Daddy Bowie

"R.I. man gets 13 years for sex trafficking scheme" by Andy Rosen Globe Staff  October 20, 2015

A federal judge Tuesday sentenced a Rhode Island man to 13 years in prison for his role in a sex trafficking scheme involving a woman and a girl whom he and his associates picked up from South Station in Boston.

Kemont Bowie, 35, who is also known as “Daddy,” was the third person to be sentenced in the case. The two victims were photographed in provocative poses, advertised on the website Backpage.com, and directed to work as prostitutes in August of 2014....
