A Carver man was allegedly driving under the influence of drugs when he collided head-on with another vehicle in February, injuring the 21-year-old pregnant woman who was driving the other car so seriously that she lost the fetus she was carrying, Plymouth prosecutors said.
Christopher J. Reagan, 24, was indicted Wednesday on charges of operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle causing serious injury, aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and misleading police with intent to obstruct a criminal proceeding.
None of the charges Reagan faces relate to the fetus, which at 22 weeks was determined to be “pre-viable,” according to Cruz’s office....
