Iran's Election: USreal's Candidate

Leave it to one blog post to shatter the MSM myths:

"Former US diplomat hopeful for change after Iran election Nicholas Burns, a former US diplomat and the point person on Iran under former President George W. Bush, on Thursday voiced cautious optimism that tomorrow’s election in Iran may bring about change.

That explains the FANTASTIC PRESS he has been getting in my Zionist War Daily!

"Mousavi's people are claiming 58% of the vote ..Quite an acheivment considering he garnered only 14% in independent polling taken on election eve.. Mousavie has neocon ties." -- Wake the Flock Up

Oh, so WE ARE LOOKING at ANOTHER RIGGED ELECTION?

WASHINGTON - Tomorrow, Iranian voters head to the polls for their own high-stakes election, which US officials hope will mark another step forward for US-Iranian relations. The election, which pits incumbent Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has built his reputation on antagonizing the West, against moderate former prime minister Mir Hussein Mousavi and two other rivals, comes in the midst of a public tug-of-war over Iran's future and the bitterest political contest in the history of the Islamic Republic.

At televised debates and campaign rallies, Mousavi, Ahmadinejad's main challenger, has openly accused the incumbent president of being a dictator, of ruining Iran's economy, and of lowering Iran's standing in the world with his aggressive posture toward the West, topics once considered taboo....

Ahmadinejad responded by saying that he has defended Iran from bullying world powers. In his own defiance of long-held political taboos, Ahmadinejad also accused a powerful clique of clerics of massive corruption, stunning the public....

That would be as if some AmeriKan politician called out Zionist control of D.C.

Then -- like Iran, right -- you would never hear from the guy again!

Exhibit A: St. Cynthia Censored

But one taboo that has not been crossed is the authority of Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who has the ability to disqualify any candidate.

AmeriKa's is 9/11 TRUTH! NO POLITICIAN DARES get CLOSE to it!

Key foreign policy decisions fall under Khamenei, as do decisions about the country's nuclear program, which Iran insists is for peaceful purposes, but which the United States believes is geared toward producing a nuclear weapon. Still, US officials and analysts believe that a victory for one of Ahmadinejad's opponents would increase Obama's chances of building a new relationship with Iran....

So WHO they PUSHING FOR, 'eh?

At the same time, a victory for Ahmadinejad would give him a mandate to continue his tough stance toward the West. Although even Ahmadinejad has made overtures to the United States - sending a rare congratulatory note to Obama after his election - many of his supporters are hard-liners who see anti-Americanism a pillar of the Islamic regime that took power in 1979, after revolutionaries toppled the US-backed shah and took American embassy officials hostage....

I'm tired of the demonization of the man and the lies.

And notice how they sanitize the history?

See: Operation Ajax

Former President George W. Bush's war in Iraq and his inclusion of Iran in the "axis of evil" made it politically impossible for any Iranian leader to advocate friendship with United States. But the victory of Obama, who openly campaigned on improving relations with Iran, helped remove the taboo on talking positively about the United States....

After the US election in November, larger-than-life posters of Obama and McCain decked a swarming exhibition hall for Iran's annual media festival.

WTF?

A visitor's book at the America booth filled with words of optimism. "I love you Obama!" wrote one Iranian student....

So WHO is OUR GUY, America?

Mousavi, an architect who served as Iran's prime minister during its devastating war with Iraq in the 1980s, has few credentials as a reformer. But young people have been drawn to him because he is seen as an intellectual and because he hit the campaign trail with his wife, a no-nonsense university dean who has been compared to Michelle Obama....

Gimme a break, will ya?

Another Ajax in the works?

"Iranians' political passions run high" by Borzou Daragahi, Los Angeles Times | June 11, 2009

TEHRAN - These are strange, magical days in Iran, where a landmark presidential race pitting Ahmadinejad against Mousavi and two other challengers has opened the country's political and public spaces to an extent not seen since the 1979 Islamic revolution.

Then how can Ahmadinejad be a dictator? Seriously?

Students have called the president a liar to his face.

WOW!!! That doesn't sound like a dictatorship.

Heck, it sounds like an unnamed "democracy" under George W. Bush!

Carnival-like demonstrations erupt on the streets. Ordinary people engage in lively political debates with strangers on street corners.

I'm sick of being lied to about Iranians by my damn jewpress!

In the countryside, campaign posters plaster walls in sleepy, ancient mud-brick enclaves far from the main highways, where women in all-covering black chadors sweep past stark golden desert landscapes.

O' God, please do not let USrael make war on them.

In addition to revealing the repressed swell of youthful energy, the election season has laid bare Iran's many divisions: between rural and urban, religious and secular, working class and educated, old and young, those for whom the outside world remains a threat to their way of life and those who look outside Iran for ideas and opportunities.

Yeah, PUSH the DIVISIVE AGENDA, AmeriKan jewsmedia!

Btw, I just watched Letters to the President on demand.

I suggest you do the same!

Mousavi supporters concede that they probably will lose the votes of rural and urban poor who were the beneficiaries of Ahmadinejad's populist economic programs.

The more you find out about the guy, the worse the Zionist AmeriKan propaganda machine looks.

See: Ahmadinejad: The Larry King Interview

Ahmadinejad: The FULL Speech

Over four years, he doled out billions in low or no-interest housing, agriculture and wedding loans that spurred inflation and real estate speculation but gave a short-term economic fix to the nation's poor and pious....

In AmeriKa they TRUMPET SUCH THINGS as OBAMA'S SAVING STIMULUS -- without the help to the poor, of course!!!

Pfffft!

TEHRAN - As Iranians go to the polls today to choose a president, the country is more deeply polarized than at any time since the Islamic revolution that overthrew the shah 30 years ago.

Why do I feel like I have read that sentence before?

After a bitter campaign that included personal attacks on some of Iran's leading families, both sides are preparing to contest the results, and many Iranians wonder whether the social and economic rifts exposed by the election will deepen.

Yup, the Iranians are divided -- and CUI BONO?

Ahmadinejad has turned the Iranian economy upside down, making sure that advantages flow to the lower class. His government has increased state wages and pensions and has made health insurance free for 22 million people. He derides economists who blame him for high inflation and unemployment, saying that they are tied to the higher classes and that his goal is to "spread justice."

Oh, NOW I SEE why the Zionist AmeriKan MSM hates the guy!

But his support does not come solely from the downtrodden. He is also backed by a small group of hard-line Islamic clerics and leaders of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps who share his resentment toward the West, his calls for Iran to occupy its rightful place as a world power, and his championing of Iran's nuclear program.

Setting the stage for an Ahmadinejad victory, 'eh?

Yeah, MSM doesn't want to look like TOO BIG a LIAR!

His leading challenger is Mousavi, an urbane, soft-spoken architect who was prime minister from 1981 to 1989. Though out of power for two decades, Mousavi is in many ways the Iranian establishment's candidate.

Oh my God, what a FANTASTIC LIE!!!

Right here in my ZIONIST JEW NEWSPAPER!

He represents an older generation of Islamic clergy and politicians who fought side by side with the leader of the 1979 revolution, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, but whose power and positions have gradually been stripped by Ahmadinejad and his associates.

Because they were the corrupt looters!

Mousavi's political foot soldiers, in turn, are disgruntled middle-class youths, intellectuals, artists, and academics who have been alienated by the current government's radical rhetoric and pervasive restrictions on personal freedom, such as police controls on the way people dress and the banning of books....

I'm not a big fan of the restrictions on liberties; however, it is THEIR SOCIETY!!!!

As for the CONSTITUENCY, that SURE SMELLS like AJAX!!!!

The result is a confrontation not just between Iran's haves and have-nots, but between the old revolutionaries who seized power from the shah and a new cadre of radicals seeking to dislodge them....

You know, OUR GUYS, 'murka!

--more--"

Now, HOW WOULD YOU FEEL if the Iranians came over here and RAN THEIR MAN for president, Amurkn?

Oh, right, you DON'T SEEM to MIND ZIONIST ISRAELIS picking ours!!!!

Update:

"Both sides claim victory in Iran election

TEHRAN (Reuters) - State media declared President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad the winner of Iran's election on Friday but challenger Mirhossein Mousavi alleged irregularities and claimed victory for himself.

The head of the state election commission said Ahmadinejad was leading Mousavi by 69.04 percent to 28.42 percent with more than 5 million votes counted from about 8,800 ballot boxes, or 19 percent of the total....

NBC News is projecting that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will be the next president of Iran.

A victory for Mousavi could help ease tensions with the West.... Long queues had formed at voting centers, both in northern, affluent areas of Tehran where Mousavi draws support and in southern, poorer neighborhoods seen as Ahmadinejad strongholds....

The iranians put us to shame, America!

Political analysts have said they expect a close race....

See the poll I led the post with? WTF?

The three-week election campaign was marked by mudslinging, with Ahmadinejad accusing his rivals of corruption. They said he was lying about the state of the economy....

Was the word "lying" ever usd by the AmeriKan MSM to describe any aspect of our campaign? Case closed, readers!

Mousavi's wife Zahra Rahnavard broke new ground in the conservative Islamic state by actively campaigning for her husband, a move hailed by women's rights activists.

Yeah, the Iranian Michelle Obama. I wish I could still believe in the women's movement; however, I can
can not!
