DETROIT — ‘‘Although the evidence clearly showed that Miss McBride made some terrible choices that night, none of them justified taking her life,’’ Wayne County Judge Dana Hathaway said. ‘‘I do not believe that you’re a cold-blooded murderer or that this case had anything to do with race or that you’re some sort of monster.
‘‘I do believe that you acted out of some fear but mainly anger and panic,’’ Hathaway said. ‘‘An unjustified fear is never an excuse for taking someone’s life. . . . So what do we have? One life gone and one life ruined.’’
Unless you are a war-mongering government using lies, deception, and false flags to fulfill a larger agenda.
No one knows why 19-year-old Renisha McBride ended up at Theodore Wafer’s home about 4:30 a.m. Prosecutors speculated she may have been seeking help hours after crashing her car about a half-mile away in Detroit. An autopsy revealed she was extremely drunk.
Wafer is white and McBride was black, and some wondered in the aftermath of the shooting whether race was a factor, likening it to the shooting of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin.
But race was hardly mentioned at trial.
The race division just ain't takin', huh? Maybe it is really no longer there, and this pathetic piece of divisive spew from the 1% newspaper that is still living in the 1950s and 60s isn't working. The entire population understands it is all about cla$$; that is why the 1% mouthpiece I call a paper focuses on anything but, and when they do focus on wealth inequality it is nothing but $tatu$ quo shit and excu$es.

Noting Wafer’s age, defense attorney Cheryl Carpenter told the judge that anything more than 10 years in prison would be a ‘‘death sentence.’’
Wafer has health problems after a career as a laborer, including outdoor maintenance at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Carpenter said.
‘‘This wasn’t planned,’’ she said of the shooting. ‘‘He didn’t go out looking for this. It came to him.’’
How would you react to endless thumping upon the door after having called police and waited for over an hour as the thumping continued? How much patience do you have to endure?
