More State Sickies and Other Sordid Stories

Just to remind you who the REAL SICKIES, PERVERTS and CRIMINALS are in this state:

"Ex-state trooper pleads guilty in drug case

A former state trooper who had served on the Bristol County Drug Task Force pleaded guilty yesterday to drug and extortion conspiracy charges, authorities said....

Mark Lemieux of Norfolk was arrested in May 2007, along with retired state trooper Joseph Catanese of Sandwich, after they worked with a longtime informant to traffic OxyContin in Massachusetts, according to the Justice Department.

Always an INFORMANT right in the middle of it, too!!!!

Lemieux, Catanese, and two others, Tara Drummey of Norfolk and Patrick McCarthy of Yarmouth, were charged with conspiring to distribute OxyContin. Lemieux, Catanese, and McCarthy were also charged with conspiring to extort drug debt. State Police and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement launched an investigation in November 2006 after the informant was stopped at Logan International Airport on his way to Florida with a large sum of money and drugs.

According to the Justice Department, Lemieux and Drummey, his live-in girlfriend, made several trips to Florida for OxyContin. Catanese and McCarthy were recruited by Lemieux to help collect drug debts and distribute drugs....

"Maine sex offender first in US to be committed by federal court" by Milton J. Valencia, Globe Staff | February 13, 2009

A Maine man with a history of sexual assaults on teenage boys was ordered held by a federal judge yesterday as a sexually dangerous person, making him the first person in the country to be successfully committed by a federal court, according to US Attorney Michael J. Sullivan's office.

Jeffrey Shields, a 47-year-old from Bath, was committed under the federal Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006, the first law that allows federal commitment for sexually dangerous offenders. US Judge Patti B. Saris issued her ruling after a 10-day trial in September that showed Shields had groped teenage boys on multiple occasions and that he had suffered sexual abuse himself as a child.

The judge's ruling means Shields will be held indefinitely under the jurisdiction of the US attorney general's office and receive sexual offender treatment. Once he has undergone treatment, he can petition the court to prove he is no longer a risk to reoffend. Where Shields will be held has yet to be determined.

Save us the money and fry the pervert!

After serving several state prison terms, Shields was convicted in federal court in 2002 of possessing child pornography, and federal prosecutors sought to have him committed after his release from prison in 2006.

I'm not for defending perverts, not at all; however, the whiff of tyranny is tough. Indefinite imprisonment at the behest of the government, huh?

One of his lawyers, John G. Swomley, said yesterday that he was disappointed with the judge's ruling, noting that a 12-member jury that was created in an advisory role declared that while Shields had a mental illness, it could not conclude by a unanimous decision that he would be likely to reoffend.

"The jury that heard the case couldn't reach a decision, and if 12 good citizens of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts couldn't decide he was sexually dangerous, it's disheartening that a judge did and could," he said.

WTF? They don't listen to our VOTE or VERDICTS?

Swomley said he also plans to appeal the ruling on grounds that the child protection act is unconstitutional, saying a federal judge in the Fourth Circuit in North Carolina - the only other place in the country where such cases are heard because of the availability of prisons with sexual offender treatment programs - has ruled that the federal government does not have the authority to commit people as sexually dangerous. Swomley said the constitutionality of the act has not been challenged in Boston because this is the first time someone has been committed.

I agree that this issue should be a STATE MATTER -- as per the Constitution!!!!!

Christina DiIorio-Sterling, a spokeswoman for the US attorney's office in Massachusetts, would not comment on Swomley's plan to appeal. Under the child protection act, Saris had to decide not only that Shields had a mental illness or disorder, but also that he was likely to reoffend. The judge based her decision on Shield's history of abuses: fondling a 13-year-old boy and other teenagers, sexually assaulting a 9-year-old in a bathroom, and assaulting a 6-year-old boy outside a school, among other offenses.

This guy is just getting sicker and sicker, huh?

Pull the switch!!! Zzzzzzzzzzttt!

Saris also stated that Shields has failed in sexual offender treatment before, pointing out that he once said that a 12-year-old he groped was a prostitute rather than a victim.

I think ANY 12-YEAR-OLD that is having sex is a victim, period!!!! How lame!!!

"YMCA coach charged, held in rape; Alleged victim was female player under 14" by Milton J. Valencia, Globe Staff | February 14, 2009

A popular girls basketball coach and a site director at the YMCA in Melrose was charged yesterday with raping one of his young players over the course of several years, according to the office of Middlesex District Attorney Gerard T. Leone Jr.

James Conner, 51, of North Reading was arraigned in Woburn District Court on two counts of rape of a child by force and one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.... Conner was a popular basketball coach who worked on several teams with girls ranging in age from 10 to 15.

Now I am REALLY PISSED because I LOVE GIRLS' HIGH-SCHOOL BASKETBALL and THIS SCUMBAG is RUINING THEM!!!

Corey Welford, a spokesman for Leone, said the victim was under 14 when the alleged crimes occurred and that the assaults occurred over several years. The Globe does not publish the names of alleged victims of sexual assault....

"SJC orders new trial in 2004 child rape case" by John R. Ellement, Globe Staff | February 14, 2009

The state's highest court ordered a new trial yesterday for a former girls high school soccer coach convicted of sexually assaulting two sisters during a sleepover attended by his own children at the family home in Duxbury in 2004.

WTF is WRONG with these STATE SICKOS?!!!!!

The Supreme Judicial Court said Jose M. Arana Jr. did not get a fair trial because Plymouth prosecutors and the trial judge allowed too many witnesses to extensively describe conversations they had with the two alleged victims, even though the talks were not directly linked to the assaults.

WTF? They didn't even talk about the case and the testimony is being tossed?

The court said the conversations violated court rules governing "first complaint" testimony, the term used when a victim of a sexual crime first reports the alleged assault to someone, such as a friend, a relative, or police. The court has recently moved to limit such testimony and yesterday retroactively applied its current thinking to Arana, who was convicted in 2007.

Isn't that UNCONSTITUTIONAL?

Article I, Section 9: "No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."

He was convicted of one count of rape of a child with force, one count of assault with attempt to commit rape, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years or older, and three counts of giving alcohol to a person under 21. He was acquitted of six charges, including three counts of rape of a child with force....

???????

A former soccer coach for Notre Dame Academy in Hingham and coach of an area travel team, Arana was sentenced to 11 to 17 years in state prison. The court voided his sex crime convictions, but left intact the alcohol convictions....

And the ILLEGALS don't get off, either:

"Brazilian church leader in Milford faces rape charge" by Maria Sacchetti and Benjamin Paulin, Globe Staff And Globe Correspondent | February 15, 2009

The leader of a small Brazilian church in Milford is facing child rape and sexual assault charges in a case involving a teenage girl, stunning the immigrant community and rallying supporters to the pastor's defense.

Take your perverted pastors and go home; we have enough Catholics around here as it is.

Ana Paula Almeida, the leader of Plenitude of God Ministries, a storefront Protestant church on Main Street, is accused of sexually assaulting a girl from the church youth group from 2006 to 2008, beginning when the girl was 14, according to Milford police.

Almeida, 31, pleaded not guilty last week in Milford District Court to one count of statutory rape and four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child 14 or older, and was released on $500 bail, said spokesman Timothy Connolly of the Worcester district attorney's office. She is restricted to her home in Milford until she gets a GPS monitoring device.

That's the PUNISHMENT for a LESBIAN ASSAULT?!!!!

Yesterday she and a supporter said the allegations are false, and stem from an internal power struggle in the church to discredit her leadership. "I know I'm not guilty," said Almeida. "I'm a preacher. I have a whole congregation."

An immigrant from Sao Paulo, Almeida founded the tiny church more than three years ago and holds regular services and community activities with about 100 congregants. Colleagues said she is an energetic and respected leader who came to the United States in the past decade and worked her way up to lead the church.

Why is the Globe so vigorous in defending the immigrant as opposed to the perverted Americans? The agenda-pushing never ends, does it, Globe?

But police allege that Almeida abused her authority. The girl, who is now 16, and her parents went to police last week to file a complaint, saying that Almeida sexually assaulted the girl 11 times at Almeida's home from spring 2006 through last summer.

"There's a person in a position of trust and a position of authority, at least societal authority," said Police Chief Thomas O'Loughlin. "There was a violation of that trust."

Yeah, THEY are the WORST!!!!!

Yesterday, the investigation continued as police detectives tried to track down and interview other girls in the youth group, O'Loughlin said. Almeida declined to comment at length and referred questions to friend and spokesman Jehozadak Pereira, who is also the editor of A Noticia, a Portuguese-language weekly about the Brazilian community.

He said through a translator that a relative of the girl clashed with Almeida over church leadership, culminating in December when Almeida removed the woman from her duties, upsetting the relative and her supporters.

"They had promised her they were going to seek revenge," he said. "If they knew this was going on for so long, why only now do they come forward?"

For the record, I really don't give a shit.

For other Brazilians in Milford, the allegations raised concern about trust inside their tight-knit community. They hoped it would not tarnish others' opinions of the religious or immigrant community....

Too late.

And just when you think you've seen and heard everything, it gets even more bizarre:

"5 arrested in US sting at Marriott; Officials say operation targets child prostitution" by Shelley Murphy, Globe Staff | February 21, 2009

A guest at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf said she and her mother were on their way to their room after checking in shortly after midnight yesterday when they encountered a raucous scene in a sixth-floor hallway as some 17 FBI agents and plainclothes officers were struggling to arrest two kicking and screaming young women.

"It was a huge scene," said the guest, who asked not to be identified, adding that it was frightening to have to walk by a gauntlet of investigators to get to their room as one of the women screamed at the top of her lungs, then rolled around on the floor hyperventilating.

"We kept asking, 'What's going on?' " said the guest, adding that officers told her to "keep moving" and, "It's none of your business."

Yesterday, the FBI, Boston police, and State Police said they were at the hotel conducting an undercover investigation as part of "Operation Cross Country," a nationwide initiative of the US Justice Department aimed at cracking down on child prostitution.

All three agencies apologized for any inconvenience that may have been caused to the hotel and its guests. "Generally, these things can be investigated and taken down quietly, but sometimes circumstances outside our control occur," said Russell Kleber, a spokesman for the FBI's Boston office, adding that the arrests were "aimed at combating sex trafficking of children."

Start with the U.N. and globalist sickies, will ya?

The goal of the sweeps, being conducted in over 30 cities, is to target pimps, rescue juveniles, and gather intelligence, according to law enforcement officials.

Doesn't that LAST ONE BOTHER YOU?

The Boston sting led to the arrests of five women, ages 19 to 33, who allegedly showed up at the Marriott after agreeing to provide sex for up to $300 an hour to undercover officers. The officers had responded to advertisements posted on the Craigslist website, according to Boston police reports.

Those are CHILDREN?

Once again, it is GOVERNMENT that is BEHIND the CRIME:

Government-Hosted Porn

Porn On the Web

Makes you wonder about the WHOLE RACKET (designed to use the "protection" of our children to impose their TYRANNY of 'security" -- when THE AUTHORITIES are the SICK ONES)!!!!

The first three women to show up were arrested outside the hotel, but police arrested the other two women in a hallway around 12:30 a.m. when one shoved the other in an apparent dispute over who should collect the $300 fee for promised sexual services, according to the police report.

"We greatly appreciate Marriott Long Wharf's cooperation and we work very hard to be as low-key as possible," said Elaine Driscoll, a spokeswoman for the Boston Police Department. "In this case, in the last arrest of the night there was a safety issue, and the safety of our officers required intervention."

Driscoll said the Marriott's management was aware of the undercover operation and cooperated with police.

So much for customer service!

Calls to the Boston Marriott Long Wharf were not returned yesterday. Roger Conner, a Marriott spokesman at the company's headquarters in Washington, said he was not aware of the sting and declined to comment until he could learn more from the hotel.

So WHO is LYING?

David Procopio, a spokesman for the State Police, said police don't want the public stopping to ask questions when they are trying to make arrests.

Yeah, the PUBLIC OFFICER doesn't want us asking questions in the land of tyranny!!!!

"Oftentimes when making an arrest or escorting a prisoner we just arrested, it's a tense situation," said Procopio, adding that officers ask bystanders to step away for their own safety.

Yeah, that's what all the LIES of TYRANNY are FOR -- YOUR OWN SAFETY, 'murkn!

The guest said she was shocked that there was an undercover prostitution sting at the Marriott.

I would be too!

She said the hotel apologized profusely after she complained that she didn't feel safe, moved her to another floor, and gave her a free room. Driscoll said police choose locations for stings "based on numerous logistical factors."

Procopio said State Police participated in similar prostitution stings in the past week at other hotels and motels around the state as part of Operation Cross Country.

And we NEVER HEARD A WORD!!!

"Prostitution is a crime that crosses over different socioeconomic levels and therefore the enforcement of it must cross those boundaries as well," Procopio said.

Well, TIME IT ISN'T! You guys CAN'T SOLVE the RAPES, MURDERS, and ROBBERIES but you got time to do this?

The FBI has yet to release the results of its latest push, but has boasted a significant number of arrests during two prior nationwide sweeps conducted as part of Operation Cross Country, part of the Justice Department's Innocent Lost initiative.

And WHO STOLE that INNOCENCE?

Who sends them off to wars based on lies?

Last October, the FBI announced that it arrested more than 600 adults and rescued 47 children, ages 13 to 17, as a result of a three-day roundup that month during an earlier phase of Operation Cross Country.

Yeah, they's protecting us all.
