"US won’t file charges in boot camp death" by Associated Press | April 17, 2010

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Federal officials will not pursue civil rights violations or other charges against the boot camp employees implicated in the videotaped death of a 14-year-old who was hit and kicked by guards while a nurse looked on, the Justice Department said yesterday.

Is the F in Florida and federal for FASCSIM, because that is what this is!!

When the AUTHORITIES are ABOVE the LAW you are in AmeriKa, Americans!

Please WAKE UP!!!!

Or will it take a club, no, make that taser in your ass?

Despite a lengthy investigation, prosecutors could not establish that the seven guards and the nurse willfully deprived Martin Lee Anderson of his civil rights, the department said, and the probe has been closed.

No, they JUST KILLED HIM!

I guess LIFE is NOT a CIVIL RIGHT!

That SURE EXPLAINS the CONDUCT of this LYING, DEATH-DEALING GOVERNMENT!

“They have all the evidence in the world and still no one is held accountable,’’ said Ben Crump, a lawyer for the teen’s parents.

Government.

Anderson died Jan. 6, 2006, a day after being hit and kicked by the guards. A videotape of the 30-minute attack attracted national attention and led to the closure of Florida’s boot camps for juvenile offenders.

But it COULD NOT BRING a CONVICTION, huh?

Then WHY CLOSE the SCHOOL, 'er, CAMP?

REOPEN it RIGHT AWAY, ten hut!

Anderson had just been assigned to the Panama City camp after he was caught trespassing at a school, which violated his probation on another charge.

They always have such cool names for these places.

Crump said the family was told of the decision during a lengthy, emotional meeting with US prosecutors at the federal courthouse in Tallahassee.

I'll bet it was! I would have had to leave. You think I'm angry here....

About 30 family supporters gathered outside the building. Some carried signs: “Murder on TV.’’ “Justice is not blind. Watch the video.’’ “No Justice, No Peace.’’ “What did they want, 45 minutes more [of videotape], another hour?’’ Crump asked.

God Bless 'Em!

Just don't wander to far from the courthouse, 'eh?

"Fla. hunting season yields no pythons" by Associated Press | April 17, 2010

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — An unseasonably cold winter in Florida may have taken care of what python hunters could not.

Yeah, global warming, right.

See: April Fools Day

Are you one, readers?

Not a single python has been caught since the state started allowing hunters with special permits to track them on state-managed lands around the Everglades.

The season started March 8 and ends today.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said cold weather is believed to have killed as many as 50 percent of the pythons.

And SO DO LIES about it, MSM!

They are a problem because they have few natural predators in Florida and are feeding on native wildlife, including endangered species.

Ain't globalization great!?

Officials say pet owners have freed their snakes and reptiles when they get too big.

All for vanity.

What is wrong with a dog or a cat?

They also think some Burmese pythons may have escaped from pet shops during Hurricane Andrew in 1992.

Well, what were they doing over here anyway?
