"3 Lawrence men arrested in North End BB gun robberies" by John R. Ellement and Felicia Gans Globe Staff | Globe Correspondent  October 20, 2015

Boston police arrested three Lawrence men on charges that they committed two armed robberies with a BB gun in the North End late Monday, an arrest made so quickly police were able to return a cellphone to one victim, authorities said.

Isn't that evidence?

As officers patrolled Hanover Street looking for the thieves, they were flagged down by a man on a bicycle. He told officers he had been robbed at gunpoint by three men, officials said.

The victim told police one man put a gun to his neck and demanded cash and his cellphone, police said.

The man told police he handed over his cellphone and a money clip containing $60 dollars in cash, police said. He said one of the suspects was wearing a yellow jacket and the other two were wore black jackets.

The bicyclist rode after the suspects, meeting up with them on the Rose Kennedy Greenway where he talked them into returning his money clip, credit cards, and Massachusetts ID card — but not his cash or cellphone, police said....

Seriously?

Who chases someone who has a gun and has threatened to kill you?
