MSM Monitor's Morning Cup of Coffee

Pathetic. Both the "victim" and the official reaction.

"Officials investigate teacher’s illness; New Bedford police say coffee possibly spiked" by Travis Andersen and John R. Ellement, Globe Staff | April 30, 2010

New Bedford police are investigating whether a substitute high school teacher had his coffee spiked Wednesday, causing him to be taken to a hospital.

“There is the possibility that [the drink] might have been tampered with,’’ Michael Shea, superintendent of the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School, said by phone yesterday....

Shea said that while acetone is present in the shop area, he was not certain what substance was in the coffee. He said it is also possible that a chemical spray may have drifted into the cup of coffee.

“What it was, we don’t know,’’ he said. “Whether it was done intentionally or not, we don’t know that either.’’

Several students outside the school yesterday identified the substitute teacher as Chad Wunschel, who is also listed as an assistant coach on the website for the girl’s softball team....

Senior Arrin Liberty, 17, said police summoned two friends, a junior and a senior, for more questioning yesterday but they returned to school without incident. He said the pair harbored no hostility toward Wunschel....

John Drew, whose daughter is a freshman at the school, said yesterday that the episode makes him fear “a little bit’’ for his child’s safety.

What an ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC PEOPLE we have become!

I am EMBARRASSED and ASHAMED by my FELLOW AmeriKan CITIZENS, world!

“Stuff like that happens in a prison,’’ he said, adding that authorities should take “extreme measures’’ to punish any students who are found responsible....

Aren't you JUMPING the GUN a BIT there, guy?

COPS do NOT KNOW a THING!

Ich!

Tastes bad!

NEW BEDFORD — A substitute teacher with a broken heart staged his own attempted poisoning at a New Bedford high school Wednesday, police said yesterday....

That "EXTREME" enough for you, guy?

Just helping him follow his heart, no?

On Thursday night, Wunschel came to police headquarters and confessed the poisoning was a hoax, Teachman said, adding that he said he was spurred to act by a failed relationship with a woman.

And TWO KIDS were HARASSED because of you!

Police would not identify the woman but said she was not a staff member at the school. Authorities did not say exactly what Wunschel hoped to gain by the act, but said he wanted the woman to know about it....

We KNOW WHAT PATHETIC SOULS LIKE THIS are all about, boo-hoo-hoo, poor me.

Try LIVING in a WAR ZONE being BLITZKRIEGED by Obomber or an area UNDER SIEGE bu Israel!

Pffffffffft!!!

Michael Shea, the superintendent of the school, said Wunschel will no longer work “in any capacity’’ at the 2,100-student school and regrets his actions.

Well, I GUESS ONE JOB JUST OPENED UP, Boston teachers!

“Overall he’s a good person [who has] done a lot of good in our school,’’ Shea said.

Maybe you could have cut him a break?

Wunschel told a staff member that he wants to apologize to the students, Shea said.

He should be MADE to APOLOGIZE to the WHOLE SCHOOL and TOWN for this stunt!

And the TAX RESOURCES for this FALSE ALARM?

Were OTHER CRIMES COMMITTED while the cops were DIVERTED with the feeling-sorry-for-himself sack of s***?

Of course, DENIED!

Time to KEEP HIM AWAY from KIDS and OTHER PEOPLE!

A NICE PADDED ROOM will do just fine!

Dozens of students were questioned by police prior to Wunschel’s admission, Teachman said, and officers worked overtime during the investigation....

Just LOOKING for ANYTHING, huh?

Shea told reporters that his staff would use the episode to teach students that they should cooperate with authorities. “We’ll turn it into a positive thing,’’ he said.

That is so disgusting I do not even know what to type.

"Airlines, travelers gird for summer delays as volcano plume persists" by Shawn Pogatchnik, Associated Press | May 14, 2010

DUBLIN — It’s been a month now, and Iceland’s volcano shows no sign it will stop belching ash across Europe anytime soon. The rolling eruptions threaten more havoc for summer vacation plans and higher costs for struggling airlines.

I really am seeing cosmic forces, I'm sorry.

Although the global disruption of last month’s massive eruption has faded, smaller ash plumes snarled air services intermittently over the last week all the way to Turkey — more than 2,500 miles from the Eyjafjallajokul volcano.

Air-control authorities and geologists agree that the continent must brace indefinitely for rapid shutdowns of air services as computerized projections try to pinpoint where the ash clouds will float next at the whim of shifting winds....

Yes, they are BLOWING in the WRONG DIRECTION(?)!!!

I'm sure it is GLOBAL WARMING and not a BIG HUFF-and-PUFF from the man upstairs.

I'm sure it is ALL YOUR FAULT, AIR-BREATHER!

The ash plume has thinned and spread out, shifting shape by the hour, rising into North Atlantic air routes and imposing awkward detours on hundreds of trans-Atlantic flights daily....

Except for one guy who seems to sail through the clouds (see link below).

In prosperous Norway, one of the countries most in the volcano’s firing line, travel industry officials say nothing will deter most of the nation’s 4.9 million people from booking flights to the Mediterranean this summer.

Have a GREAT HEALTH PLAN I heard.

Gee that cloud sure is going to cool the planet down, isn't it?

I'm sure it is your fault, air-breather.

Despite the volcano, British tour operator Thomas Cook said yesterday that summer bookings had risen 5 percent in the last four weeks and were ahead of planned capacity.

Then I won't worry about airline$ anymore.

“We are pleased with the development of our summer bookings program, particularly given the disruption caused by the volcanic ash cloud,’’ said Chief Executive Manny Fontenla-Novoa.

For airlines, the costs associated with an ash cloud can add up quickly. Consider that two hours of jet fuel to divert to another airport can cost $5,000 to $10,000 depending on the size of aircraft involved....

Yeah, boo-hoo-hoo for the price-gouging, fee-f***ing airlines.

"Death at giant cocktail party spurs concern" by Associated Press | May 14, 2010

PARIS — A 21-year-old man died yesterday after an accident at a huge alcohol-drenched party organized on Facebook — one of two such events held simultaneously in two French cities that drew nearly 20,000 people and, police say, are a dangerous trend....

Yeah, being shit-faced on Facebook.

Not a good idea.

"Ex-Russian general says air defense weak" by Associated Press | May 14, 2010

MOSCOW — Russia is lagging 25 to 30 years behind the United States in developing prospective air defense weapons because of a meltdown of its defense industries, a former Russian air force chief said yesterday.

Oh, he's drunk!

Retired General Anatoly Kornukov said Russia has only a reduced capability to protect itself from an enemy attack — a statement that contrasted sharply with the government’s claim that the nation’s military forces are getting stronger following a post-Soviet decline.

So WE BETTER ATTACK NOW, AmeriKa!!!!!!

The Defense Ministry has boasted about developing new S-400 air defense missile systems and proudly displayed some of them in Sunday’s massive Victory Day parade on Red Square.

But....

Another component of the nation’s air defense, fighter jets, have been increasingly grounded for lack of engines and parts, Kornukov said.

“Regrettably, our air defense forces only have a limited capability to protect the nation’s security,’’ Kornukov said.

Compared with the Soviet times, when the nation’s air defense forces were capable of shooting down up to 98 out of every 100 intruding enemy planes, now it would only intercept 20 out of 100, he said.

Let's GO GET 'EM, AmeriKa!!!!!

"Government offices held by Kyrgyz protesters" by Peter Leonard, Associated Press | May 14, 2010

BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan — Opponents of Kyrgyzstan’s interim rulers stormed several regional government headquarters yesterday, threatening the delicate peace that has reigned since the violent overthrow of the president last month.

The violence was all on the side of the war criminal that fled, you sorry, one-sided sack of s*** for a newspaper.

Provisional authorities are struggling to restore control over the country, particularly in the south, a former stronghold of deposed President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, who was ousted April 7 amid violent clashes between government troops and demonstrators that left at least 85 people dead.

You know, the guy facing extradition from Belarus for mass murder.

And it was "government" troops mowing protesters down as usual.

If the protests once again spread to the capital, Bishkek, they could threaten the stability of the Central Asian nation, which is of strategic concern to Washington and Moscow — both have military bases in Kyrgyzstan.

Isn't that the point?

Have Russia juggling former republics so USrael can clobber Iran?

Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in front of the governor’s office in the city of Osh to demand the return of former governor Mamasadyk Bakirov, a Bakiyev loyalist who lost his post after the revolt.

Eyewitnesses said that after several minor scuffles broke out between supporters of the interim government and opponents, a crowd of around 500 people barged into the building and installed Bakirov in the governor’s office....

The acting Osh governor, Sooronbai Jeenbekov, said that to avoid violence, no attempt was made to impede the crowd....

Jeenbekov said the situation would soon be under control.

Reacting to the unrest in the south, interim Prime Minister Roza Otunbayeva appointed acting Defense Minister Ismail Isakov as special government representative for the affected regions. Isakov was due to arrive in Osh late yesterday.“There is a danger for the country, but we are doing everything we can to prevent any attempts by Bakiyev’s forces to destabilize the situation in Kyrgyzstan,’’ Otunbayeva said.

I think we have a pretty good idea who is sCrewIng Around there.

[All the states within the sights of the overlords of the pipeline wars have been primed for revolution in the same manner, with the same likely outcomes, by the same "freedom" loving people at Freedom House. The alternative press functions as a social engine, revving-up the people's natural discontent and driving them straight into the halls of government. In the aftermath, groomed stooges of the overlords are pushed to the front of the protests. In this set-up, there will be no other potential leaders who are willing to take the risk that comes with the burden of guiding the revolution into a state of true democracy and freedom for all.

Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Russia and all the rest of you unfortunate nations, better cultivate your networks of friends and find your own natural leaders at the grass roots level, to push them to the forefront of the revolutions on your own.
