"Same-sex marriage bills gain in N.E.; Vt. Senate passes plan; votes set in N.H., Maine" by David Abel, Globe Staff | March 24, 2009
In a special session, the Vermont Senate yesterday voted to legalize same-sex marriage. Later this week, a similar bill is scheduled for a vote in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. Next month a legislative panel in Maine will hold a hearing on a bill to allow gay couples to marry, just as lawmakers did last month in Rhode Island.
This is what N.E. lawmakers are wasting their time on?
Little more than five years after the Supreme Judicial Court legalized marriage for same-sex couples in Massachusetts, gay advocates say they're coming closer to their goal of extending gay marriage to all New England states by 2012.
Fine, you win. Now just SHADDUP and GO AWAY, will ya?!!!
"One of the advantages of New England is that we share geography and media markets, so folks in other states have seen marriage in Massachusetts for five years and can see the good," said Lee Swislow, executive director of the Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders....
And the bad: Gay Bigots Reside in Massachusetts
That's the tolerant, loving, equal-rights, gay club that will respect others?
"Protest organizers said they hoped to tone down the anger that has characterized some previous demonstrations"
What, ANGER, INTOLERANCE, and HATRED at a GAY PROTEST?

Btw, if gays have a complaint, why don't you take it to the BLACK CHURCHES? From what I heard, they voted 70-30 FOR the BAN!!! How come the gay rights folks only have it in for the Mormons? Or why don't you go after Hispanics, who voted FOR the ban by 53-47? In fact, one wonders HOW the VOTE could have been so CLOSE -- although one does not wonder long in the land of rigged elections.
And before I get charged with being some sort of bigot for opposing the wishes of the divisive, globalist agenda-pushers, reflect upon this...
"The Role of Feminism in the New World Order"
"What do factory workers, women, blacks and homosexuals in Western societies have in common? They all used to have reasons to feel discriminated against. What else do they have in common? Their grievances have been addressed and largely resolved as the result of intense pressure by mostly Jewish intellectuals, media and liberal politicians. Shouldn’t we all be grateful for their effort? Isn’t it proof that Jews are actually making this world a better place? Of course there is nothing wrong with addressing legitimate grievances of parts of society who are unfairly discriminated against. Factory workers shouldn’t be exploited and worked to death. Women and blacks shouldn’t be refused equal rights because of gender or colour of skin. And homosexuals shouldn’t have to fear being bashed for being homosexuals.
One of the most difficult things to get our heads around though is the fact that the driving forces behind fixing those grievances did so for all the wrong reasons. The same masterminds and their puppets who pretended to care so much about the plight of the disadvantaged had no qualms about bringing death and misery upon them for their selfish financial and political gains. What they really were interested in is dividing society and turning us against each other like roosters in a cockfight..... --more--"
I am MORE THAN WILLING to meet halfway! I'm not happy about it, as my state has signed off on gay marriage; however, I ACCEPT IT! As a wiser man than me once said:
"The issue would revert to the states, where it constitutionally belongs.... anyone expecting perfection in this world is going to be consistently disappointed.... "
There are so may other issues to worry about; why is this making my divisive, Zionist-controlled, agenda-pushing War Daili... oh, never mind.
Last year, Connecticut joined Massachusetts to become the second state in the country to allow same-sex marriage.
Oh, I'm so proud!!!
Vermont, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and California permit civil unions, but advocates for gay marriage say it does not afford the same rights as marriage. A court decision last year briefly allowed same-sex marriage in California, but a voter initiative in November banned it.
And did the gay hate ever come out?
Even the most vocal opponents of same-sex marriage concede that the tide may be turning in New England.... --more--"
And they aren't just wasting time here in New England over the gay issue:
Representative Barney Frank of Massachusetts, one of a handful of openly gay members of Congress, says he believes that Congress will soon pass laws protecting transgender people from hate crimes and granting them benefits.
They CAN'T GET OVERSIGHT WRITTEN INTO the LOOTING BILLS, but they have TIME for THIS, huh?

Nice of that scum-shit Frank to use his influence to help his lover, 'eh?
He also said that he's hopeful that President Obama this year will overturn the "don't ask, don't tell" policy on gay members of the military.
Sorry, Barn: Obama F**** Gays
But he told the website gay365.com that he doubts that the law defining marriage as between a man and a woman will be overturned. And Frank said he doesn't believe the Supreme Court will declare the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional, either, using a harsh description of Justice Antonin Scalia.
"I wouldn't want it to go to the Supreme Court now because that homophobe Antonin Scalia's got too many votes on this current court," Frank said in a remark first reported yesterday by the political blog of USA Today.
Yeah, you see, it is OKAY of GAYS DENIGRATE and DISPARAGE PEOPLE!! That is a DOUBLE-STANDARD if I've ever seen one!!! Fuck them!!
Actually, I take that back!!!
Also, Frank said the attention he is getting on the economic crisis as chairman of the House Financial Services Committee helps the gay community because his personal life has not been a "hindrance" to being trusted by the president and others. "It is helpful," he said.
No it doesn't, Barn!!!
