"Lynn man charged with secretly recording sex
A Lynn man has been charged with secretly video recording a sexual encounter with a woman and then threatening to post the recording online. Bryan Rauscher was ordered held on $2,500 cash bail after a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf in Lynn District Court on Tuesday to charges including photographing an unsuspecting nude person. Prosecutors said he used a cellphone to record the encounter, and when the woman got angry, threatened to post it on Facebook. Police seized two phones from Rauscher. The Daily Item reported that Rauscher’s lawyer questioned the woman’s motivation."
Only the government is allowed to do that, and at least they got to watch!
