Still, To Be Sure....

Self-explanatory, isn't it?

"Young workers back at square one; Locked out of tight labor market, some turn to internships" by Sean P. Teehan, Globe Correspondent | August 30, 2009

It ain't only the young 'uns; I got a damn degree that was worthless.....

In a robust economy, internships can be a way for college students to gain professional experience, do some valuable networking with workplace veterans, and perhaps even get a wink for employment after graduation.

But in a weak job market, even people who have already started their careers are finding that they have to once again take internships, if for no other reason than to gain experience - and a paycheck.

This new willingness by professionals to take internships is the result of a high number of unemployed people looking for work at a time when jobs are in short supply. To be sure, state and national data show that the weak job market is improving, with key indicators such as job losses and first-time unemployment claims down from earlier this year.

Yeah, we are STILL LOSING JOBS but "to be sure" it's getting better.

Still, there are plenty of people looking for jobs....

Oh, STILL!!

You now, in school they told me that STILL, BUT, COULD BE, IF, MAYBE, YET, and ALL THOSE OTHER COLORFUL QUALIFIERS were BAD for a REPORT!!

You want more insulting lies, readers?

Just to be sure.
