They don't want anything hidden:
"Nathaniel Kibby, the New Hampshire man who allegedly kidnapped, imprisoned, and sexually assaulted a teenage girl, has waived his right to an arraignment and pleaded not guilty, court officials said Monday. Kibby allegedly kidnapped the girl, who is now 16, from her hometown of Conway, N.H., in October 2013, and held her at his Gorham, N.H., property for nine months, officials said. The girl was reunited with her family in July 2014 and Kibby was arrested on kidnapping charges."
