Adding Insult to Injury

Also see: Bad Day in Western Mass. For Car Crashes

I'm actually surprised the Globe even got back to the story; sometimes they
don't.

"Teen driver faces 3 vehicular homicide charges

GREENFIELD, Mass. --The driver of a car that struck a tree in Orange in August, resulting in the death of his three friends, has been indicted by a grand jury on three counts of motor vehicle homicide. The indictment of 17-year-old Frederic Adams of Athol on Monday says there was no sign of intoxication, but it does cite negligence as a factor in the accident.

Then WHY CHARGE HIM?

Angelica Cheverez and Brittany Bailey or Orange, as well as Joseph Songer of Athol, died in the late-night crash. All were 18 years old. Authorities said the four were friends and were headed to a store at the time of the crash. Adams face a maximum of 2 1/2 years in jail on each count."

Why? Hasn't the KID SUFFERED ENOUGH?

Don't you think the GUILT is enough for him?
