Massachusetts Abrogates Second Amendment

Makes me wanna go buy a piece right now.

"Patrick seeks to toughen gun laws; Would slow sales, hold suspects without bail" by John R. Ellement, Globe Staff | May 7, 2009

Backed by Mayor Thomas M. Menino and Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley, the Patrick administration asked lawmakers yesterday to allow prosecutors to hold suspects in gun cases without bail and to bar gun owners from buying more than one firearm within 30 days or face 2 1/2 years in prison....

Two-and-a-half years in prison for just BUYING a GUN?!

Sig Heil, Bay-Stater!!!!!!!

Of course, we LET OUT the PERVERTS, RAPISTS, MURDERS and THIEVES!!!

Check this out for starters: The State of Massachusetts is Sick

The proposal filed by the governor would rewrite state law to make it clear that prosecutors have legal authority to try to keep someone in custody for up to 90 days while awaiting trial....

So much for a right to a speedy hearing and trial. Sig Heil!!

Secretary of Public Safety Kevin M. Burke: "We need to send a clear message . . . that should you use a gun in the commission of a crime . . . you will be punished."

Unless you are a WAR-CRIMINAL LIAR that ORDERS INVASIONS and MISSILE STRIKES that KILL MILLIONS!!!!!!

The plan would also require that private gun sales be overseen by a licensed gun dealer, so the transaction could be immediately entered into government records.

Jim Wallace, spokesman for the Gun Owner's Action League, said that while law-abiding gun owners have to go through an extensive vetting process before getting their licenses, the governor is insisting that is not enough regulation. "Right now, it just seems like the governor is going after us and blaming us, the lawful citizens, for gun crime," Wallace said. "I think the governor owes all of us an apology."

Yeah, he does, and we will never see one from that elite s***!

It would also create a new charge, with a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, for anyone who has a firearm while committing a misdemeanor crime.

Yup, even if you DIDN'T USE IT and the crime was, say, stealing a pack of gum!!!!

What a FUCKED-UP STATE this is!!!

This is ALL ABOUT DISARMING the PEOPLE, folks!

WAKE UP, Massachusetts!!!!!
