley. The group called Foley’s killing revenge for previous strikes against militants in Iraq.

What an asset to the war agenda.

Federal and New York Police Department officials have estimated that at least 100 Americans could be fighting with the Sunni extremists who have seized territory in northern and western Iraq.

And I'm sure the NSA is monitoring the movements of the FBI patsies.

In April, a Colorado woman and convert to Islam was arrested before she could travel to Syria to marry a fighter she had met online.

Related: Denver woman was arrested on way to Syria for jihad

Why does the government agent remain nameless?

More recently, a Texas man who was arrested trying to board a flight to Turkey pleaded guilty to terror charges alleging he wanted to join the group.

He was in touch with an undercover FBI employee in Europe, whom he thought would facilitate his travel, ha-ha-ha-ha!!

It's ANOTHER FRAME-UP!!!

In a Pentagon news conference, General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, called the Islamic State an ‘‘immediate threat,’’ in part because of the number of Europeans and other foreigners who have traveled to the region to join the group.

‘‘And those folks can go home at some point,’’ he said.

An FBI and Homeland Security Department intelligence bulletin issued Friday said there were no credible or specific threats from the Islamic State against the US homeland. However, it cautioned that ‘‘violent extremists who support [the group] have demonstrated the capability to attempt attacks on US targets overseas with little-to-no warning.’’

NYPD counterterrorism officials, long wary of another Al Qaeda strike since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, have increasingly turned their attention to the Islamic State threat and efforts to recruit supporters through social media.

Have they talked to the N$A!?

The group used hashtags such as #BewareAmerica and #CalamityWillBefallUS to make threats against the United States, Rebecca Weiner, an analyst for the New York police, said at a recent briefing for private security officials.

HA-HA-HA!

‘‘What we’ve seen in these hashtag campaigns is a lot of pictures of US cities, including New York,’’ she said.

PRE-PROGRAMMING and FEAR YO-YO NOT FUNNY!

Btw, if a horrendous attack does occur it will be time to behead our failure-for-the-ages leaders for failing to protect us after putting us through so much. Decades of war and surveillance that failed!

Weiner cited the arrest this year of a Frenchman — radicalized after spending a year in Syria — in a fatal shooting of three people at the Brussels Jewish Museum. An AK-47 found in his possession was wrapped in a flag with inscriptions from the Islamic State — giving more cause for concern ‘‘about returning foreign fighters from Iraq and Syria,’’ she said.

Sorry I'm no longer turned on by this dung.

Morgan, who once worked as a reserve police officer in North Carolina, spent eight months before his arrest in Lebanon, where his wife lives.

PFFFFFFFT! He's a US INTELLIGENCE ASSET!

He caught the attention of federal authorities in July with his Twitter rants under the name ‘‘Abu Omar al Amreeki.’’ In one, he pledged allegiance to Islamic State leader Abu Baker al-Baghdadi. Another asked Allah for martyrdom.

Yeah, haven't heard or seen much of him since he was outed.

Others read, ‘‘To the brothers inside Syria and Iraq, be humble and grateful. Many of us are trying to come. Some are arrested and others are delayed,’’ and ‘‘Honestly, can we not kill one piece of crap Zionist?’’

HA-HA-HA-HA!

Ooooooh!

I just say to hell with them, where I will meet them and feast on their innards.

At the time, Morgan, of Landis, N.C., was wanted for selling an assault rifle and other weapons over the Internet — a business he continued when he was overseas with the help of his ex-wife.

So he was a gun-runner for US intelligence before they double-crossed or sacrificed him for this script. Next assignment?

US authorities used the gun warrant to intercept him at Kennedy Airport on Aug. 2 and question him about the Islamic State, FBI agent J.L. Pickford testified at a bail hearing Aug. 5.

Morgan admitted that he was the ‘‘Amreeki’’ on Twitter and that, as a devout Muslim, he was required to support any caliphate imposing strict Sharia law, the agent said. But he denied knowing the identity of any extremists who may be moving back and forth between war zone and the United States.

‘‘I take it that was the $64 million question and he said he didn’t have a clue,’’ federal defender Peter Kirchheimer said.

This IS SILLY SHIT!@!!!!!!!!!

Despite the agent’s admission that there was no direct evidence Morgan ever joined or provided material support to the Islamic State — designated by US officials as a terrorist organization — prosecutors argued he had the potential to supply arms to the militants.

(Blog editor throws hands up in the air and shakes head)

A judge ordered him held without bail and sent him to North Carolina to face the gun charge.

Morgan’s lawyer in North Carolina, Richard McCoppin, said he would not discuss any pending case. Reached by phone, Morgan’s ex-wife also declined to comment.

Why is she free?

Jibril Hough, spokesman for the Islamic Center of Charlotte, said he did not recognize Morgan.

Of course he didn't.

Hough said he could see how someone can get frustrated with US foreign policy, but not enough to turn on their beliefs.

I will never turn on nonviolence. Sorry. Wanna keep that moral high ground at all costs.

Won't stand in the way of the mob, though. F*** defending war criminals and banking looters.

‘‘Anyone who would be willing to join a group like that is leaving the principles of their faith if they call themselves a Muslim,’’ he said.

"Obama gets bipartisan message on Islamic State; Democrats, GOP say group’s threat extends to US soil" by Philip Elliott | Associated Press   September 01, 2014

Just thought you should not that.

It's coming!

The TIME is RIPE!

Don't you REMEMBER the GOOD TIMES?

WASHINGTON — Leaders of the House and Senate intelligence committees prodded President Obama on Sunday to take decisive action against what they say are growing threats from Islamic State militants on US soil.

The lawmakers, one Republican and one Democratic, offered bipartisan pressure on the White House to turn back the hazard of Islamist fighters who have taken control of vast swaths of Syria and Iraq. Those militants are looking toward the United States or Western Europe for its next targets, lawmakers said.

Oh, now they all agree!

Without offering specifics on any threats or suggestions how to confront them, the lawmakers said Obama soon needs to develop a comprehensive strategy to crush the fighters.

‘‘His foreign policy is in absolute free fall,’’ said Representative Mike Rogers, a Michigan Republican who heads the House Intelligence Committee.

Interesting choice of words seeing as those towers on 9/11 dropped that way despite the immutable laws of physics regarding pancakes because of jet fuel. The mind manipulation never ends!

In another TV interview, Senator Dianne Feinstein, the California Democrat who leads the Senate intelligence panel, said Obama is perhaps ‘‘too cautious’’ in his approach to combatting the Islamic State group.

‘‘This is a group of people who are extraordinarily dangerous,’’ Feinstein said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.’’ ‘‘And they’ll kill with abandon.”

Now if you will excuse Obummer, he must go sign off on more drone and airstrikes after consulting his kill list.

The pair of lawmakers, who have access to some of the nation’s most sensitive secrets and receive regular and detailed briefings from the nation’s spy agencies, offered dire predictions of an attack on the United States or its European allies if the militants are not confronted.

The ONLY THING left is a NUCLEAR BOMB DESTROYING a CITY!

Hijacked planes? Been there, seen that.

Mumbai-style false flag? Yawn.

Dirty bomb? Not enough oomph.

Biological germs released? Maybe, and it will give an excuse for martial law and a boost to pharmaceuticals, but...

You really want to grab the attention of the AmeriKan people after the first week of NFL football? Bye-bye, Chicago. Bang, bang.

‘‘They have announced that they don’t intend to stop,’’ Feinstein said. ‘‘They have announced that they will come after us if they can, that they will, quote, ‘spill our blood.’ ”

Whadda ya' mean IF? It's a question of WHEN!

The threat, Rogers said, could include Americans who have trained with Islamic State fighters.

Then the CIA knows who they are so they should tell the law enforcement authorities, right?

I mean, I know they let the blind sheik in and framed the Tsarnaev boys, but....

He said there are hundreds of Islamic State-trained Americans who can return to the United States with their American passports.

And the government has no idea who they are or where they came from, huh?

Don't those things get stamped?

‘‘I’m very concerned because we don’t know every single person that has an American passport that has gone and trained and learned how to fight,’’ Rogers said on “Fox News Sunday.’’

Not just concerned, very concerned!

Rogers said US intelligence agencies were tracking the Americans who are known to have traveled to the region. If they helped Islamic State fighters, he said, they should be charged under laws that prohibit Americans from aiding terrorists.

You can subtract one that they were able to identify.

‘‘ISIL would like to have a Western-style attack to continue this notion that they are the leading jihadist group in the world,’’ Rogers said, using another name for the group.

The top Democrat on his intelligence panel, Representative C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger of Maryland, was more skeptical. He said more needs to be known before judging whether Islamic State plans to commit terrorist acts in the United States any time soon. The group’s priority seems to be to keep territory it has gained rather than export violence.

‘‘It is extremely urgent, but you don’t just rush in,’’ Ruppersberger said CNN’s ‘‘State of the Union.’’

While Democraps slept, huh?

It was a view shared by Representative Adam Smith, a Washington state Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee: ‘‘We can’t simply bomb first and ask questions later.’’

Already have in Iraq. WTF?!!!??

Senator John McCain, an Arizona Republican who serves on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, urged fast action and said Islamic State fighters ‘‘must be defeated, not contained,’’ because they represent a direct threat to the United States.

They will never be defeated because the U.S. creator needs them to push the agenda and keep us in fear.

Related:

"In an op-ed article in The New York Times on Saturday, two Republican senators, John McCain of Arizona and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, said President Obama’s acknowledgment last week that he has not reached a decision on how to deal with the Islamic State was dangerous. “The threat ISIS poses only grows over time,’’ they wrote. “It cannot be contained. It must be confronted.’’

No city in flames stuff?

In another op-ed article in The Times on Saturday, Secretary of State John Kerry said the United States needs the help of its international allies to deal with the threat. “What’s needed to confront its nihilistic vision and genocidal agenda is a global coalition using political, humanitarian, economic, law enforcement, and intelligence tools to support military force,’’ Kerry wrote."

Look at Kerry calling for a WIDENING of the THIRD WORLD WAR that we are already in!

Some diplomat!

Added Homeland Security Committee member Representative Peter King, a New York Republican: ‘‘The longer we wait, the more dangerous’’ the group becomes. Smith, McCain, and King appeared on CBS’s “Face the Nation.’’

Ah, the rabid Peter King, ruff-ruff!

Feinstein said she has seen nothing that compares to the viciousness of the militants who have overrun large portions of Iraq, killed civilians, and beheaded American journalist James Foley. The Islamic State group has financing, military structure, and weapons unlike any other militants, she said.

Yeah, SUPPLIED by the US!

Obama said Thursday that he did not yet have a strategy for dealing with the Islamic State organization, a remark that brought criticism from Democrats and Republicans alike.

At least Obummer brought someone together.

In an interview published this year by The New Yorker, the president appeared to minimize the group by comparing it to a junior varsity basketball team.

That's Dam SILLI!!

Feinstein would not say whether she thought Obama projected weakness by admitting he had no strategy.

‘‘I think I’ve learned one thing about this president, and that is he’s very cautious,’’ she said. ‘‘Maybe in this instance, too cautious.’’

I wish he had been more cautious in Libya, Ukraine, Syria, sigh!

Of course, he hasn't ended the wars we are told he ended, either, and the drone strikes have only widened.

So where did they come from and how did they get here?

"Perry says terrorists could be entering US along Mexico border" by Emmarie Huetteman | New York Times   August 22, 2014

WASHINGTON — Governor Rick Perry of Texas on Thursday raised the “very real possibility” that individuals affiliated with the Islamic State and other terrorist groups have slipped across the border as he made the case that border security was a pressing national security issue.

Yeah, that is where the propaganda runs into itself.

Screaming about SILLI coming and yet the border is wide open and the administration is bringing them here!

I guess that SILLI scenario is what made the immigration issue disappear!

While Perry said there was “no clear evidence” recruits from terrorist organizations had entered the United States illegally, he pointed to the number of violent crimes committed in recent years by illegal immigrants.

“I think there is the obvious, great concern that — because of the condition of the border from the standpoint of not being secure and us not knowing who is penetrating across — that individuals from ISIS or other terrorist states could be,” the Republican governor said during a speech at the Heritage Foundation, referring to the Islamic State.

The speech came after Perry pleaded not guilty Tuesday to two felony counts of abusing his power after being indicted by a grand jury last Friday, making him the first Texas governor to face criminal charges in nearly a century.

Perry has called the charges a farce. He is contemplating a second run for the Republican presidential nomination and is scheduled to appear in New Hampshire this weekend.

Why is Perry being blackmailed?

It's almost enough to make me give the guy my vote.

To bolster border security, the United States should add more law enforcement personnel there and use drones to monitor the situation, he said.

See: The Drone Wars: Domestic $urveillance

But he also said the United States should step up its military involvement in Iraq to eliminate the threat from the Islamic State.

“Air power is a major part of it, but it’s also going to take more special operations, intelligence and advisory support than we’ve offered before,” he said.

Perry aimed much of his criticism at President Obama, for everything from abuse of his executive authority to failing to arm the Syrian rebels.

He has armed both of them!

Perry opened his remarks by addressing the indictment, saying he is “very confident” and dismissing the charges for what he called “an exercise of my constitutional veto authority.”

The charges stem from the governor’s efforts to force Rosemary Lehmberg, a district attorney, to resign after she was arrested and charged with drunken driving.

And then made a fool of herself with an arrogant scene.

Perry threatened to eliminate the funding for her office unless she resigned and when she refused, he vetoed $7.5 million destined for the Public Integrity Unit, an organization intended to fight corruption, which she headed.

Nice head being all drunk and such.

Critics of Perry say he abused his power by pressuring Lehmberg while the unit was investigating the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas, one of the governor’s signature initiatives. Perry’s supporters accuse Democrats of criminalizing politics.

Also Thursday, Perry said any future legal bills he incurs in fighting the two felony indictments will be paid for with campaign funds, not taxpayer dollars.

Perry has spent $80,000 in public funds on the case so far, and has retained a high-powered team of attorneys moving forward. But spokeswoman Lucy Nashed said in Austin further legal bills would come out of campaign coffers.

Nashed said she didn’t know if there are plans to reimburse the state for Perry’s past legal expenses.

The governor isn’t seeking reelection, but may run again for president in 2016. As of June 30, he had over $4 million in campaign funds.

We haven't even had the midterms yet and all this print for Perry?

"If Perry runs in 2016, he promises to be more prepared" by Jim O’Sullivan | Globe staff   August 22, 2014

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — Governor Rick Perry of Texas, under indictment on abuse-of-power charges, returned Friday to the state that snubbed him in 2012, promising that if he decides on a second presidential bid, he will be more prepared.

Perry also carried a dire warning from the nation’s southwest border, saying that lack of security there may have permitted the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, to slip terrorist cells into the United States.

“They may have already used our southern border, because we know it’s porous,” said Perry, calling for increased “boots on the ground” and aviation assets to beef up border security.

The third-term Republican, who is not running for reelection this year, later told reporters he did not have evidence of an ISIS presence in the United States. Pentagon officials have said they have seen no proof of ISIS coming across the Mexican border.

How would they know?

But, noting that he was speaking in the native state of James Foley, the freelance journalist beheaded on camera by ISIS, Perry said, “Unfortunately, in this state, it has been brought right to your doorstep. . . . They have told us that they’re coming. And why should we not take them at their word?”

Got it!

Foley Video is a Fake

Huh?

Perry pleaded not guilty Tuesday to two felony charges that he abused his authority, stemming from his veto of funding for an anticorruption unit in the Travis County district attorney’s office. The Travis district attorney, Democrat Rosemary Lehmberg, refused to relinquish her seat after a drunken driving arrest last year, video of which shows Lehmberg berating officers.

Addressing a group of business leaders gathered in an office building here, Perry called the indictment “an attack on the constitutional duties of a governor,” adding that “I’m going to fight this with every fiber of my being.”

Perry also joked that Travis County, home to the state capital of Austin, is a liberal outlier in the predominantly Republican Lone Star State, calling it “the blueberry in the tomato soup, if you know what I mean.”

I also know it is the home base of Zionist controlled opposition specialist Alex Jones.

Perry’s trip to New Hampshire, his first since the 2012 presidential campaign, comes as the GOP has rallied around him, including one of the state’s most prominent Republicans, former governor John H. Sununu, who has criticized the charges against Perry.

That marks a significant shift from the 2012 primary, when Sununu, a top backer of Mitt Romney’s campaign, was part of a phalanx of Romney supporters who helped swat down Perry’s insurgent bid.

Part of Perry’s appeal to the Republican establishment was evident Friday, as he articulated a robust view of the US role as global enforcer, distinguishing him from a wing of the party that is more reluctant to commit American resources abroad.

I'm from the excommunicated wing that wants the USraeli empire dismantled before we are destroyed by it.

Perry said the window for “limited” air strikes in Iraq, targeted at ISIS, had closed.

No it hasn't!

“These people need to see a whole lot more of the US air power,” Perry said. “Now.”

Forget voting for him.

In the Far East, Perry said that China “needs to be watched very closely,” calling for an escalated US presence there, as well.

What is it with TEXAS and WAR MONGERS?

“Economically, militarily, we need to be influential in that part of the world,” Perry said.

Perry finished sixth in New Hampshire’s presidential primary in 2012, a final blow to his campaign after a disappointing fifth in Iowa and a string of harmful debate performances.

Perry said he had derived “humbling and frustrating” lessons from his previous presidential run.

Then why is he all puffed up with militarism?

“One is, if you’re going to do this, you shouldn’t have major back surgery six weeks before you announce,” he said, alluding to the procedure that some Perry backers blamed for his subpar debate performances.

More important, he said, he wanted to spend more time preparing to run before deciding whether to do so.

“I don’t care how good you might think you might be, that you’ve been elected governor of Texas three times, served 12 years. It is not good enough from the standpoint of the preparation to run for the presidency of the United States,” he said.

If he runs, Perry would probably seek support of the party’s business and national-security hawk factions.

A return of the corporate neo-cons? No thanks.

“This recent incident, the indictment, tells me more about his leadership than less,” said Eddie Edwards, a Republican state Senate candidate and former police chief. “And I say that because it’s not often you see a governor willing to put himself at risk to hold another official accountable. That tells me all I need to know.”

Perry had a high-visibility two-day schedule for his Granite State swing, including an event with Americans for Prosperity to discuss business taxes later Friday in Manchester and a “defend freedom” pork roast on Saturday.

Warren distances self from 2016 movement

Good.

Elizabeth Warren Defends Israeli Shelling of Gaza Schools, Hospitals

The Israeli military has the right to attack Palestinian hospitals and schools in self defense if Hamas has put rocket launchers next to them, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) said last week at a local town  hall, according to the Cape Cod Times.

Warren, in defending her vote to send funds to Israel in the middle of its war with Hamas, said she thinks civilian casualties are the "last thing Israel wants."

"But when Hamas puts its rocket launchers next to hospitals, next to schools, they're using their civilian population to protect their military assets. And I believe Israel has a right, at that point, to defend itself," she said.

Warren argued that Israel's use of force was justified by the violence in the region. "America has a very special relationship with Israel," she said. "Israel lives in a very dangerous part of the world, and a part of the world where there aren't many liberal democracies and democracies that are controlled by the rule of law. And we very much need an ally in that part of the world."

She also questioned whether to condition future U.S. funding for Israel on the halting of Israeli settlements in the West Bank. "I think there's a question of whether we should go that far," Warren said.

This woman is completely bought, completely naive, or completely insane, or perhaps a combination of all three!!

So, Senator Warren, why not have have an impartial forensics team examine these buildings, and their surroundings, for bombs: I am willing to bet that none will be found, or if they are there, they have been planted by the IDF to "appear" to have been placed their by Hamas.

And Senator Warren, please think a minute, if this process is not completely foreign to you: why would Hamas endanger their women and children by placing bombs in, or near a place of refuge?!?

The coordinates to these shelters were all given to the IDF by the UN to prevent slaughter, and what does the IDF with this information?!?!

Slaughter innocent women and children in a planned, carefully executed genocide, against people who had nothing to do with the fighting.

By making these statements, Senator Warren has put herself firmly on the side of Israeli genocide against Gazan Palestinians; against any true peace deal enabling a Palestinian state to exist, and someone who has "signed on" to the Israeli Government's "Final Solution to it's "Palestinian problem" by executing as many Palestinians as humanly possible.

This woman disgusts me. --

"State Police get bulletin regarding Islamic State August 22, 2014

State and local police were sent a bulletin Friday from the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI regarding the militant group known as ISIS, State Police spokesman David Procopio said. There is no specific threat to Massachusetts, Procopio said, but police forces were urged to be aware of the aims of the terrorist organization. This bulletin follows a threat from the group, which now calls itself the Islamic State, in a video that showed the beheading of war correspondent James Foley."

Nothing specific, but.... SIGH!!!!!!!!!

How did they get here!?!!

"City Council OKs measure limiting immigration holds" by Oliver Ortega | Globe Correspondent   August 20, 2014

Boston police will no longer hold immigrants for possible deportation, unless a criminal warrant has been issued for the person’s arrest, under an ordinance unanimously passed by the City Council on Wednesday.

UN-REAL!!!!

The Boston Trust Act, as the ordinance is called, marks a major shift for the city’s involvement in Secure Communities, a federal immigration program that it piloted in 2006. The goal of the program is to detect criminals who are here illegally and deport them, by allowing immigration officials to access the same fingerprints that state and local police routinely send to the FBI after they arrest someone for a crime.

With Wednesday’s vote, Boston joined Somerville and a wave of other municipalities across the nation that have restricted or opted out of the program.

Through a spokeswoman, Mayor Martin J. Walsh reiterated his support for the ordinance, which advocates say will improve relations between local law enforcement and immigrants wary of reporting crimes for fear of deportation [and] uphold the rights of immigrants.

I hope there is no terror attack in Boston anytime soon!

*****************

Secure Communities allows US Immigration and Customs Enforcement to ask local authorities to hold immigrants for an additional 48 hours, even after they have made bail or been ordered released, so that its agents can investigate their immigration status.

Faced with criticism from immigrant groups who say many people without criminal records are being deported under the program, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh C. Johnson has promised to review the department’s enforcement policies.

At the City Council meeting Wednesday, the atmosphere in the gallery turned festive as it became clear the ordinance enjoyed strong support. Dozens of immigrant advocates present at the meeting clapped after the sponsor, Councilor Josh Zakim, and others spoke.

After Bill Linehan, the City Council’s president, gently reminded those in the gallery that clapping was not allowed, supporters snapped their fingers, waved their hands, and cheered as the 13 “yes” votes were tallied.

Regardless of immigration status, Zakim said, “victims of crimes and witnesses should feel safe in reporting them.”

Yup, it's a new day!

Zakim cited federal court rulings, most recently in Oregon, that challenge the constitutionality of detaining immigrants. The Boston Trust Act, he said, would protect the city from civil lawsuits.

What part of ILLEGAL do you not understand?

Laura Rotolo, with the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts, was one of several lawyers to say at a hearing last month that Secure Communities violates the US Constitution.

I didn't know NON-CITIZENS had RIGHTS because the INNOCENT MEN who have been TORTURED AT GITMO do not have them!
I guess it is all in the whim of enforcement.

Rotolo, who pushed for a similar measure that was adopted in Somerville, praised the Boston ordinance’s rejection of the federal program on Wednesday.

“It sends a message to the rest of the state that the program is unconstitutional and they should follow suit and do the same,” she said. “Cities are afraid of being sued.”

!!!

However, Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies for the Center for Immigration Studies, a Washington think tank, said the Boston Trust Act would allow released immigrants to commit crimes, and hinder coordination between local and federal authorities at a time when such collaboration is essential in identifying terrorist threats.

You know, like SILLI!

“I’d like to know what the City Council is planning to say to those victims who could have been spared,” Vaughan said.

Me, too.

Reached by phone, Daniel Modricker, an ICE spokesman, said the agency does not comment on legislation. He said that there were many reasons to participate in Secure Communities, but that he would not discuss them.

Several city councilors spoke in support of the ordinance at Wednesday’s hearing, stressing that it was a humane and pragmatic approach to policing in Boston.

Councilor Salvatore LaMattina, whose district includes East Boston, home to a large immigrant population, praised the measure.

“People will not live in fear in my neighborhood when we pass this,” he said. “Right now, they’re in fear.”

That's the chance illegals take when living in a sanctuary city or state.

The Boston Trust Act requires the police commissioner to submit a report to city officials with statistics on the number of detainment orders requested by ICE and honored by police, as well as the costs incurred for holding immigrants on the detainers.

I was told it wasn't and doesn't cost us a thing!!

And NOW they are worried about COST?

At the hearing last month, Boston police Deputy Superintendent Norma Ayala-Leong said the department does not currently have statistics on detainers.

????

Gloribell Mota, an organizer with Neighbors United for a Better East Boston, said the group has many clients who had not reported sexual assaults to police because they were afraid of deportation.

Yeah, I love the fact that rapists are being let in. Just trying to put food on the table, I guess.

With the ordinance in effect, the key will now be to publicize it among the immigrant community to encourage cooperation with police, she said.

Let's hope none of you get "accidentally" killed by the cops.

“Anyone, regardless of immigration status, should be able to call 911,” Mota said.

Seems like a good place for the music to stop.
