AmeriKan Media No Exaggeration When It Comes to Afghanistan

KABUL, Afghanistan — Yesterday, a NATO service member was killed by a homemade bomb in southern Afghanistan....

The death followed the crash of a NATO helicopter in southern Afghanistan on Tuesday that killed nine NATO troops in the worst coalition copter crash in Afghanistan in four years....

Qari Yousef Ahmadi, Taliban spokesman, said by phone that insurgents shot down the helicopter. The Taliban often exaggerate and sometimes take credit for accidents....

I'm sorry I'm not that into it, readers; I'm just ever so sick of propaganda passing itself off as news.

"3 NATO fighters slain in 2 bombings

KABUL — Three NATO service members were killed in two bomb blasts, the military alliance said yesterday....  In a statement yesterday, NATO said two service members were killed by a bomb blast in the east, but did not provide further details. It said another died in a blast in the south (AP)."

KABUL, Afghanistan — Separately, NATO said two coalition service members were killed — one by a homemade bomb yesterday and another in an insurgent attack on Tuesday....

Both were killed in southern Afghanistan where the coalition is trying to flush out militants in the Taliban stronghold of Kandahar Province, but the coalition would not say whether their deaths were part of the ongoing operation.

Who cares what the "coalition" says anymore?

Whatever comes out their mouths is a flat-out f***ing lie -- and then it is transmitted by their mouthpiece media we call a newspaper.

KABUL, Afghanistan — Five NATO service members were killed yesterday in southern Afghanistan, the scene of heavy fighting as troops push into areas long controlled by the Taliban, the coalition said.

Three died when a homemade bomb exploded and two were killed separately — one after an insurgent attack and another in an explosion. No other details or the nationalities of the troops were immediately disclosed....

Who cares anymore?  I wanted out years ago.

In fact, I NEVER WANTED IN and I'm TIRED of HOLLERING ABOUT IT when WE ARE NEVER LEAVING.

"Marine from Vermont killed in Afghanistan" by Associated Press  |  September 26, 2010

SWANTON, Vt. — A Marine known in his hometown for his manners and smile has become the third Vermont resident to die in Afghanistan this year.

Lance Corporal Anthony Rosa, 20, of Swanton, was killed Thursday....

Two other members of the armed forces from Vermont have died in Afghanistan this year, both Army National Guardsmen.

Specialist Ryan Grady of West Burke died July 2.

Yeah, it's all worth it, ain't it?

Another Vermont National Guardsman, Sergeant Sgt. Steven Deluzio of South Glastonbury, Conn., also was killed Aug. 22.

All over a stinking crock of government created, directed, and funded garbage dutifully transmitted by a war-criminal corporate media.

Maybe this will convince you it was all worth it:

"SORROWFUL HOMECOMING -- Patrick McLeod (left in top photo), a classmate of Marine Lance Corporal Anthony Rosa (inset), was comforted by Molly Bartlett as they waited for Rosa's body to pass by in South Burlington, Vt., yesterday. The body of the Marine from Swanton, Vt., was returned to Vermont earlier in the day. At right is Yvette Gottshal, Rosa's former English teacher. Rosa, who graduated from Missisquol Valley Union High School in 2008, was killed Sept. 23 in Helmand Province in Afghanistan. Rosa was 20 years old (Boston Globe September 30 2010)."

No young man should have the look Mr. McLeod has on his face; however, the most striking expression in the photograph is on the teacher's face. The grimace looks as if she knows what we all do (these wars are based on such lies) and yet is powerless to not only stop it, but even talk about it.  It is considered bad form and politically incorrect to mention that the empire has no robes here in AmeriKa.

A 21-year-old soldier who grew up on Cape Cod has died in Afghanistan.

US Army Private First Class Clinton E. Springer II, of Sanford, Maine, died in a noncombat incident in Kabul on Friday, the US Department of Defense said in a statement. The Army is investigating his death....

Looks like a SUICIDE to me.
