Boston Globe Bed and Breakfast

This was a front-page story today:

Bedbug fears put bite on the hotel industry

A feature of the paper right there.

That sure is a lot of print space and ink for a nothing story, isn't it?

Seeing as I am not going to get any sleep:

"At NESN, a new game plan; Network is adding shows on lifestyle and technology to its sports lineup" by Johnny Diaz, Globe Staff | August 31, 2010

New England Sports Network’s bread-and-butter programming — baseball games — is declining....

I'd say get a new one; however, doesn't the rape and murder of trees for ball bats contribute to global warming, Globe?

New England Sports Ventures, which owns the Red Sox, also owns 80 percent of NESN. The Globe’s parent company, The New York Times Co., owns 16.6 percent of New England Sports Ventures.

Yeah, I LOVE a SELF-SERVING BUSINESS FEATURE in my NEWSPAPER, don't you?!

A Case of Newspaper Rape

Times has really treated you well, huh, Globe?

NESN has experimented with adding lifestyle programming before.

And here I wanted to watch the baseball game.

In 2007, the network introduced “Sox Appeal,’’ a reality dating show that followed a couple on a blind date during a Red Sox game at Fenway Park. NESN canceled that show after two seasons....

That's because the contestants were getting drunk and doing stoo-pid things!

And the Globe CAN NOT EVEN TELL the TRUTH about the SHOW!

There was ONE CONTESTANT who had a CHOICE between THREE PEOPLE as they WATCHED the GAME!

Why even bother reading the rest?

--more--"

And when you wake up?

Do Not Eat at the Boston Globe

Maybe if you were not such slobs down there you wouldn't have rats and bedbugs.

Of course, the Globe MADE ITS OWN BED with LIES!

And yet they STILL SHOVEL the SAME AGENDA-PUSHING S*** every damn day!
