Pakistan Tops the Agenda-Pushing in the Washington Post

Led the World section twice the last two days, big feature article with thick headlines. I think you know where this is going.

And remember, readers, the
Washington Post is the CIA 's newspaper, so you are getting this straight from the agenda-pushing horse's mouth (located in the back, WaPo?)!

All the way through, ask yourself CUI BONO?

Also notice that this is ALL COMING after the PAKISTANI ARMY STOOD UP to the U.S.!
Coincidence?

"Pakistan attacks put focus on Taliban resurgence; Authorities look into possibility that fighters infiltrated army; some fear lax security endangers nuclear arsenal" by Karin Brulliard, Washington Post | October 12, 2009

Okay, you SURE GET the TONE, don't you?

Never mind that we are already in there with mercenaries, 'er, contractors, we better get the troops on the ground and occupy, AmeriKa. This is urgent!

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan - The weekend siege of the Pakistani army’s headquarters in Rawalpindi, which ended early yesterday with 20 dead, demonstrated the resurgence of the Taliban in Pakistan and revealed deep vulnerabilities in the country’s defense systems.

CUI BONO
?

The 22-hour standoff was the third terror attack in a week to shake the nuclear-armed nation and showed that the militants remain a threat despite the killing of their leader by a US missile strike in August and a series of military attacks on their bases.

The WHOLE ARTICLE is FILLED WITH THIS STUFF! Observe!

Three hostages and three soldiers were killed during the predawn commando operation to liberate the 39 hostages, an army spokesman said. Nine militants and eight soldiers also died in the siege, which began Saturday morning when a squad of fighters armed with guns and grenades attacked the army command center.

The attack seemed designed to publicly humiliate Pakistan’s armed forces, which have been planning an offensive against Taliban and Al Qaeda insurgents in the volatile tribal region of South Waziristan, analysts said.

Or steel their resolve for the offensive, as they have indicated this attack has.

So CUI BONO, "insurgent?" How come all your BOMBINGS BACKFIRE, 'eh?

As the standoff developed, it cast doubt on the military’s ability to fend off the extremists and raised questions about whether the fighters - who wore soldiers’ uniforms and drove a van with military plates - had infiltrated the army.

Or the military is working with them. Or it is ISI?

Btw, WHO are the "Taliban?"

Oh, the PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE and NEVER DID ANYTHING TO US!

An injured militant whom the army identified as the ringleader was captured, raising the possibility that authorities might learn more about the insurgent cell that carried out the strike.

Every event begins to read like the same script, doesn't it, AmeriKan newspaper readers?

Major General Athar Abbas, the army spokesman, said that the insurgent is named Aqeel but is also known as Dr. Usman. Abbas said that Aqeel had masterminded an attack this year on Sri Lanka’s cricket team in the eastern city of Lahore.

Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik said yesterday that the South Waziristan operation was imminent, and that Aqeel was a Taliban member with links to Al Qaeda.

"Al-CIA-Duh" again!

Btw, the OFFENSIVES NEVER END if you have been PAYING ATTENTION like me!

The Pakistani Taliban’s new chief has said the group would respond to the South Waziristan offensive with stepped-up attacks. The assault on the army headquarters came during the same week as a suicide bombing at a United Nations office in Islamabad and a blast that killed dozens at a market in Peshawar....

Then I take those are false flags as well.

When the lying, agenda-pushing, war-promoting AmeriKan MSM continue to harp on something you know they were in fact behind it (and are boasting about it).

******************

The militants use the country as a base for planning attacks against US-led forces in Afghanistan and against the Pakistani government. The possibility of Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal falling into extremists’ hands is one of the Obama administration’s national security nightmares.

But in London yesterday US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and her British counterpart said they believed Pakistan’s nuclear weapons were secure, despite the growing threats of Islamist militancy. “We have confidence in the Pakistani government and military’s control over nuclear weapons,’’ Clinton said after a meeting with British Foreign Secretary David Miliband.

Sort of like a vote of confidence, huh?

You know what happens after that, right? You get fired.

Analysts suggest that Pakistan’s secret nuclear sites are protected by crack troops and multiple physical barriers. “It’s not thought likely that the Taliban are suddenly going to storm in and gain control of the nuclear facilities,’’ said Gareth Price, head of the Asia program at London think tank Chatham House.

Then I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANY MORE SPOOKY TALK from the S***-SHOVELING PRESS!!!

Before the attacks, Pakistani officials said their operations against the militants and the killing of Taliban leader Baitullah Mehsud in a CIA drone attack had left the insurgency in disarray. But the militants coalesced around his former deputy, Hakimullah Mehsud, who promised vengeance last week. The weekend strike was a stunning finale to a week of attacks that highlighted the militants’ ability to strike a range of targets in different cities....

And CUI BONO, remember?

And what do you know, a SECOND DAY of LEADS for the SAME PAPER and AUTHOR!

"Spate of attacks shows Taliban’s Pakistan muscle; Bombing kills 41 people and injures dozens" by Karin Brulliard, Washington Post | October 13, 2009

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan - At summer’s end, there were hints of optimism in the battle against Pakistan’s Islamist insurgents. The military said it had routed the Taliban from the verdant Swat Valley.

And created 3 MILLION REFUGEES we NEVER HEAR ABOUT!!!

A CIA missile had killed the Pakistani Taliban’s chief - so shaking the group, US and Pakistani intelligence officials said, that his likely successor was killed in a duel for the top spot. Bombings slowed. But that successor, Hakimullah Mehsud, is alive, a military spokesman said yesterday. And as a spate of mass casualty attacks during the past week has proven, so is the Taliban.

Is he competing with Mullah Omar?

“They have been able to regroup, and they now feel confident to take on the Pakistani state in the cities,’’ said Hasan-Askari Rizvi, a professor and security analyst in Lahore. “They want to demonstrate that they have the initiative in their hands, rather than Pakistani authorities. So it’s a real kind of war.’’

Like the LAST EIGHT YEARS has been a FAKE?

Then PLEASE EXPLAIN ALL the DEAD BODIES!!!

As if to punctuate that point, the edge of the Swat Valley became the setting yesterday for the fourth major attack in eight days.

And CUI BONO, 'eh?

In a Shangla district market, an adolescent strapped with explosives detonated near an army convoy, killing 41 people and wounding dozens, military officials said. Six security officers were among the dead.

If you think I am buying that Muslim-hating lie.... hey, maybe it is true (though I very much doubt it; everything is always an insurgent, militant, suicider, etc.), but after hearing the same lies over and over again, you tend to dismiss them out-of-hand. Sorry, war-mongering jewspaper, you blew it).

The blast came two days after a militant attack on the armed forces’ headquarters in Rawalpindi that killed 23.

See: Playing Pakistani-Style Peek-a-Boo With the Boston Globe

A day before that, about 50 people died in a car bombing in Peshawar.

See: Don't Park Your Car in Peshawar

Last Monday, a suicide bomber killed five people at an office of the United Nations.

See: Be Prepared, Pakistan!

Yesterday, the army said militants from central Pakistan joined forces with Taliban insurgents from the Afghan border region to carry out the weekend siege on the army headquarters.

Yeah, because that ARTIFICIAL line the BRITISH DREW UP means NOTHING to the PASHTUNS!!!

Cooperation among militant groups from across Pakistan would complicate a planned military offensive against the Taliban in its northwest stronghold, which is considered crucial to the success of the coalition war effort in Afghanistan. The surge in militant attacks comes at a delicate time for Pakistan’s civilian government, which is struggling to contain a public relations fiasco over conditions placed by Congress on a massive US aid package.

Yes, isn't the TIMING INTERESTING!

Yeah, the Pakistani military, parliament, and people stand up to the US puppet and BANG -- "Taliban terrorists" attack. I gott a go get some air because there is a case of the CUI BONO STINKS in here.

The legislation granting the aid exhorts Pakistan to do more to control its armed forces and to fight Islamist extremists - stipulations that critics, including the military, view as micromanagement by the United States....

Punjabi militant groups have long existed, but in the past they were nurtured by intelligence agencies to focus their attacks on Pakistan’s archrival, India.

Yeah, which one, ISI or CIA? Both? Nothing about India wanting to blow up another bomb, huh?

You can see why I am SICK of READING the NEWSPAPER, right?

The BULLSHIT never ends!

Their alliance with the Pashtun-dominated Taliban indicates they are now “up for hire’’ and represent yet another foe, military analyst Shuja Nawaz said.

Yeah, LUMP 'EM ALL TOGETHER!

“Their involvement means that their break with the military and the [intelligence services] is now complete,’’ said Nawaz, head of the South Asia Center at the Atlantic Council in Washington. “The question is: Will the military have the capacity to take operations against them?’’

They better, or AmeriKa will do it for them!

Previous military offensives in South Waziristan have failed, and the attack on the army headquarters - which security forces had warned about, Pakistani newspapers reported - raised doubts about the army’s readiness.

Then WHY DID YOU REPORT THEM as SUCCESSES, MSM, cui bono?

And WOAH, WOAH, WOAH!!

SECURITY FORCES HAD BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!?????

INSIDE JOB STENCH!!!!!!!!!!!

But Major General Athar Abbas argued that the assault highlighted the capability of security forces, who prevented militants from venturing far into the compound and rescued 39 of 42 hostages. Military officials were “still judging the situation’’ in South Waziristan and waiting for the “right time,’’ he said.

The NOXIOUS SCENT of an INSIDE JOB is ENORMOUS!!!

The United States has encouraged the offensive into the region, which it views as a hornet’s nest of insurgents who focus their violent campaign within Pakistan and beyond....

And CUI BONO, 'eh?

WHO REALLY BENEFITED from the "Taliban terrorist" attacks!?

In a statement given to the Associated Press yesterday, a Taliban spokesman called the attack on the military headquarters a “first small effort, and a present to the Pakistani and American governments.’’

Yeah, the AP was HANDED a STATEMENT! Like the US MILITARY and GOVERNMENT GIVE THEM ALL the TIME!!!!

Better SMELL that STATEMENT!

As the Taliban has regrouped in recent months, the military became the obvious target, analysts said. The Swat Valley operation buoyed the military’s image, and it has been vocal about a planned ground offensive in South Waziristan, a Taliban and Al Qaeda haven along the Afghan border....

Have YOU HAD ENOUGH PROPAGANDA for breakfast? I have!
