Farewell to Florida

See you in the moving pictures....

"Casey Anthony released from jail

ORLANDO - Casey Anthony was released from a Florida jail, 12 days after she was acquitted of murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter. Anthony got into an SUV after leaving the Orange County Jail in Orlando early this morning in the company of her attorney, Jose Baez. Anthony, 25, was found not guilty of killing her daughter, Caylee, in June 2008. But she was convicted of lying to detectives about the girl’s whereabouts. Her attorneys say that Caylee drowned in the pool. (AP)."

"Despite release, Anthony will face hurdles" July 18, 2011|Associated Press

ORLANDO, Fla. - This is what freedom looks like for Casey Anthony: $537.68 from her jail account, no job, estranged parents, a criminal record, lawsuits pending against her, and the hatred of multitudes who think she got away with murder.

She quickly gave reporters the slip (blog editor smiles) after walking out of jail yesterday, but whatever life she manages to build for herself will be lived under a media microscope and the shadow of countless threats....

Really, what is with the threats and has the corporate media contributed to hate?

With her hair in a bun, Anthony walked out the front door of an Orlando-area jail shortly after midnight, wearing a pink T-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers, and escorted by sheriff’s deputies holding semiautomatic rifles.

That's hot! I only say that because I know it will anger so many people.

Protesters taunted her as she climbed into a sport utility vehicle....

How come YOU GUYS can not PROTEST SOMETHING MEANINGFUL like the Wall Street looting of the nation or the WARS BASED ON LIES, huh?

Where she went next is unknown.

It will not be impossible for Anthony to get a fresh start, though it will be difficult, said Thomas Mesereau, a Los Angeles -based attorney whose clients have included the late singer Michael Jackson when he was charged with child molestation and actor Robert Blake when he was charged with murdering his wife.

Anthony could accept requests for paid interviews, or a benefactor may be able to help her in the short term, Mesereau said.

“When you have that degree of celebrity, there is usually somebody who would like to get involved,’’ he said.

"Handyman charged with killing Fla. priest" July 13, 2011|Associated Press

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - A handyman is accused of using a Catholic priest’s own gun to kill him at a beachfront house in Mississippi, then taking his own children and former wife on a Disney World vacation in the dead cleric’s car, authorities said.

Maybe he pumped one too many poopers.

They had bought passes to the theme park and were preparing to make an early start from a Florida hotel yesterday when the suspect, Jeremy Wayne Manieri, was arrested.

Police tracked the priest’s stolen car using its antitheft device, according to Jon Kalahar, a spokesman for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety. Manieri will be charged with murder once he is brought back to Mississippi.

Tyranny tracking is good.

The Rev. Edward E. Everitt, 70, had gone to the beachfront house as part of his typical routine after Sunday Mass, a colleague said. The house is owned by several priests who use it as a weekend retreat, and Manieri did odd jobs for them.

WINTER HAVEN, Fla.— Jeremy Wayne Manieri was taken into custody without incident about 6 a.m. at a hotel in Polk County, Fla., after police tracked the priest's stolen car using its anti-theft device, Mississippi Department of Public Safety spokesman Jon Kalahar said. Manieri will be charged with murder once he's brought back to Waveland, Miss.

Police said the man's ex-wife did not know the car was stolen or how her husband got it and she was not expected to face charges....

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A woman was sentenced yesterday to two years in federal prison for threatening gun violence last year against one of the nation’s largest school systems, triggering a massive lockdown affecting more than a quarter-million students....

Conservative radio talk show host Joyce Kaufman became controversial last year for making politically charged comments many people considered incendiary, including remarks at a Tea Party rally in July 2010 that “if ballots don’t work, bullets will. You need to be prepared to fight tyranny.’’

What is controversial about that?

"Court chief warns cuts will hurt justice; She deplores Conn.’s $76m in reductions" July 16, 2011|By Dave Collins, Associated Press

HARTFORD - The leader of the state Supreme Court said yesterday that she fears the Judicial Branch will not be able to meet its constitutional obligations to the public due to more than $76 million in cuts over two years mandated by the Legislature to help balance the state budget.

The planned cuts released by the Judicial Branch yesterday include laying off about 450 employees, eliminating another 150 full-time jobs now vacant, and closing four courthouses, one juvenile detention center, three juvenile probation offices, and six law libraries....

Chief Justice Chase T. Rogers said Connecticut’s courts are required under the state constitution to administer justice without delay. She said that she worries that the cuts will reduce people’s access to justice and that she expects the reductions to cause delays in civil, family, housing, and small claims cases. Priority will be placed on criminal cases, she said....

Traveling Through New Hampshire

With the Boston Globe as your guide (puke):

"NH travel officials studying welcome centers" by Kathy McCormack Associated Press / July 15, 2011

CONCORD, N.H.—New Hampshire's Division of Travel and Tourism Development is looking at ways to improve the state's welcome centers, such as adding computers and having staffers go through a hospitality training program to better assist tourists.

The budget has allowed the creation of a Bureau of Visitor Services with a staff of four employees to help improve tourism opportunities in the state.

This as teachers, cops, and firefighters are being liad off?

The division is part of the state's Department of Resources and Economic Development....

Otherwise known as the Wasting Taxpayer Money Department.

Good job for a friend, though.

Under the budget, several centers that are open for part of the year will be closed to cut costs....

Then why does the article imply.... sigh.

I'm so tired of deceit, deception, and distortion in my "newspaper."

Other centers originally on the list for closure -- Colebrook, Lebanon, Littleton, Sanbornton and Shelburne -- are remaining open....

Lori Harnois, director of the Division of Travel and Tourism Development said Friday that the state is hoping to form public-private partnerships within the tourism industry for the long-term operation of all the welcome centers.

Hey, the corporations are calling the shots throughout these United States and D.C.

In the meantime, "we're currently trying to get a good handle on the daily operations of them," she said. "Future goals are to enhance the visitor's experience. It's the first interaction the visitor has with New Hampshire."

"Leaders’ wives urge support for military families; Obama, Biden at N.H. events" July 25, 2011|Associated Press

CONCORD, N.H. - Military families in New Hampshire got a boost yesterday as Michelle Obama and Jill Biden offered their thanks at a National Guard cookout.

“Thank you for your service; thank you for your sacrifice; thank you for everything you have done for our country,’’ said the wife of President Obama. “We want you to know this country has your back.’’

Except when it comes time for disability payments and health care, or even your paycheck because of the "debt crisis."

The visit was part of their Joining Forces initiative, designed to support the families of those who have served and continue to serve in the armed forces....

Not that they are being adequately supported, but you SEE WHO is being LEFT OUT ALL the TIME, AVERAGE U.S. CITIZEN?

You are NOT an IMPORTANT PERSON at all and YOUR CONCERNS are NOT TO BE HEARD -- except when it concerns the EMPIRE GOING INTO YOUR WALLET!

Mrs. Biden, whose son Beau Biden is a captain in the Delaware Army National Guard, said it was important for all Americans to understand the sacrifices military families make to support their loved ones in the services.

Excuse me, ma'am, but I DIDN'T SEND THEM THERE over STINK-HOLE LIES, and I HAVE NOT KEPT THEM THERE over SAME, so SHUT THE F*** UP!!!!!!!!!

She announced a Joining Forces Community Challenge, and invited those attending to nominate for special recognition any group or individual making a difference in the lives of military families. “We’ve seen some incredible examples of Americans helping out with child care for military families, lending a hand with accounting during tax season, and hosting baby showers for expectant military moms, and we want to formally applaud these efforts,’’ she said.

Yeah, let's all give THREE CHEERS for EMPIRE, yaaaaaaay!!!

Let's HOPE the BABY does not have BIRTH DEFECTS because of the DEPLETED URANIUM MUNITIONS and EQUIPMENT used by U.S. military forces.  You can GO ASK the IRAQIS, AFGHANS, PAKISTANIS, PALESTINIANS, LEBANESE, and SERBS about that.

Biden spent the first half of the day at an event in Portsmouth called Operation Thank You, which raised money for a fund that helps military families in need....

Why would military families be in need considering the billions upon millions fed to the war machine?

And THOSE IN NEED will now be facing SOCIAL SERVICE CUTS as the GOVERNMENT BORROWS MORE MONEY?

My way of THANKING THEM would be to GET THEM HOME to TAKE CARE of THEM FIRST, and ENDING ALL THESE WARS for EMPIRE based on LIES !

"N.H. tightens its ban on out-of-state firewood; Rules aim to keep out invasive bugs" July 16, 2011|Associated Press

DURHAM, N.H. - New Hampshire is strengthening a ban on out-of-state firewood because of concern about nonnative invasive insects.

Your first interaction is a search of the vehicle?

Two years ago, a joint state-federal regulation restricted firewood movement on state reservation lands and national forests within New Hampshire, including campgrounds.

Beginning Monday, the new ban will expand those restrictions to prohibit out-of-state firewood movement to all lands in New Hampshire. Only approved heat-treated firewood that has been properly packaged and labeled or firewood transported with a compliance agreement from select counties in Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts may enter the state.

Preapproved counties in Maine are Franklin, Oxford, Androscoggin, Cumberland, and York. All counties in Vermont are approved. In Massachusetts, Essex, Middlesex and Franklin counties are approved.

I suppose I should say hello.

Forest officials have been concerned about importing insects such as the emerald ash borer and the Asian long-horned beetle, which have harmed trees in other states. In some cases, infestations have been attributed to the movement of camp firewood.

More than half of all forests in New Hampshire are susceptible to the insects.

“It’s surprising how much and how far people are willing to transport firewood,’’ said Kyle Lombard, New Hampshire forest entomologist. “We surveyed firewood use at campgrounds and found that 40 percent of the out-of-state campers brought it from home. Many of those folks were from as far away as Florida, North Carolina, and California. We have seen that every stick of firewood taken from these campers had insects, to the tune of about 30 per piece.’’

Violators could be fined.

Evergreen Defaults

No big deal.

"Evergreen won’t pay $4.2m in interest due" July 16, 2011|By Erin Ailworth, Globe Staff

Marlborough-based solar panel maker Evergreen Solar Inc. has said it will not pay nearly $4.2 million in interest payments due yesterday.

The company decided to forgo the payments, it said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, “in light of its current liquidity and capital resources.’’ If the interest remains unpaid for 30 days, it would trigger a default.

Once a promising alternative energy company that received millions in state subsidies, Evergreen has struggled in recent years against competition from China. Earlier this year, the company closed its factory in Devens, eliminating hundreds of jobs. And earlier this week, it warned in a filing that it was in danger of running out of cash and its shares could be worth little or nothing even if it manages to strike a deal to restructure debt. Evergreen’s shares have plunged 88 percent this year, and yesterday closed at 39 cents.

Debt Deal Almost Done

That's what Wolf said on CNN in the 5 minutes I watched. He's waiting on breaking news over the next hour or so.

"Message from Wall Street clear, as markets shudder and fall" by Todd Wallack, Globe Staff / July 30, 2011

It is possible the market could fall even more dramatically next week if Congress and the White House remain at an impasse on Aug. 2 - the day officials say the US will start running short on money to pay its bills - or credit rating agencies downgrade the government’s pristine AAA standing.

Some nervous investors already are fleeing money-market mutual funds, popular vehicles for stashing short-term savings, because of worries that a default could temporarily erode their value or block access to money. Many such funds hold short-term US treasuries and other government bonds.

The Investment Company Institute, an association of investment companies based in Washington, reported that investors withdrew more than $37 billion from money market funds the week ended Wednesday, the largest outflow this year.

But management companies say they have already taken steps to assure investors that their funds are safe. Boston-based Fidelity Investments, the largest manager of money market funds in the United States, said it has stress-tested its funds, set aside more cash for them, and did not buy any treasuries scheduled to mature during the first two weeks of August.

Pioneer Investments, a Boston mutual fund company, purged all US Treasury bonds from its money market fund earlier this week. But like many money managers, Pioneer said it has not changed its investment strategy for long-term bond and stock funds.

“I think most investors do not believe it’s a very high probability that the government will default,’’ said Ken Taubes, chief investment officer for Pioneer’s US operations.

Taubes said he believes most investors remain convinced a default will be avoided, and that they Aug. 2 deadline is suspect. He noted that government revenues have come in ahead of projections in recent weeks, meaning the government will probably have enough cash to meet its obligations for a few more days - if not weeks - beyond Tuesday. And Taubes and other observers speculate that federal officials could employ creative tactics to free up additional cash, such as by tapping assets in government pension funds.

So they are going to STEAL YOUR PENSIONS, federal employees?

And you thought being a good bureaucrat would protect you, huh?

Many businesspeople, however, are irritated by political leaders’ inability to solve the issue by now. They say the stalemate has created uncertainty for everyone from defense contractors counting on government payments to real estate professionals whose business depends on the government guaranteeing new mortgages.

You see who the important people are to this government, no?

Downbeat economic data released yesterday only darkened their moods. The Commerce Department reported that the economy grew at a tepid 1.3 percent annual pace in the second quarter, and revised the first quarter rate to 0.4 percent, much lower than initial estimates....

Translation: the GOVERNMENT LIED about the economy like they do EVERY QUARTER!

Meanwhile, Bank of America Corp., TD Bank, Sovereign Bank and other major banks say they are readying contingency plans in case the government defaults on its payments or temporarily suspends sending checks to federal workers and others, including Social Security recipients.

Several banks, including Rockland Trust and Belmont Savings Bank, have pledged to waive overdraft fees for customers if the US government temporarily suspends some payments. The Massachusetts Bankers Association recommended yesterday that banks consider making sure they have increased access to cash and designate employees to field calls about debt-default implications.

State Street Corp., based in Boston, said yesterday that it “has taken steps to prepare for contingencies, including a lack of liquidity and heightened volatility.’’

“We are in close touch with our clients, industry participants, and regulators, and very much hope a resolution to this matter is reached,’’’ said Marie McGehee, a State Street spokeswoman.

Gee, if State Street is SO CONCERNED then they can GIVE BACK the $885 million-dollar TAX REFUND(?) when they MADE $1.6 BILLION in PROFITS last year -- and will be able to AVOID TAXES for YEARS TO COME by CONTINUING to APPLY PAST LOSSES!

See: State Street Stealers

Yeah, but YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY and MEDICARE has to be CUT, Americans!!!!!!

And are you READY FOR A WAR, readers?

"State scrambles to stave off a ruinous shortfall" by Noah Bierman, Globe Staff / July 30, 2011

Top state financial officials have spent the past several days in war-room mode, contemplating worst-case scenarios should the debt crisis in Washington prevent the federal government from giving Massachusetts more than $200 million a week in reimbursements, mostly for programs affecting the poor.

Yup, while the wars, Wall Street, corporations, and Israel are all taken care of.

In an ominous sign of the potential trickle-down effects from the deadlock Washington, Moody’s Investors Service said it is reviewing credit ratings of 162 local governments in 31 states - including Dover, Concord, Newton, and Brookline - that could be affected if the federal credit rating is downgraded.

Yeah, the credit rating agencies that work for banks will be sure to make you scream.

Related: Inside Job

After seeing that whole film why should their ratings carry any weight at all?

Moody is focused only on cities and towns with the highest credit ratings, as part of an initial analysis of how a federal default could affect the most financially robust communities across the country. A lower credit rating could raise the cost of borrowing for some of the state’s wealthiest towns.

Then don't borrow any more money.

But yesterday also brought good news for the state when Massachusetts officials learned federal officials had sent them a $100 million advance in health care reimbursement that was not expected until next month. Though state officials said the early payment was not tied to the debt crisis in Washington, they acknowledged it gives them a measure of breathing room as they consider what to do if the other $750 million due for the month does not come.

Must they lie about everything?

Federal money makes up a fourth of the state budget, paying for more than 500 grants, the vast majority of highway construction projects, health care subsidies for 1.25 million residents, and food stamps for 1 in 8 residents. It also provides salaries for 4,500 state employees.

Are you kidding me?

Federal officials have not detailed which payments could be frozen, or partially frozen, and which ones might be covered in the event of a default.

Actually, they have: Creditors would be paid first

Hey, what's one more lie and distortion in a newspaper full of 'em?

Yesterday, budget chiefs around the nation were expecting a briefing from the US Treasury, only to learn later in the day that it would not be coming by day’s end....

Massachusetts is in better shape than many other states. The state budget was passed this month without a California-like crunch or a Minnesota-style shutdown. And tax collections in recent months have been far higher than expected, giving state officials some comfort that they could weather a federal crisis of one or more months, using state money to fill the federal void temporarily. But in September, when the state traditionally doles out more than $1 billion in annual state aid payments to cities and towns, the situation could grow more troublesome, said Treasurer Steven Grossman.

“September, I think, would put every state in the country . . . in a position of significant difficulty, no matter how healthy your cash position on Aug. 1,’’ Grossman said yesterday.

The exact date when the state could potentially run short of cash would depend on various factors, including what portion of its reimbursements the federal government continues to pay. The day of reckoning moves further down the road if the federal government pay half its obligations, for example, than it would if it pays none of them, he said....

Grossman said he and Massachusetts’ budget chief Jay Gonzalez are trying to reassure the public that quality of life will not be harmed, while also looking down the road to make sure they are prepared for even the most unlikely outcome.

Pfffft!

If the impasse lasts into September, past when the state can temporarily cover its obligations, it might then be able to issue short-term debt to cover bills, Grossman said.

Yes, GOING INTO DEBT to BANKS and "investors" is the ANSWER to EVERYTHING!

Grossman also listed a number of “last resort’’ scenarios in the event that the credit markets freeze up, preventing the state from issuing bonds.

Why would credit markets freeze up?

They include using the state’s rainy day fund, now at about $700 million. Grossman said treasury officials have also contacted some banks that have long-term relationships with the state and might be willing to offer short-term loans in the unlikely event that the state cannot issue bonds.

Yup, the BANKS are going to SAVE US!!

And as a final resort, Grossman said the state could begin talking to its vendors about accepting delayed payments....

As long as they are not debt interest payments to banks.

The more direct threat to city and town credit ratings caused great concern in Washington, where the state’s congressional delegation sent a letter to Moody’s yesterday demanding that it allow local governments to prove their credit-worthiness and revoke the threat of downgrade....

Why should local governments have to PROVE ANYTHING to SERVANTS of the LYING and LOOTING BANKS!!

--more--"

And if that doesn't convince to raise the ceiling, maybe this will:

"From residents, growing feelings of fear, frustration, and disgust" by Peter Schworm and Vivian Yee, Globe Staff / July 30, 2011

With the crisis showing little sign of resolution and the threat of default looming, frustration welled to a bursting point yesterday across the region. Many of dozens interviewed said they had never been so disillusioned with the political process, and most bitterly derided elected leaders for bringing the country to the brink of economic calamity.

I am WITH THEM on THAT ONE!

“I think the lawmakers should be fired,’’ said Peter Shea, 56, a Braintree resident who works in Boston. “They’re a disgrace.’’

I've got a better idea:

Line up a few AmeriKan newspaper executives, too.

Shea said he supports substantial spending cuts to rein in the deficit and that the wealthy should also pay more in taxes. Like most observers interviewed, he said the solution seemed self-evident, if only both sides would meet each other halfway....

Opinion on who deserved the brunt of the blame for the high-stakes standoff varied by party affiliation, with most people holding the Republican Party, particularly its Tea Party wing, chiefly responsible.

But across the political spectrum, people were alarmed that lawmakers had let the problem reach this point and that a situation that had been handled routinely in the past was now causing such turmoil, they said....

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner has said the government will reach its $14.3 trillion borrowing limit Tuesday and will no longer have enough money to pay all its obligations, including Social Security and other entitlements.

They are NOT ENTITLEMENTS! They are TAXES ALREADY PAID into a TRUST FUND that is SUPPOSED to have a SURPLUS!

Why are they EVEN PART of the DISCUSSION?

How about SHUTTING OFF the F***ING WARS FIRST?!!!!!!!!!!

Many castigated politicians for failing to find common ground on an issue so crucial to the country’s economic well-being and urged them to set aside political considerations.

How does borrowing more money so the debt service payments are larger help our economy?

“Nobody wants to compromise,’’ said Peter Obour-Mensah, 44, of West Roxbury. “But there comes a time when you have to compromise for the sake of the whole country.’’

Obour-Mensah said he has followed the developments almost hourly and worries the uncertainty is hurting the economy.

With the government’s debt skyrocketing, the two parties have clashed over how to rein in the deficit. Many interviewed yesterday said they supported a combination of spending cuts and tax hikes and chided tax-averse Republicans for refusing to cede ground.

“I think it’s a damn shame that 100 [Tea Partiers] are going to affect the fate of this country,’’ said Brian Skinner, a 55-year-old Democrat from Allston. “All they care about is starving the beast - the government.’’

Maybe this mass-murdering empire called a government should be starved.

Proving propaganda still works on some people.

Yet many also noted that the government had to learn to live within its means.

Jason Gell, a 33-year-old real estate broker, said that means both sides have to give and take.

“The Republicans have a point that there are way too many entitlement programs,’’ he said. “The Democrats have a point that we need to raise taxes and cut the loopholes for upper-class people.’’

But with both parties already jockeying for advantage in next year’s election, many feared politics as usual would prevail.

“They’re worried about their own political agendas without taking the rest of the country into consideration,’’ said Larry Toney, 55, of Boston. “I feel like it’s a game that’s being played out.’’

With the country deep in debt and plagued by an often poisonous political debate, some said they had lost faith in the country’s future.

Mine was lost years ago.

“Right now I really think about going back to Europe,’’ said Tom Danicki, a 37-year-old Polish immigrant who moved to Boston five years ago. “This is not the America I was dreaming about.’’

Nor is it the one I have been taught.

For many, the debt negotiations were as abstract and confusing as they were troubling.

Kurtis Kurpeski, 24, of Dorchester, said he tried to keep informed but found it frustrating to follow all the maneuvering.

“It changes all the time,’’ Kurpeski said. “I don’t even know what to believe anymore.’’

I KNOW WHAT NOT TO BELIEVE, though!

"Fund-raisers collect $10m for Obama " by July 30, 2011

WASHINGTON - Outside fund-raising groups supporting President Obama and Democratic candidates raised a combined $10 million during the first six months of 2011, providing the first glimpse into how Democrats intend to compete with outside Republican groups planning to pour millions of dollars into next year’s elections.

Priorities USA and Priorities USA Action, independent groups founded by former Obama White House aides Bill Burton and Sean Sweeney, said yesterday that they raised more than $5 million, while the research arm for the outside Democratic groups, American Bridge, collected $3.07 million. Political action committees supporting Democrats in the House and Senate raised more than $2 million.

The fund-raising totals were dwarfed by Obama’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee, which collected a combined $86 million from April through June, as many top donors focused on Obama’s initial fund-raising quarter.

Whenever you read something in the media, you can take it as the gospel truth that it is a lie and then you can look at what’s not being said and be pretty certain that that is what is really going on. Give it a few days or a few weeks and the real story will start to emerge in the blogsphere and then a series of seemingly oppositional talking heads in the mainstream will debate the follow-up lies that are meant to distract from the emergent truth. This is what has happened with the bank bailouts and the theft of public resources from every location they can be stolen from. The comic spectacle of truly insane greed is a wonder to behold....

The Number One Reason to Not Raise the Debt Ceiling

Because THEY want you to, America:

"Raise debt ceiling, banks urge; Executives fear economic harm if Congress stalls" by Phil Mattingly and Peter Cook, Bloomberg News / July 29, 2011

WASHINGTON - Bankers including Goldman Sachs Group chairman and chief executive Lloyd Blankfein and JPMorgan Chase & Co. chief Jamie Dimon called on President Obama and Congress to raise the federal debt limit to steer the US government away from the threat of default.

''The consequences of inaction - for our economy, the already struggling job market, the financial circumstances of American businesses and families, and for America's global economic leadership - would be very grave,'' the executives wrote in the letter sent yesterday by the Financial Services Forum, a Washington-based trade group representing the largest banks....

''A default on our nation's obligations, or a downgrade of America's credit rating, would be a tremendous blow to business and investor confidence - raising interest rates for everyone who borrows, undermining the value of the dollar, and roiling stock and bond markets,'' the group of financial industry executives wrote in the letter to Congress and the White House.

What is the "we" stuff, you shit-scum vampires?

And if you are worried about the dollar tell Bernanke to shut off those printing presses that are buying back all the MBS shit.

In addition to Blankfein and Dimon, the letter included signatures from chief executives representing Bank of America Corp., Citigroup Inc., Morgan Stanley, US Bancorp, Wells Fargo & Co., and State Street Corp....

"Foreclosure rates drop as banks hold off; Most major US metro areas see sharp declines" by Alex Veiga, Associated Press / July 29, 2011

LOS ANGELES - Most of the nation’s largest metropolitan areas are seeing a sharp drop in foreclosure activity as banks take longer to move against homeowners who are behind on their mortgage payments....

The decline is due to delays in the foreclosure process as lenders work through foreclosure documentation problems that first surfaced last fall.

Is that ever written from the banker's point-of-view or what? Yup, working their way through the fraud they perpetrated on people. They get the homes back yet?

Those problems prompted them to resubmit paperwork on many properties that had been slated for foreclosure and led to a slew of government investigations of the mortgage industry.

Another sanitized s*** paragraph regarding the fraud.

Mortgage banks have also put off taking action against newly delinquent borrowers in order to try loan modifications or other tactics aimed at avoiding foreclosure.

Banks Are Your Friend

Are those things a friend would do to you?

In addition, lackluster home sales this year have provided little incentive for lenders to evict homeowners and chance having the property sit empty and unsold for months.

But it is at least a HARD ASSET -- as opposed to that increasingly worthless piece-of-shit paper in your wallet, Americans.  Aren't you getting it?

See: Banks Acting Like Israel

Yeah, whatever, newspaper.

Some 1.7 million potential foreclosures are being held up, according real estate firm CoreLogic.

Wait until those hit.

The slowdown in foreclosure activity has been most pronounced in states where courts play a role in the foreclosure process and now have to wade through a logjam of cases....

Meaning those that have challenged the banks legally have forced them to stop fraudulently seizing homes.

Despite the slowdown in the pace of foreclosures, many cities continue to have elevated foreclosure rates....

When you guys end the propaganda that way I know what I have just been reading is aaaaal bullshit.

Just sign the papers:

"Registrar vs. robosigners; The head of the Registry of Deeds in Salem is challenging lenders’ handling of mortgage records; some say he’s overstepping his authority" July 14, 2011|By Jenifer B. McKim, Globe Staff

A county registrar doesn’t usually take on major US lenders, send out rapid fire press releases, and investigate the home loans of celebrities such as Sarah Palin.

But John O’Brien Jr., head of the Southern Essex District Registry of Deeds in Salem, says he’s on a mission to protect the integrity of property records.

O’Brien, 59, is gaining national recognition among housing advocates, and rankling local real estate attorneys, for his aggressive actions - which most recently included the rejection of property documents signed by alleged “robosigners.’’

He also has called his registry a “crime scene’’ riddled with fraudulent paperwork, and last month O’Brien alleged that Palin unknowingly bought an Arizona home whose paperwork was signed by robosigners - bank representatives who didn’t properly review mortgage documents. (Palin did not respond to a request for comment.)

“Banks have participated in a national epidemic of fraud that has clouded or damaged the chain of title of hundreds of thousands of American homeowners all across the country,’’ O’Brien said in one of his many press releases. “It would be a dereliction of my duties as the keeper of the records to record these documents and any other documents that contain questionable signatures.’’

The feeling her is if the CHAIN is DAMAGED then the HOMEOWNER STAYS and there ARE NO MORE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS! They now OWN IT THEMSELVES since the BANKS COULD NOT KEEP the RECORDS STRAIGHT!

That's an EASY DECISION for ANY FAIR JUDGE!

To some, O’Brien - who was first sworn in to his elected post in 1977 - is the champion of homeowners battling lenders who act as if they are above the law.

They MAKE the LAW!

See:

Who REALLY Runs Washington

Banks Bought Off Both Parties

Pretty darn obvious these days.

But others say he has gone too far, using flawed analysis to overstep his authority as an official recorder of property documents. His tactics have left local real estate attorneys, and even colleagues, scrambling for guidance from state authorities....

Yeah, that's them.

"Bank of America sued over fraud allegations" by Hugh Son, Bloomberg News / July 29, 2011

NEW YORK - Bank of America Corp., the biggest US lender, faces a new securities fraud lawsuit filed by former Countrywide Financial Corp. investors including BlackRock Inc. that opted out of a $624 million settlement last year.

Countrywide, acquired by Bank of America in 2008, misled shareholders about its finances and lending practices, according to the complaint filed yesterday in federal court in Los Angeles.

We call it LYING here!

Plaintiffs including the California Public Employees’ Retirement System and funds managed by BlackRock, T. Rowe Price Group Inc. and TIAA-CREF are the largest group of those who rejected the deal, saying the terms were inadequate.

Yeah, PENSION FUNDS were SCREWED -- and then there was a big media and political push to cut those benefits for teachers, cops, firefighters, and kill their collective bargaining power.

How VERY INTERESTING!

The investors hope to “maximize’’ their returns in a jury trial, their attorney, Blair Nicholas, a partner at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP, said in an e-mail.

For Bank of America chief executive Brian T. Moynihan, 51, the suit is the latest challenge resulting from his predecessor’s purchase of Countrywide. The lender agreed last month to pay $8.5 billion to settle disputes from bondholders, including New York-based BlackRock, over defective Countrywide mortgages, contributing to a record $8.83 billion second-quarter loss.

"Countrywide to begin paying back borrowers" July 21, 2011|By Gretchen Morgenson, New York Times

More than 450,000 borrowers who were charged excessive fees by Countrywide Home Loans when they fell behind on their mortgages will finally begin receiving the $108 million the company agreed to pay in a settlement struck with the Federal Trade Commission in June 2010, the agency said yesterday....

Un-flipping-f***ing-real!

“It is astonishing that one single company could be responsible for overcharging more than 450,000 homeowners, which is more than 1 percent of all the mortgages in the United States,’’ Jon Leibowitz, chairman of the trade commission, said. Countrywide’s “was a business model based on deceit and corruption, and the harm they caused to American consumers is absolutely massive and extraordinary.’’

************************

To profit from property inspections, title searches, and maintenance on homes going through foreclosure, Countrywide set up subsidiaries to do the work and marked up the cost of the services by more than 100 percent. The company’s strategy was designed to increase profits from default-related services during bad economic times, the FTC said.

WASHINGTON - The regulator of government-controlled mortgage buyers Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is suing UBS AG in an effort to recoup more than $900 million in losses from mortgage-backed securities purchased from the banking giant during the housing boom....

And you are bailing them out to the tune of BILLIONS, Americans.

Fannie and Freddie bought more than $4.5 billion in home loans pooled into securities from UBS between 2005 and 2007....

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, own or guarantee about half of all mortgages in the nation. While Fannie and Freddie didn’t make subprime loans, they did buy securities tied to those risky mortgages. The companies had said they felt pressure to compete against Wall Street firms that were backing extremely risky loans.

Inflexible insurgents, huh?

And just who is the newspaper to be deciding that, anyway?

Even if the bill had passed, the Democratic leader of the Senate said his chamber would reject it....

Then why bother reading all this s***?

Senate majority leader Harry Reid called the House measure a short-term fix that risked the downgrading of the nation’s credit rating, even while alleviating the looming cash crunch.

“It does not provide stability and it certainly doesn’t help our economy in any way,’’ Reid said.

And digging a deeper hole with larger interest payments does?

"Interest on the national debt rose 9 percent to $386 billion in the first nine months of this year"

Either way tens of billions of dollars more will be added.

And maybe that is the point of it all.

The Obama administration has said it needs the limit increased by $2.4 trillion to meet spending needs until 2013. Republicans have rejected such a large increase.

If the House passes the Boehner bill and the Senate rejects it, the focus would be squarely on a competing proposal from Reid....

About half of the savings in Reid’s measure comes from winding down the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, something Republicans have called a “budget gimmick’’ because the wars are ending anyway....

Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!  Yeah, RIGHT!

"Profits strong at Exxon Mobil, Shell amid new projects" by Clifford Krauss and Julia Werdigier, New York Times / July 29, 2011

HOUSTON - Exxon Mobil Corp. and Royal Dutch Shell PLC reported strong second-quarter earnings yesterday, taking advantage of higher oil and gasoline prices while investing heavily in new energy projects....

It was the strongest quarter for Exxon Mobil since it set a corporate quarterly earnings record of $14.8 billion in 2008, when crude oil prices approached $150 a barrel before collapsing as the world economy slowed.

The strong profits reported by the largest oil companies of the United States and Europe followed the strong results posted by ConocoPhillips and a number of other independent oil companies and oil service companies in recent days.

The industry is investing heavily in US oil and gas projects in shale fields, gradually shifting to oil because of the high price of crude and lagging price of gas. Oil prices rose more than 30 percent during the quarter, mainly because of political disruptions in North Africa and the Middle East, while natural gas prices rose less than 1 percent.

Yeah, right, Bernanke's weakening of the dollar to buy back MBS frauds have nothing to do with it. It's all those freedom-seeking Arabs fault.

But even with low gas prices, Exxon Mobil, Shell and other energy firms are continuing to buy prospective fields in the United States, Europe, Argentina, and elsewhere, and overall gas production is still rising after a decade of strong increases in output.

Shell started two projects in the first half of the year in Qatar and expanded its Canadian oil sands operation. The Qatargas 4 liquefied natural gas project is now at full capacity and the new Pearl gas-to-liquids operation has started producing, Shell said. The projects are expected to contribute more than 400,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in peak production, it said.

Exxon reported earnings of $10.7 billion, up from $7.56 billion and revenue of $125.49 billion, up from $92.47 billion. Shell profit rose to $8.7 billion from $4.4 billion.

And that is ALL WITHIN the LAST THREE MONTHS, Americans.

"Hit with foreclosures, Bank of America donating, demolishing homes" by July 28, 2011|By Lindsey Rupp, Bloomberg News

NEW YORK — Bank of America Corp., faced with a glut of foreclosed and abandoned houses it can’t sell, has a new tool to get rid of the most decrepit ones: a bulldozer.

First thing I thought of when I saw the word.

The biggest US mortgage servicer will donate 100 foreclosed houses in the Cleveland area, and in some cases contribute to their demolition in partnership with a local agency that manages blighted property. The bank has similar plans in Detroit and Chicago, with more cities to come, and Wells Fargo & Co., Citigroup Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Fannie Mae are conducting or considering their own programs.

Disposing of repossessed homes is one of the biggest headaches for lenders in the United States, where 1,679,125 houses, or one in every 77, were in some stage of foreclosure as of June, according to research firm RealtyTrac Inc.

Yeah, the poor banks who seized homes on false pretenses.

The poor banks that f***ed you over on loan modification.

The poor banks that bundled all this s*** together and then made a bundle selling it to you.

The prospect of those properties flooding the market has depressed prices and driven off buyers concerned that housing values will keep dropping.

“There is way too much supply,” said Gus Frangos, president of the Cleveland-based Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corp., which works with lenders, government officials, and homeowners to salvage vacant homes. “The best thing we can do to stabilize the market is to get the garbage off.”

You lived in a garbage home so you must have been garbage, huh?

*****************************

The tear-downs are in varying states of disrepair, from uninhabitable to badly damaged.

Weather-related, or.... ??

Bank of America spokesman Rick Simon said some are worth less than $10,000, and it would cost too much to make them livable.

“No one needs these homes, no one is going to buy them,” said Christopher Thornberg, partner at the Los Angeles office of Beacon Economics LLC, a forecasting firm. “Bank of America is not going to be able to cover its losses, so it might as well give them away.”

Donating a house may create an income tax deduction, said Robert Willens, an independent accounting analyst in New York. A bank might deduct as much as the fair market value if a home was not acquired with the intent of knocking it down, he said....

I KNEW they were not doing it out of the goodness of their hearts.

The knockdowns are not likely to outpace foreclosures, said Rick Sharga, RealtyTrac’s senior vice president. Foreclosures may accelerate as banks clear a backlog caused by soft real estate markets and legal disputes over tactics used to seize homes....

Yeah, the USE of FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS and other things is RARELY DISCUSSED in my BANKER'S PAPER!  Probably why I am so sick of reading them.

Norway's 911

"GLADIO 2.0 : WHY THE WEST CAN’T RESIST THE NORWAY MASSACRE AND PSY-OP
July 25, 2011

By Stone Pinkerton
Gonzo Town

How do you define bizarre in today’s every increasingly wacky world of terrorism? Ever since the Cold War was won and history ended, we have been inundated with a seemingly never ending succession of spectacularly staged terror attacks and carefully crafted psy-ops.

This recent Norway Massacre is the latest in a series of high profile terrorist attacks which have succeeded only in inching societies worldwide further towards the final goal-line of an ever expanding global police state. Operation GLADIO 2.0? Whether you know it or not, it is rapidly unfolding before your eyes.

Recently joining the fold of public enemy number one stars, is a Scandinavian pin-up named Anders Breivik AKA “Andrew Berwick”. In case you missed it, he went on an epic rampage this past weekend.

As terrorists go, his media profile is about as slick as they come, even more refined than Osama bin Laden, scripted to the last detail and with plenty of collateral material. If he survives custody, his protracted trial will almost certainly be something along the lines of OJ Simpson meets Slobo Milosevich.

So which is he? Anders, or Andrew?

We are told that he wired up and popped a car bomb in town hitting a government target, and later was the lone gunman who dressed up as a policeman and opened fire on a crowd of Protestant Young Labour supporters at a summer camp on the island of Utoya in Norway on Saturday. The death toll from both attacks stands at 100 plus.

Horrific is an understatement.

So did we witness yet another ‘lone gunman’ incident, or rather, spectacularly staged ’Psychological Operation’, or Psy-op in Norway? Well, it all depends what you are willing to buy into.

PSY-OPS: A WESTERN LOVE AFFAIR

But we do love our 21st century psy-ops in America and in Europe. They supply us with the sort of collective nightmares that only an institution as bloated, corrupt, insidious and morally and fiscally bankrupt as our governments can supply. As recent history goes, they supply the nightmare, and in turn, we somehow end up demanding more security, less privacy and endless state surveillance.

Authorities have conveniently unearthed a typically mad, but thorough 1,500 page all singing and dancing manifesto (here is link to the whole thing) credited to the alleged gunman. One thing is now for certain- Anders Breivik AKA Andrew Berwick, is the new pin-up euro boy for the New World Order’s Global Domestic Terrorist 2012 Calendar.

The results of a successful Psy-op are always apparent after the event, and we will go into detail about what these are later in this article. You can be sure that already across TV, radio and mainstream print, the conversation is being shaped and mostly dominated by a fear-based platform whereby pundit after pundit are reinforcing the mantra that “He could have been anybody”, and that by hook or crook, ”We need much better surveillance and domestic security in order to prevent such a terrible tragedy from happening again.”

Our marching orders are more or less clear: There’s your talking points people, now get out there, in every office, cafe, school- get out there and parrot them!

BREIVIK: A ZIONIST-MARXIST-RACIST?

He’s also an admitted Right-wing Zionist which puts Israel in the frame, and apparently hates multiculturalism. All this is sure to stir both confusion and hours of directionless debate from the media experts. 21st Century Wire’s  Andrew McKillop adds here:

“Andrew Berwick (this is where the story gets extremely bizarre) – which lays out a buffet of extreme Islamophobia, far-right Zionism, as well as attacks on Marxism and multiculturalism, for good measure…

“He has since been charged with “terrorism” by the Norwegian authorities. No talk yet of actual murder charges. Amazingly, this rogue paramilitary domestic terrorist has not topped himself and will have a chance to take the world stage, no doubt invigorating a lively new debate on topics like free market economics, the need for more state surveillance, security measures, multiculturalism and applied Marxism in the 21st century.”

That pretty much covers it then. We are now all potential domestic terrorists, and should be regarded with some degree of suspicion by our government and state authorities- for our own safety, naturally.

THE LONE GUNMAN NARRATIVE

The back story to this crime is slowly coming out, but mind you, it is merely the official narrative. Intelligent media consumers will still need to keep their brains active in order to read between the lines to identify discrepancies and outlandish assumptions present in the consensus reality or Wikipedia version of events. This black op in Norway looks likely to have been executed by not one, but a minimum team of two to three persons. Readers with a certain military experience might point out here how complicated it would be to execute such an entire operation single-handedly.

Regardless, thus far, the consensus reality version of events in Norway revolves around the classic ‘Lone Gunman’ template. There have been multiple reports by victims and witnesses of other shooters on the scene, but so far none have been absorbed as a solid part of the official narrative. Authorities have only confirmed that “active cells are still at large”, and this point alone will naturally dovetail with experts calls for tighter control on security and surveillance throughout society.

In effect, Goldstein is still at large and may be in your area, so keep all doors and windows locked. Report any suspicious activity to Big Brother. You get the picture.

What we think we know: For several months Breivik managed to purchas several tons of ANFO (ammonium nitrate/fuel oil), planted a 200 pound car bomb outside the Energy Ministry in Oslo. Soon after, he turns up on an island of young political elite on their summer retreat, where he managed to gun down single-handedly, some 100 teens. By some miracle, the Norwegian SWAT team invisibly landed on the island, snuck up behind gunman Breivik, and arrested him without any fire being exchanged between him and the authorities. Now that’s a guy any clandestine alphabet soup outfit would hire instantly on the spot. Clean operation. Certainly, this goes down in history as one of the cleanest, slickest, by-the-book black ops that ever went down.

To believe that he managed to do this on his own and not as a two or three man crew seems to be a real stretch when one considers the logistics and detail present in this terror operation. But the public can be made to believe it was a lone gunman event if the official story dictates as much. If you buy into the outlandish official explanations like both the 9/11 and 7/7 attacks and don’t take into account the public’s ability to swallow and digest them on the first spoonful, then the Norway should appear to be just another lone gunman job.

The most fascinating anomaly here is that he was actually arrested, and did not top himself or go down shooting. This may have been an error on Breivik’s part, or it was planned as part of a theatrical performance that will unfold during the months leading up to his trial in court. Note that every other mass shooting spree in the history of the world has ended with the gunman killing himself or being shot dead by police. EVERY TIME.

There are a number of past staged terror events we can revisit in order to define and understand exactly what we are looking at here in Norway. A few recent events include…

MUMBAI.

The Mumbai ‘terrorist attack’ bore all the hallmarks of a classic False Flag Operation. Eventually, it came out that Mumbai terror suspect David Headley was ‘rogue US secret agent’. US citizen Headley, who was arrested in connection with 2009′s Mumbai terrorist attacks, is likely to have been a double agent for the CIA. Mumbai was a false flag and its terror operative David Headley was ‘US secret agent’.

HOMELAND SECURITY.

Just as former Homeland Security chief  Tom Ridge admitted that DHS would issue fake terror alerts shortly before elections in a bid to influence the outcome during the Bush era, the Obama administration also admitted to mimicking the very same tactic later on. In 2009 and 2010 we witnessed an explosion in terror alerts, with many revolving around an alleged plot to launch Mumbai-style massacres within the US, as well as in European cities during those years. So the majority of US DHS terror alerts have been staged, for maximum political effect. This, by definition, is a pure Psy-op.

FORT HOOD.

It is now documented that the Fort Hood shooter was not only a military operative, but also was under the supervision of a psychological doctor as a handler. The shooter was quickly shot and taken into custody. After the media established its lone gunman story, we discover that this massacre was not carried out by Hasan alone. By definition, this was a false-flag/black-ops covert operation carried out under the supervision of what we call a “handler” — a senior operative of the US Military/Intelligence.

BELSAN.

The murky events of the North Ossetian school siege in which hundreds of children were killed raised disturbing questions as to which entities were actually behind the co-ordination of the attack. Many indicators point to this event being a staged psy-op. A number of reports pointed to Belsan being an agency-led black-op. “The men had their conversations not within Russia but with other countries… It’s clear as daylight that those people are coming up as puppeteers and are financing terror,” as was reported to the Russia television company, national Channel Two.” WHich agency it was, we can never know, but we can be certain is wasn’t just Chechen freedom fighters who ran this op.

ANTHRAX ATTACKS.

This staged op came directly in the wake of 9/11 and was initially promoted by the US government and the US media as the work of Muslim, or Al Qaeda terrorists. We later discover that the weapons grade anthrax which was used in these attacks originated from a classified, very secure, US military bio weapons facility at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The US attempted to frame a series of lone gunman for this attack, eventually settling on a model citizen, and decorated US scientist, Bruce Edwards Ivins, who conveniently, and mysteriously, killed himself whilst in custody before he could defend himself in court.

Of course, false flag news hounds will want us to point out the Virginia Tech Shooter, Dunblane Massacre, DC Sniper, the Tasmanian Devil Martin Bryant, the Unibomber, McDonald’s Rampage in San Ysidro, Madrid Train Bombing, and the mother of all shady domestic terror events- the Oklahoma City Bombing, alleged run by Timothy McVee.

Aside from their dodgy official narratives and even dodgier backgrounds of their seemingly rogue military participants, all of these past false flag and staged public black-op/psy-op events make up marker points on our emotional calendar, and all of these events are used to their maximum by governments and media pundits in order to create a matrix of fear in society, taking us further down the road of the hyper-security state. Few can argue that this is exactly where we are right now, miles away from the more free societies that we all remember and enjoyed way back when.

NORWAY’S 9/11: WHY NOW?

As a result of the political response and societal knee-jerk reaction, those children who survived in Norway have been left in a society where death by violent crime, rape and assault is unfortunately greater than ever, as is always the case when populations are disarmed, allowing the criminal element to blossom, and where former peace-keeping, civil police are now armed to the teeth in a way that society has never seen before.

One point which cannot be ignored in all of the commotion and massive peace concerts which have sprung up around Norway, is the really convenient timing of this whole attack.

The Young Protestant Labour Party(the kids who were gunned down at the camp) just days before publically condemned Israel’s apartheid system and have since recognized Palestine as a State… and suddenly there is a bombing and a violent massacre? Critical minds should also take into account the fact that this exact camp was shot-up, after just having held a pro-Palestinian rally the day before. Politically, many in Norway were calling for a complete withdraw of any and all support of Israel. If that doesn’t raise an eyebrow or two…

Until now, few in the mainstream sphere have yet to find it strange that Anders had a series of professionally posed, studio quality “publicity” photos taken. There is one of him wearing Masonic regalia, one in a military uniform, a HAZMAT suit and gas mask, a Navy SEAL wetsuit with bayonet rifle, as well as a couple of “glamour” shots that look way too good for posting on Match.com.

Besides the fact that to stage all of these photos and publish what looks like a comprehensive manifesto, it must have cost a small fortune, it is as if he was head-hunted by a talent agency who were preparing to launch his career in media. More than likely however, all these were in preparation for some media psy-op, and if you need any proof, just check out your TV program or newspaper.

Interestingly, Breivik’s Facebook page looked fake by anyone’s account, as do his other online submissions and profiles, many of which were loaded up in the weeks before the terror operation. To the trained eye, blatantly fake online pages like these often give off the smell of a CIA/Mossad operational mock-up. It’s very difficult to argue that the are really authentic, nonetheless, highly paid mainstream media journalists will use them to build up a ‘profile’ of the killer after the fact, presenting their findings as consensus reality- in short, a reality we can all agree on. This should really raise alarm bells to anyone who is pursuing the truth behind the event.

Although we can only speculate at this point, this attack would have certainly been within the capability of rogue elements within Israel’s intelligence agency, Mossad. Breivik is allegedly a self-professed Right-wing supporter the Zionist State and is no fan of Arabs. In his own words:

“So let us fight together with Israel, with our Zionist brothers against all anti-Zionists, against all culturalMarxists/multiculturalists.”

We can attempt to triangulate where Breivik is coming from now. In the current context, Israel is currently suffering a massive shift in terms of who its traditional Zionist supporters are in the West, and many mainstream elements are beginning to question more and more its policy of maintaining an apartheid police state to house the region’s indigenous populations of Arabs Muslims, Arab Christians, Beduins and Druze.

Let’s speculate then… in the US, group like the ADL and the SPLC are losing their grip on the media, and in Europe, a knee-jerk defense of all things Israeli is no longer the certainty it once was. If this were the case, then this is not the  Israel of old who at least tried to gain a certain amount of friends in the world, rather, it would be the new Israel, unashamed, having already bled the US dry of military aid dollars and goodwill- a rogue nation who is standing alone, using primal mafia hits against its political detractors in Europe. Many would argue this is a probable and logic shift for Israel considering the current political climate for its somewhat antiquated, out-of-date right-wing Zionist land-grabbing aspirations.

What is also interesting is the timing of this spectacular event, coming just in time to rescue Rupert Murdoch and PM David Cameron from receiving an endless public lashing in British Press and an angry and disenchanted public. News International’s stock worldwide has been in a near free-fall. Suddenly it’s all silence on the matter and all news space can contain only details of this killing operation and its aftermath. Very convenient for those who were under the cosh only days before.

Operation Breivik may not be exclusively linked to Israel, it could also be targeting European democracies, Norway being one. Lessons from Operation Gladio have taught us that NATO and CIA terror cells have been operational in Europe, the recent tryst over Libya and other projects could very well be influencing recent events. We can note here that investigative journalist Webster G. Tarpley reported in his article “Norway Terror Attacks a False Flag,” that Norway was getting ready to call off its support for missions in Libya, and stop its involvement in that ongoing illegal war there as early as this August.

In addition, elsewhere in Europe we were witnessing the near desintegration of the Eurozone, with the collapse of EU economies Greece, Ireland, Spain and Portugal. Riots are breaking out in the streets and anarchists are now back in fashion. Couple this with NATO’s complete pie-in-the-face over Libya- their illegal war becoming more difficult to manage and justify by the day. The political fallout from both these events is potentially massive, unless you can orchestrate a massive diversion that will last until September.

MAINSTREAM MASONIC TALK

Another anomaly in this latest public killing spree event is the mainstream injection of the normally obscure, cloak (or in this case apron) and dagger Freemason subject. So the story now goes that the biggest individual mass murderer in Europe since WWII – was a Freemason and a Knight de Templar and immensely proud of it.

His 1,500 odd paged manifesto prominently carries the image of the cross of the Knights Templar. He is apparently said to be a member of John Lodge St. Olaus TD Three pillars of the Norwegian Masonic Order and has the status of the 3rd degree, where the highest order is the 10th degree.

All this makes for a seemingly endless supply of fodder for the millions of internet surfers whose most guilty of pleasures is reading and posting about Freemasonary conspiracies. As Berwick styles himself Justiciar Knight Commander, Knights Templar Europe, Knights Templar Norway, it can only up the ante in what will certainly become a media circus for the ages. Only this time, it’s not confined to alternative media or the internet forums. The Masonic news lines appear to be pre-packaged and are now running through the mainstream media too. It’s juicy Dan Brown stuff. Not the typical psy-op we have seen before.

FINAL THOUGHTS ON PSY-OPS

Any successful psy-op can achieve real results in terms of political and media distraction, and at its best, it can gain previously difficult to obtain political ground. Doing all that can be relatively easy after an event, compared to before it. Like 9/11 showed us, this dreadful occurrence has already demonstrated its way of disabling people’s ability to think critically and ask the necessary questions to determine who was indeed- behind the deed. Who benefits? What synchronicity do we see with other geopolitical and economic event currently in play?

One obvious result of such a massacre is the ramping up in security and a further license for all law enforcement to take a more aggressive approach in the pre-crime apprehension of virtually anyone. Certainly now, the Norwegian police will arrest anybody suspected of carrying a gun or knife, or anyone deemed to be suspicious-looking.

The ripple effects of such an event are rapid. Only two days later, the UK Prime Minister David Cameron announces that Britain is taking “extremely seriously” claims by the man believed responsible for killing more than 70 people in Norway that he had links with far-right groups in England, namely newly touted right-wing demon, and now notorious English Defense League. The mish-mash overlap of European groups looks like a throwback to the days of the dreaded Red Brigades, the P2 Lodge, Gladio and dare I say, Carlos the Jackal – yes, those wild days when disaffected East German students would risk life and limb to fight for the PLFP in Europe and the Middle East, whilst carrying freelance hit jobs to destabilise OPEC for the pleasure of a country like Iraq, who were actually being encouraged by the CIA to start a war with Iran. Those were the days…

The Norway talking points are already being circulated as we speak. Experts are saying the following: We need more security. Gun ownership is dangerous. Right wing thinkers could be dangerous. Multiculturalism in Europe may have back fired.

This of course will mean a full reclassification of  all political activists and causes. The social re-evaluation may not stop there- it just might include anyone who holds an opinion on virtually anything. We also learned from agent Breivik that now the far-right are being anti-this, and anti-that. This will no doubt be seen by the authorities as an exciting  new developement in the profiling of far-right mass killers. If you are anti-gay you are bad, or don’t like no prayer in schools you are bad etc. This can be extended to include anything, like the lack of support for the supposed war on terror. In this brave new world, it seems wrong to have an opinion that differs from being ultra liberal. Think outside “the box” ? Well, you are bad, very bad.

Because the perp in this case, Anders Breivik, is a white skinned, blonde haired pin-up model, and appearing to be 100% politically motivated by reports in the media, the mob will tend towards an apologist or sympathetic tone- and they clearly are doing this. A side note here: Anders is certain to receive thousands of love letters and marriage proposals from disaffected lonely western women- particularly from females residing in the UK, US and Canada.

But let’s not kid ourselves here: if he had been a Muslim, then the experts and political operators would have already firmly denounced his agenda and be steadfast in defending “western values” (anyone’s guess what those are). We will even defend vice, depravity and slandering other faiths in the face of any terrorist that possesses a markedly Eastern or Islamic bent. Ditto if he was a white, gun-toting militia from Indiana- in the new politically correct glossary, this is equal to a Muslim in the eyes of any mainstream politician or news pundit who thinks they can gain some political kudos for denouncing anyone who demonstrates a right to carry arms or does not worship at the altar of the state.

Either way, they are simply ‘terrorists’, and as Ronald Reagan taught us some 30 years ago, “We don’t negotiate with terrorists”, regardless of what their political agenda might happen to be. But Anders… well, he’s different. He’s not a Muslim.

Hence, Anders Breivik has not been classified as a pure terrorist by the media mob, rather he has already been officially labeled as a “political extremist”. This is an important detail when we consider the talking points that will be rolled out over the next few weeks. These talking points will form the thrust of social conditioning which the public will undergo as a result of the Norway massacre event.
Here is the other point of a psy-op like this one. It’s easy to be Anders Breivik. Very easy, so we are told. It is not hard to buy fertilizer. It is not hard to buy 55 gallon drums. It is not hard to pour fertilizer into those drums and add diesel to them. It is not hard to load them into a van. It is not hard to drive a van. It is not hard to park a van. It is not hard to initiate an M60 fuse igniter. It is not hard to walk to a car you parked nearby yesterday or the day before. It is not hard to drive to an island. It is not hard to slaughter a crowd of unarmed young people on that island. Anyone can apparently do it, and so can you.

That makes you a potential terrorist. Indeed, here in lies the functionality of the psy-op.

All eyes are on you now.

By all accounts, this is a false flag psy-op with some real legs on it, and may run for years. This one should be interesting to say the least.

"Norway vows to continue open society despite attacks; New commission set to investigate police response" by Michael Schwirtz, New York Times / July 28, 2011

OSLO -The prime minister of Norway acknowledged yesterday that his country had fundamentally changed as a result of the attacks on a youth camp and government complex last week, but he vowed to protect the culture of openness that is a source of Norwegian pride.

The attacks have prompted officials to start reassessing Norway’s policy on public security, which seemed defined by the belief that bad things happen elsewhere. Andres Behring Breivik, a self-called Christian crusader who has admitted to the attacks, appeared to face few obstacles when he detonated a car bomb on a busy government plaza last Friday, killing eight people, and then traveled 19 miles and took a ferry to the youth camp on the island of Utoya, where he slaughtered at least 68 people....

Interesting that the Zionist angle is omitted, 'eh?

Prime Minister, Jens Stoltenberg told reporters in Oslo that the government would create a commission independent of the police to investigate the attacks as well as law enforcement agencies’ response to them.

The police have been criticized for the seemingly slow pace of their response. It took SWAT commandos about 90 minutes to reach the island, a delay that critics say probably cost lives. Helicopters were unavailable, and police had to commandeer civilian boats to reach the island....

Almost as if there were a stand down order.

Breivik’s ability to avoid detection in the months and weeks leading up to the attacks has puzzled some. Though he spent months holed up on a farm he had rented north of Oslo, compiling weapons and building his bomb, all while writing inflammatory anti-Muslim commentary on blogs, officials said he remained under the radar....

The police are trying to determine whether Breivik had help in planning the attacks. He has claimed to be part of an organization called the Knights Templar, which he said had cells active in other countries, but investigators have challenged this claim.

“So far we don’t have any evidence of the cells, neither in Norway or in Britain,’’ Janne Kristiansen, the head of Norway’s domestic intelligence service, told the BBC. Kristiansen also disputed an assessment made by Breivik’s lawyer that his client was probably insane.

Like they are worthy of trust.

“He’s calculating, he’s focused, he’s been going on with his plan for years, and this is not what I have learned a person who is insane will do.’’

That is such an out of left field bullshit statement one hardly knows how to respond.

Wasn't Hitler called a madman and he was calculating, focused, and carried out his plan for years (or so I've been repeatedly told)?

I must be insane for continuing to read this slop.
