Snowblind to the Boston Globe

For the second day in a row I fiddled and diddled, diddled and daddled, and never quite made it to purchase a paper. Already running behind, and haven't visited the site just yet. Why could that be? Oh, oh, yeah, one of the agenda-pushing lies got in the way (for more go here, scroll).

".... It has been a particularly snowy winter. As of yesterday afternoon, 55.8 inches of snow had fallen in the area this season, almost 4 inches more than last year. The average is usually 34 inches"

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A potent March snowstorm blanketed much of the Southeast with snow yesterday before barreling toward the Northeast, where officials prepared snowplows and road-salt for a wintry assault.

Up to 4 inches of snow fell in parts of Alabama, where the storm disrupted traffic.... Vonda Braswell of Alabaster, Ala. was throwing snowballs in her front yard instead of putting on her Sunday best....

In Georgia, the snowfall made roads treacherous and delayed flights.... The storm moved to the Northeast and threatened to drop up to 15 inches of snow in the Philadelphia area, New York, and southern New England late yesterday and today. Up to 7 inches of snow was expected through this morning in areas of Maryland, northern Virginia, and Washington....
