The State Party Patrol

You want a revolution? This may be the way to get it. AmeriKans don't care about the enveloping tyranny, but they do care about this!!!!

"Officers entered Vinciullo's home after allegedly spotting an 18-year-old on the driveway hiding a beer under his jacket....

(how did the cops know he was 18?)

The three officers who had approached the Vinciullo home were part of a "party patrol" funded by a state grant to combat underage drinking"

Not that I'm trying to minimize the problem of teen drinking (especially when there are so many beer promotions and commercials -- although I am a principled prohibitionist); however, I guess the Boston's finest don't have any better things to do than stand outside liquor stores or....

"Earlier this month, police wrapped up a 30-day sting involving plainclothes officers mimicking tourists and other pedestrians. Once they were panhandled, they essentially became victims guaranteed to show up for a trial"

Yeah, the Boston cops got time to cruise the strip, bust brothels, hang out in bars, buy drugs, and worry about cellphones while ROBBERIES, RAPES, and MURDERS go UNSOLVED!!!

So let's get this straight: A CHAPERONED PARTY with a RESPONSIBLE PARENT gains an ARREST, while a NEGLIGENT and ABSENT CRIMINAL WALKS, huh?

Message: don't be home if your kids are boozing (or be Jewish; somehow, the law is different when it comes to the
joo)!!!

"Police say father fled underage alcohol party; 'Party patrol' says 6 minors involved" by Michele Richinick, Globe Correspondent | March 25, 2009

Police say the 48-year-old father of a teenager apparently jumped out of a first-floor window when police broke up an alleged underage drinking party last week at his home in Hudson.

They got nothing better to do, huh, as the state cries poverty and whacks services to the bone!?

After a short foot chase, police said, they captured Tim Vinciullo in woods behind his home on Seneca Drive Friday night in the Central Massachusetts town. He has been charged with providing alcohol to minors. Vinciullo's wife, Kathy, a track coach at Hudson High School, was not home during the party but has resigned, according to Captain David Stephens of the Hudson Police Department.

And yet, NOTHING has happened to Ms. Laurie Zimmerman!

Officers entered Vinciullo's home after allegedly spotting an 18-year-old on the driveway hiding a beer under his jacket. Investigators found evidence that someone had fled without using a door, police said.

"There were footprints outside the window and the window was up," Stephens said. "There was no other way for him to get out of the house without [the officers] seeing him, so they suspect he had jumped out the window to get away," he added.

The officers found Vinciullo's 17-year-old son, Brian, and at least four other minors in the house drinking alcohol, said Stephens. Because he is accused of hosting the party with his father, Brian Vinciullo is also charged with delivering alcohol to minors, Stephens said.

Then LITTLE ZACHY ZIMMERMAN should be INDICTED by the GRAND JURY!!!

The three officers who had approached the Vinciullo home were part of a "party patrol" funded by a state grant to combat underage drinking. Hudson's school super- intendent did not immediately return a phone message seeking comment.
