Just wanted you to see the other side, readers.
Globe doesn't seem to have a problem with pill-pushers.
But it will lie about you, the American people....
"“Manufactured Protests” Myth Starts To Crack
The media created myth that the town hall protests raging across the country are artificially manufactured is starting to crack, as the public takes the press to task for parroting the erroneous talking point that the demonstrations are the work of lobbyists and Republican organizations, and that they are fostered by underlying racism.
A caller to C-Span’s Washington Journal show perfectly clarified the issues we have been highlighting all along, that the protesters are not just Republican “right-wingers,” they aren’t being prodded into action by lobbyists, and the anger is not just directed against Obamacare, but against the entire agenda, and especially against Congress passing legislation thousands of pages long without even reading it."
I rest my case after this milquetoast piece:
"Drug companies, doctors join forces in prohealth overhaul ad campaign" by Globe Staff and Associated Press | August 14, 2009
A powerful, deep-pocketed new coalition launched a $12 million TV ad campaign yesterday in a dozen states in support of a health care overhaul.
They couldn't have spent that money on ACTUAL CARE?
Calling itself Americans for Stable Quality Care, the group includes three vested interests in the debate: PhRMA, the drug companies’ lobby; the American Medical Association, the big doctors’ group; and the Federation of American Hospitals. It also includes two groups supportive of President Obama, FamiliesUSA and the Service Employees International Union.
But THEY are not HATE GROUPS or being MANIPULATED in some way because THAY FAVOR the AGENDA!
Get it now, world? This is what SHOWS UP as "news" at my corner store! New England's largest newspaper. Ugh!
Notably, the coalition does not include the insurance industry, which has been increasingly cast by Obama and Democrats as the bad guy in the debate....
But the campaign bribes. 'er, loot still come rolling in, right?
Yeah, that's what I thought.
Even as public skepticism over the Democrats’ health overhaul plans boils over at town hall meetings nationwide, the ad is the latest example of the odd-bedfellows help Obama is getting.
Yup, and nothing wrong with it.
For PhRMA, the ads are a piece of a larger effort whose cost could reach $150 million or above through the fall.
And that can't be used for actual people because....
Drugmakers and other groups stand to gain if millions more people gain access to insurance.
Then WHERE the HELL have they BEEN?
Yeah, but the plan is FOR YOU and YOUR HEALTH, say the agenda-pushing a**h.... oh, I'm supposed to be nice (took my meds for blogger's tourettes this morning).
Of course, AmeriKa's divisive, agenda-pushing, war-promoting, enemy-creating, Zionist MSM would never lie to you, right, America?
