"State spot-checks junior drivers at schools
Massachusetts has decided to back up its junior driver laws with a spot-check during prom and graduation season. Authorities surprised teen drivers yesterday with early-morning checks at Belmont High School and 32 others across the state. Officials were checking to see whether the teen drivers were wearing seat belts and complying with the state's graduated license requirements. They include a ban on driving anyone other than a sibling for the first six months with a license. Preliminary results showed 86 percent of the 4,457 teen drivers who were checked passed the inspection. Fourteen were not wearing seat belts. Fifty-four junior drivers violated the passenger restriction and received verbal warnings (AP)."

Look, I don't want kids dying in car accidents anymore than anyone else; however, the concern doesn't seem to matter when we are sending them off to wars based on lies.
