"$1000 Per Day Fine And 30 Days In Jail For Refusing The Swine Flu Vaccine In Massachusetts?
A new law just passed in Massachusetts imposes fines of up to $1000 per day and up to a 30 day jail sentence for not obeying authorities during a public health emergency. So if you are instructed to take the swine flu vaccine in Massachusetts and you refuse, you could be facing fines that will bankrupt you and a prison sentence on top of that.
The YouTube video below is of a news report about this disturbing new law. In particular, pay attention at the 1:40 mark when the anchor and reporter discuss the new penalties for not obeying the health authorities during an emergency.....
If you have not realized it yet, the controversy over swine flu vaccinations is about to get very, very real. The authorities know that a lot of people are extremely concerned about the safety of the swine flu vaccine, and they are putting the infrastructure in place to deal with those dissenters.
Let us hope that the worst case scenario with the swine flu does not take place, but the reality is that health authorities across the United States are gearing up for the biggest vaccination campaign in the nation's history. It looks like this fall could be very, very interesting.

"Judge denies bid to limit which flu shot is given to the pregnant" by Associated Press | August 27, 2009
WASHINGTON - A judge yesterday denied an advocacy group’s bid to prevent the government from giving pregnant women flu vaccines with a preservative that contains mercury.
Leaders of the Coalition for Mercury-Free Drugs say their effort took on a new urgency when a government advisory committee recently recommended that pregnant women be among the first people to get swine flu vaccinations when the vaccine becomes available this fall.
A small amount of the mercury-containing preservative thimerosal is in most influenza shots, including swine flu vaccines, but some are produced thimerosal-free.

NO AUTISM In Never-Vaccinated Children
The coalition argued that pregnant women should get only the thimerosal-free version because of a risk that mercury in the shot could poison a fetus and cause medical problems, including autism.
But US District Judge Reggie Walton ruled against the group’s request for a preliminary injunction because he said the group couldn’t prove that pregnant women they represent would get vaccines containing thimerosal....
Can the other side prove that they won't?
Numerous large studies have shown no link between thimerosal and autism, or other health problems.
Yeah, because the government, industry, and newspapers say it, then it 's true.
Hey, there is always a silver lining I guess:
"Flu derails obesity initiative in schools" by Stephen Smith, Globe Staff | August 27, 2009
A state campaign to reduce childhood obesity will get off to a slower start than planned because school nurses and public health authorities are consumed with preparations for the flu season.
See: State Screams Fatso at Massachusetts Kids
Last spring, state officials ordered public schools to begin weighing and measuring students so that they could calculate the children’s body mass index, widely known by the acronym BMI, a measurement used to determine whether someone is overweight.
Yeah, GOOD THING they are using a DEFECTIVE MEASUREMENT, huh?
This is about GETTING YOU to do with LESS while the ELITES PARTY DOWN, folks!!!!
The initiative was a response to the expanding waistlines of the state’s children: Nearly one-third of high school and middle school students weigh too much, according to state surveys.
The state’s public health commissioner, John Auerbach, said in an interview that he still expects 80 school districts, with about half of the state’s public school students, to conduct the screening before the 2009-2010 academic year ends but that he no longer anticipates widespread screening before the winter holidays.
Instead, he said, nurses will devote the first months of the school year to tracking and responding to the arrival of seasonal flu and an expected resurgence of swine flu, known scientifically as H1N1.
“He’s right; BMI screenings will be eclipsed by H1N1,’’ said Kathy Hassey, immediate past president of the Massachusetts School Nurse Organization. “Flu surveillance is going to be issue number one for nurses.’’
It is another sign that the rush to draft battle plans for the flu season is consuming considerable time and resources at public health agencies across the nation....
Since first appearing in the United States, the H1N1 virus has proven to be a particular threat to children and young adults, with 5- to 24-year-olds the most likely to be infected, according to research by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
